      • PID제어를 이용한 Chamber의 냉방제어 시뮬레이션

        A cooling system of chamber is universally appliable with simple ON-OFF control algorithm. It has such disadvantages as having a delay for response time. To solve the above problem, we propose establishing the mathematical model of cooling system for chamber, simulating it with PID control algorithm and evaluating performance tests for control algorithm respectively.

        The purpose of this study was to introduce the risk of exercise to exersize testing or participation. The real and theoretical benefits of regular exercise have promoted this activity not only in healthy individuals. but also in cardiac patients. Exercise is assuming an increasingly important role in preventive medicine and cardiac rehabilitation. Apart from favorable effects on plasma lipids, there is often the experience of even greater psychological benefits, that is, improved in mood, reduced nxiety, and sense of well-being. A through medical evaluation is recommended before starting an exercise program for all individuals with known cardiovascular, pulmonary or metabolic disease. Individuals of any age considered at higher risk by the presence of diabetes, hypertension, family history of coronary disease, elevated cholesterol, or smoking may benefit from the screening exercise test before engaging in competitive or recreational sports. Sudden death in sport is a recently recongnized phenomenon for which little scientific information exists. Most previous investigation on sudden death in sport has concentrated on running, track and field sports. Death, directly related to sporting activities is rate. The total risk is low, but the relative risk is increased during vigorous exercise. Risk increases with age and with the intensity of exercise. The basis of clinical studies and our personal experience, most deaths during exercise in the adult population are probably preventable because they occur in individuals exercising under one or more of the following circumstances: no medical clearance, no supervison, the limits of the exercise prescription were exceed, the symptoms during exercise were disregarded. Orthopedic injuries appear to increase exponentially with jog-run types of activities in association with increased the total volume of work done in the program, such as, structural abnomalities, sudden large increases in training, running form, streching habits, warm-up, and cool-down may constitude risk factors. With high risk individuals, a physician should be present during exercise intensity, and energy equipment and qualified personnel should be avaiable for exercise testing of all patients in order to provide life saving emergency are, In addition to significant clinical signs and symptoms.

      • 마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용한 가속도 측정회로 개발

        가속도의 측정은 물체나 기계의 운동하는 부위의 힘, 진동 등을 분석하는데 매우 중요하다. 그러나 가속도는 무게와 같은 형태의 일정한 정적 물리량이 아니어서 측도설정이 어려우므로 동적 물리량의 발생기구가 필요하게 된다. 이러한 가속도 측정 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 가속도 계측 및 측도설정을 위한 가속도 측정회로를 개발하고 가속도 발생기구를 제작하여 실험을 통해 측도설정한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. l. 가속도 전압 변화 회로를 개발하여 실험한 결과 양호한 작동이 이루어 졌다. 2. 가속도 발생기구를 제작하고, 실제접선가속도 측정 및 가속도 전압변화 회로 출력 디지탈값과의 측도설정 시스템을 구성하였으며, 보정프로그램을 개발하였다. 3. 실제접선 가속도 측정을 위해 사용한 전위차계의 각도와 가속도 전압 변환 회로의 A/D변환을 위해 5V의 전압을 걸었을 때 관계 수식은 다음과 같이 나타났고 θ = 0.330483157 × Dig + 0.741133731 상관계수 r=0.99999^**로 나타났으므로 고도의 상관관계가 있음을 알수 있었다. The measurement of acceleration is very important to analyzing the dynamic motion of the moving parts or a machine. a device made of strain gage sensor was developed for acceleration measurement and calibratiom using a personal computer. the normal and tangential reference acceleration was generated from the circular motion of the rotating-lever-type calibrator. An accelerometer was attached to the end of the rotating level so that it undergoes the circular motion with the radius of 1.013 meter. The lever was rotated manually on the horizontal plane to generate the acceleration, so that angular velocity can be varied. The tangential acceleration was used to calibrate and the calibration equation was derived from regression analysis of digital data obtained by a computer. To measure angular acceleration, real time and rotating angle were measured by using an on-board computer clock and a potentiometer attached to the rotation center of the circular motion made by the rotating lever, respectively. The acquired data were treated by non-filtering and digital-filtering method. The correlation filtered were more useful than those from non-filtered data. From the results of the experiment, it was clearly concluded that the developed measuring system could be used to measure acceleration accurately and rapidly, and that the tested calibrator could be used to calibrate any type of accelerometer.

