      • 大豆 圃場의 植物寄生線蟲 密度 變動

        A study of the community structure and occurrence of phytonematodes associated with soybean was conduted Kimhae soybean field in Korea. The density of Heterodera glycines was highest, and other phytonematodes present were Meloidogyne spp., Xiphinema spp., Paratylenchus spp., Ditylenchus spp., Helicotylenchus spp., aphelenchoides spp., Tylenchus spp. and Pratylenchus spp. etc. Population density of Heterodera glicines fluctuated throughout the spring and summer seasons, and reached its maximum in October, but the density of the larva was maximum in June. Population density of the others, Meloidogyne spp., Xiphinema spp. and Paratylenchus spp., also reached its maximum in October, and occurred tow times in a year.

      • 실과 생활 기술 영역에서의 프로젝트 학습 운영

        This study is aimed at presenting actual management guide about the project of practical art, in order to improve the effect of learning practical art through this study. by choosing, by applying the project and by investigating the method of direction in learning practical art. To achieve the goal of the study, here we suggest the method of selecting the project and the type of project conformed to the part of the living art and its background of selection and the actual plan about learning the project by selecting the section most appropriate for team project and home project among the projects applied to the individual section of part of the living art in practical art of 6th grade. The study results are as follows. First. the methods of selecting the project are selection by the teachers, selection by the children, and selection by both. Selection by the children is most desirable reflecting the principle of the project learning, "the learners have the initiative in all the courses of learning". However. selection by both parties is most recommended because of the problems and limitations in the elementary school. Second, the classification of the type of the project in the part of the living art is made according to the number of the constituents and to the place where the learning is being done. By the number of constituents, the projects are classified into the individual projects and team projects. And by the place, classified into projects in the school and projects out of it, in other words, holme projects. But the method of application of this classification can vary because of different points of view. So in this study, the background of the selection of the project applied to the individual section is also presented. Third, in designing various types of method of learning direction, we present the practical method of direction in project learning by choosing the most appropriate sections for team and home projects among every sections. The accomplishment of the project is done within the limit of current educational course. And the subject is also determined within the sections in the textbooks. The course of accomplishment of the project learning follows 6 steps, suggested by Kim Dae-Hyun (1999). They are preparation, the subject determination, activity planning, investigation, expression, completion, and evaluation. And subordinate parts of activity are also suggested. Through accomplishment of the learning of the part of living art in practical art based on the method of learning direction according to the type of project suggested in this study, learners can cultivate their responsibility, the spirit of cooperation, and the power of investigation and of expression and are provided with the chance of experience-based learning and also the teachers are provided with anew experience of teaching. We expect such educational value.

        Pine seeding of diffrent ages(1, 3 and 5 weeks) were inoculated with 100.1,000, 5,000, 10,000. nematodes pre 18cm-diam pot. Root-diameter, root-length, of height of pine were reduced by 46% 30% 40% respectively when 10,000 nematode/pot were inoculated. Rate of growth supprerrion of seeding by root-lesion nematodes was inversery proportional to seeding age at time of nematode inoculation. The injury level of the nematode was about 5,000 namatode/pot and the lost nematode population was about 20,000 nematode/pot.

        초등학교 실과교육에서 생명과학에 터한 여가교육 프로그램에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 초등학교 실과교육에서 여가에 대한 참다운 의미와 창조적이고 바람직한 여가활용 방향을 제공하는 생명과학에 터한 여가교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 여가의 개념과 목적을 살펴보고, 실과교육에서 생명과학에 터한 여가교육 프로그램과 5학년 꽃과 채소 가꾸기 단원의 여가교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 생명과학에 터한 여가교육 프로그램으로는 식물과 친해지기와 키워보기(잔디 인형 만들기, 물병 꽃 싸기, 꽃 말리기, 씨앗으로 그림그리기, 잔디 인형 머리 깎기), 감사의 달 선물 만들기(작은 꽃 바구니 만들기, 손바닥 정원 만들, 나뭇잎 화석 만들기, 번식하기, 토마토 모종 심기), 수확의 기쁨 누리기(수확하기, 수경재배하기, 수확하기, 봉선화 수확 하기, 공중걸이 화분 만들기), 식물과 하나되기(채소 도장 만들기, 채소 위에서 채소 키우기, 감물 손수건 만들기, 토피어리 만들기, 압화하기)을 개발하였다. 꽃과 채소 가꾸기에 터한 여가교육 프로그램은 우리 생활 속의 꽃과 채소 인식하고 종류 알아보기, 꽃과 채소를 심는 방법 알아보기, 재배 과정 발표하기, 꽃과 채소의 활용 방법 및 관련 직업 알아보기, 재배 과정 발표하기, 활용 방법 및 관련 직업 알아보기 등을 개발하였다. 앞으로도 초등학교 학생을 대상으로 하는 바람직한 여가상을 형성시킬 수 있는 구체적인 내용범위에 대한 연구가 이루어져야하며, 나아가 전 연령층을 대상으로 하는 평생교육차원에서 여가 교육 프로그램의 실제에 관한 부분의 연구가 요구된다. 어떤 유형의 여가교육을 얼마나 받았느냐 하는 것은 여가를 보내는 방법, 활동의 범위, 여기 이외의 분야에서의 성취에도 영향을 미친다. 이에 바람직한 여가교육 프로그램을 개발하여 초등학교 현장에 지속적으로 적용하면 학교, 직장, 지역사회를 통틀어 개개인을 행복한 삶으로 이끌어주는 원동력이 될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to develop leisure education program of elementary school practical arts education based on bio-related technology. It was also the purpose of this study was to explore fundamental information for the practical solutions on these issues and analyze the concept of leisure education. The sample used in this study 33 elementary school students lived in Busan. This study indicated great expense of leisure activity, lacking of various leisure cultures, and absence of leisure education program as current problems of leisure culture in Korea. With regard to the concept of leisure education, this study found that program the concept of leisure education was more than recreational activities; it included conscious and systematic education for and/or in leisure which aims to bring about certain desirable changes in human life through leisure education program. School education intentionally and various leisure education program must be developed. Consequently, two leisure education program of elementary school practical arts education; a) leisure education program of elementary school practical arts education based on bio-related technology, and b) leisure education program based on growing flowers and vegetables unit of 5th grade practical arts education. Lisure education program should be provided not only in school but also in society.

