Height adjustable computer desk is developed in this research. The mechanism of the desk is designed in the view of easy manupulation. The system is consist of frame 60×30 C channel, guide part-20A and 25A pipe, and gas cylinder actuator. The developed system is manufactured and tested resulting easy manupulation and low production cost.
2축 윤곽제어를 위한 소프트웨어 보간자 개발에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 위의 세가지 보간 알고리즘 가운데서 가장 속도의 균일성이 좋은 DDA방식을 채택하였다. 그리고 윤곽제어에서 가공경로는 대개 직선과 원호 구간의 조합으로 구성되어질 수 있기 때문에, 본 연구에서는 직선 및 원호보간만 고려하기로 한다. Microprocessor-based software DDA interpolator is developed and applied to two axis contouring control of X-Y table. Developed assembly program is composed of feedrate, linear and circular DDA interpolation routines. Reference-pulse type of open-loop stepping motor control system in which the micro-computer produces a sequence of reference pulses for each axis of motion is adopted. To test performance of the developed program, X-Y table drive system based on stepping motor and shaft encoder is designed. Conturing error of the system in linear and circular path is within .+-. 0.2mm under start stop pulse rate of stepping motor.

In this paper torque control system of screw fastener by strain gauge is investigated. Strain gauge sensor applicable to screw fasterner is designed and fabricated. Through the experiments the developed system has showed good screw fasterning capability. Industrial application of the developed system can be expected in terms of productivity increase and quality improvement of assembly lines.

최근 有限要素法에 依한 門題解析은 構造工學問題에서 광범위 하게 사용되고 있으며, 流體力學問題에서도 그 重要性을 認識하고 이의 應用이 硏究되고 있다. 本硏究에서는 平板사이에 놓인 圓筒주위의 흐름에 있어서 Dirichlet 境界條件을 만족하는 포텐셜 흐름을 有限要素法에 依해서 解析하였다. 支配方程式의 近似解法으로는 Galerkin氏의 Weighted Residual 方法을 導入하였으며, 有限要素 公式化에서는 三角形要素, 一次連續補間函數, 傾斜座標系를 사용하였다. 數置解析을 통하여 各節에 있어서의 흐름할수 값을 구한 結果는 表1과 같다. Until recently, finite element techniques were almost exclusively used in structural engineering problems but now there is a growing awareness of their potential in other engineering fields, especially in fluid mechanics. In this paper, finite element solutions of the potential flow, satisfying Dirichlet boundary conditions, of a uniform stream over a circular cylinder between parallel plates are presented. As a numerical procedures for approximation the solution of the governing equations, Galerkin's weighted residual method is employed. Triangular elements, first-order continuity interpolation functions and oblique coordinate systems are used, and as a numerical results stream function values at each node in the flow region are presented.

A pneumatic position control system with pulse width modulation(PWM) is developed and applied to double acting air cylinder. Control system comprising micro computer, five port two way solenoid valve and optical encoder for feedback component has been developed. Upon experimental results, the developed system has shown good time response on the points of maximum error, overshoot and rising time.