      • 온실의 환기제어를 위한 PID제어 시뮬레이션

        본 연구는 소형 모형 온실에 환경계측제어 장치를 설치하여 환기 냉방제어계의 온도 예측 수식모형 동정에 필요한 파라미터 식별을 실행하였고, 그 결과를 기초로 하여 비례적분미분제어법을 이용한 환기 냉방제어 시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 그 결과 가장 우수한 제어성능을 나타내는 PID게인은 kp=1, ki=5, kd=1로 나타났다. 또한 PID제어법은 작은 환경의 변화, 제어방법, 계절변화 등에 적응하기 위해서는 게인의 변동은 필수적이라 생각된다. In this paper, parameters of mathematical model of temperature prediction for the ventilating cooling system were identified in a model greenhouse built for this study. With results from the parameter identification, operation simulations on ventilating cooling systems were carried out by proportional integrated derivative(PID) control. And them most efficient PID gains were verified, that is kp=1, ki=5, kd=1. The PID control was superior in temperature control, altough it needed to adjust gains according to daily variation, vent control methods, seasonal variations, and etc.

      • 배부식 동력분무기용 소형원심펌프 개선

        The purpose of this study was to improve the water leakage and power efficiency of the pump. The results obtained from this study which was conducted to develop a small pump through theoretical analysis, making a prototype pump and performance tests were as follows. 1. In the pump efficiency of the small pump according to the types of vortex chamber, volute type was higher than cylindrical type. 2. Inner and outer angle of impeller vane being suitable for small pump with high speed DC motor were 20 and 24 degree respectively. 3. Contents of improving the pump were to manufacture the impeller vane preciously, to make a streamline shape of impeller and reduction of the gap between pump case and impeller to reduce the friction from water flow and to prevent water leakage by means of changing the inserting method of O-ring, fitting the copper bush and filling grease into the gap of case, to change a jaw clutch instead of direct shaft connection of impeller and DC motor and to design and make the electric control circuit. 4. Under the condition of domestic test regulations which pumping pressure is 1.2㎏/㎠ and flow rate is 1200㎤/min, the continuous spraying time of newly designed prototype pump was 200 minutes which was delayed the time for 60 minutes comparing with conventional pump. And the pump efficiency of prototype was 34% which was 23% higher than that of conventional pump.

      • 퍼지제어에 의한 자연 환기 온실의 온도제어

        This study was carried out to develop a fuzzy control technique of ventilation window for control-ling a temperature in a greenhouse. To reduce the fuzzy variables, the inside air temperature slop wastaken as one of fuzzy variables, because the inside air temperature variation of a greenhouse by ven-tilation at the same window aperture is affected by the difference between inside and outside air tem-perature, outside wind speed and the wind direction. Therefore, the antecedent variables for fuzzyalgorithm were used the control error and its slop, which was same value as the inside air tempera-ture slop during the control period, and the conclusion variable was used the window aperture open-ing rate. Through the basic and applicative control experiment with the control period of 3 minutes,the optimum ranges of fuzzy variables were decided. The control error and its slop were taken as 3and 1.5 times compared with target error in steady state, and the window opening rate were taken as30% of full size of the window aperture. To evaluate the developed fuzzy algorithm in which the opti-mized 19 rules of fuzzy production were used, the performances of fuzzy control and PID control werecompared. The temperature control errors by the fuzzy control and PID control were lower than1.3oC and 2.2oC respectively. The accumulated operating size of the window, the number of operatingand the number of inverse operating for the fuzzy control were 0.4 times, 0.5 times and 0.3 times ofthose compared with the PID control. Therefore, the fuzzy control can operate the window moresmooth and reduce the operating energy by 1/2 times of PID control.