      • 실과의 NIE적용 진로교육이 아동의 진로성숙에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to figure out the system and the direction of Career Education through the analysis of the Practical Art Education School Work and also is to find out the model and the strategy of Career Education applied to NIE. Among of them, the newspaper data which is proper as studying subjects including the method th reach in NIE studying was only used in classes about sixth Practical Arts Education, as the departure of occupations and works, cooking to make easily and taking care of pets. The subject of this study was choosen two class of six grade in Elementary School in Busan, which was separated between a group of experimentation and a group of comparison. The member of each group is 40 and following is summary. 1. It was more efficient to improve child's Career Attitude and Career Ability using Career Education applied to NIE than normal one. 2. There were no relationship between sexes of children about the effect of child's Career Attitude and Career Ability using Career Education applied to NIE. 3. It didn't depend on the grade level of children about the effect of child's Career Attitude and Career Ability using Career Education applied to NIE. To sum up. it was more efficient about Career growth to choose Career Education than usual one not to be related to child's sex or grade level.

        초등학교 실과교육에서의 피드백 적용 효과

        The purpose of this study is to find the effects of the academic achievement and change in learning attitude by the application of feedback in the 'beautiful environment decorating.'To achieve this goal, I examined 90 sixth grade students of D elementary school in Busan. To get this end, I raise a question about whether the use of the feedback and feedback type can make any difference in academic achievement.Next, I also raise a question about whether the use of the teacher-directed feedback and child-directed feedback can make any difference in learning attitude by the level of academic achievement. To answer the two questions, I use the input program of teacher-directed feedback paper and child-directed feedback paper which remake performance assessment paper of Yoon teacher and Nam teacher. ANOVA and Duncan test were used for achievement and t-test for learning attitude.The results of this study are summarized as follows :First, it showed some effects on Practical Arts academic achievement for the feedback (teacher-directed feedback and child-directed feedback) group in comparison with controlled group. However, it did not show any effects on Practical Arts academic achievement for the feedback (teacher-directed feedback and child-directed feedback) type. Second, there was some improvement in the learning attitude of the upper level group that used child-directed feedback paper. And also there was some improvement in the learning attitude of the lower level group that used teacher-directed feedback paper. Therefore this study is meaningful in that it provides teachers and children with helpful ways by showing that the feedback can contribute to the improvement in academic achievement in elementary Practical Arts Education. It is necessary to secure and use feedback which is considered as achievement level to improve learning attitude.

      • 重要 林木의 기생선훼에 관한 硏究

        In order to know the distribution of the plant parasitic nematode, the 80 samples were taken from the root zones of pine, poplar, chestnut acacia and paulownia trees in Korea. 1. The 19 genera in 11 families were discovered in this study and among then Helicotylenchus was the most common and widely distributed genus, composing 34% , followed by Tylenchus 29% Meloidogyne 26%, Xiphinema 25%, Tricodorus 24%, Pratylenchus 23%, Ditylenchus 19%, Aphelenchoides 14%, Heterodera 14%, Tylenchorhynchus 13%, aphelenchus 13%, criconemoides 13%, Rotylenchus 11%, Hemicycliophora 4%, Paratylenchus 4%, Longidorus 3%, Hoplolaimus 3%, Cryphodera 1%, Pseudhalenchus 1%, 2. the 2 species belonging to 3 genera in 3 families such as Tylenchorhynchus claytoni, Tylenchorhynchus cylindricus, Pratylenchus neglectus, Paratylenchus hamatus were newly discovered species.
