Shin, Yong Jin. 1999. The Interaction of Teacher-Talk and Student-Talk in the Foreign Language Classroom. Linguistics, 7-1, 283-303. The instructions of the English teacher provided few opportunities for student-to-teacher or student-to-student communication. The result was minimal student/teacher interaction directed toward promoting communication skills -- not unidirectional instruction. Successful language acquisition cannot be explained, it must be experiencd. Reciprocal student/teacher interaction promotes this. Creating a dynamic social environment in the classroom requires use of visual aids, including multimedia materials, graded to the students' level. First, basic communication must be established between student and teacher. Second, encouragement of interactive questions relating to required text material, as well as visual/multimedia presentations, will help provide opportunities for student/teacher interaction. This paper describes an analytical method on the staring torque of hysteresis motor, with skin effects into the rotor, to the elliptical approximation method of hysteresis-loop. By the above method, it have obtained the torque of rotor ring with non-magnetic and non-conductive material arbor, and the results are concerned and compared with that of computed by aid of callibration factor, k=1+exp(-2t_r/??).

There are a number of actors to be controlled in language teaching and learning. They are analyzed and described psychologically, linguistically and sociolinguistically. However, it seems to me that the qualification of the English teacher was the most important, but negligent of factor in the past. So this paper is to evaluate the qualification of the English teacher. I would like to argue that the following several problems as conditions of the qualification of the English teacher should be discussed in order to become an able teacher. They are: (1) How does the English teacher motivate the students? (2) The English teacher's attitude, (3) Teaching methods and techniques, (4) Student-centered instruction, (5) Scientific lesson planning, (6) Errors and correction, and (7) Testing.

In This thesis, the magnetoimpedance effects of a FeCoSiB amorphous wire has been studied. The prepared negative magnetostrictive amorphous magnetic wire has the composition of (Fe0.06C0.94)72.5Si12.5B15. To alleviate the stress applied to the wire during its fabrication, we annealed the sample wire at the temperature(460℃/30min) in order to relive the internal stress. The length and the diameter of the amorphous wire are 7[㎝] and 50[㎛·ø], respectively . At the exciting current of 250[㎃] flowing through the sample wire, we examined the frequency dependence of the voltage between the both ends and the dependence of the impedance changing ratio on the external magnetic field varying from 0 to 10[Oe]. Our experimental results confirm that the amorphous wire has a good characteristics enough to be magnetic sensor.

In this paper, we propose a system to quickly and precisely measure magnetic properties of amorphous wire or ribbon well-known as an excellent sensing element. The system consists of the circuits to measure magnetic properties and the unit to display M-H loop on computer monitor. First, we design analog circuits using OP Amp and then make interfacing the circuits with a computer by using A/D converter. As the result, we can display precise M-H loops on computer monitor.

영어는 노르만 정복 이후 불어의 영향을 받아 노르만-프렌치라는 노르망디 지역에서 사용하던 언어에서 어휘를 많이 받아들여 그 결과 무수한 단어를 affix로부터 만들게 되었다. 비단 affix에 의해서만이 coinages를 이룬 것은 아니나 여기서 연구하고자 하는 것은 derivative의 일역을 맡고 있는 ending -ee도 다른 엔딩 못지 않게 많은 단어를 만들어 내었기 때문에 이것을 역사적 과정을 통해서 어떻게 엔딩이 되었으며 엔딩이 된 후 어떠한 의미변화를 했고 강세는 여하히 변화를 가져 왔으며 이 엔딩의 -er(또는 -or)라는 엔딩과 의미상 어떠한 관계를 맺고 있는가를 연구코저 하는 것이 이 글의 목적이다.

Most of countries operating securities markets regulate market participants(issuers, intermediaries, broker-dealers etc.)for the protection general investors. Generally, retail investors are lack of sufficient information or inefficient to analyse specific listing firms condition. So, they are need to be informed by market professionals at decision making. But, if some bad issuer or professional intend to fraud naive investors, these infants are apt to confront the risk of losing their money. Thereby, many scholastics agreed the investor protection theory by public regulatory regime or self-regulation system. These viewpoints that retail investors are always unsophisticated and necessary guarded from brutal issuers, broker-dealer, intermediaries lead to neglect effort of self-sophistication among retail investors. Moreover the global financial markets compete themselves to promote their own country's economy. In this article, I argue that our securities market regulation system focuses market protection rather investor protection. The philosophy of investor protection is accepted with methods to accomplish market protection. And the perception between investor protection and consumer protection is different apparently. New legislation for the consolidation of financial market system enacted from 2009. The New Act clearly aimed to protect our market system at §1. From the sight of the most important goal of financial market regulatory regime is market itself protection, we can make more lighter who are unnecessary regulatory burden likes professional individual investor, and more hard protection to whom needed more guidance, likes as unsophisticated investor or irrational investor.
