        BPEJTC 추적시스템의 전처리기 구현

        As the recently proposed JTC has been proven to be effective for implementation of real-time target tracking system, the interest on the electronic support system for the real-time JTC tracker has been increased. Accordingly, we proposed a tracking system which is based on BPEJTC and adaptive the fixed site. But because the EOTS is generally needed in the moving site such as aircraft and vehicles, and there are many different tracking algorithm to adopt the BPEJTC, we present an advanced version of BPEJTC driver which has synchronization input so as to be used for the target pointer. In addition to the designed system architecture, some experimental results conducted by this system are illustrated.

        IoT 활용 이동착탈식 열화 진단 장치 개발

        The advancement and diversification of urban functions has caused an increasing need to improve the reliability of power supplies. The diversification of urban areas causes social disruptions by paralyzing urban functions during power outages. A large power outage occurs in the event of an accident, owing to the subduction of distribution lines. Therefore, in recent years, for the sake of the environment and safety, the safety diagnosis of electric power facilities has become an important issue. In this system, because thermal information changes rapidly during unattended monitoring owing to heat concentration phenomenon due to abnormal load or deterioration, studies have been conducted on the development of a device that can notify the manager at all times.

      • 폴리프로필렌의 內部摩擦特性 및 誘電特性에 關한 硏究

        In order to investigate the relaxation process of molecular chain segments on a polypropylene above normal temperature, the internal friction and the dielectric loss were observed for the original specimen and the order specimens whose morphological changes were induced by the thermal treatment and quenching and annealing treatment. As for the internal friction loss, we have observed αpeak at about 70[℃], and it is recognized that αpeak is due to the molecular chain segments in crystalline regions from the principle; while quenching, amorphous regions increases, and crystalline regions increases because of melt recrystallization when it is annealed. As for the dielectric loss, we have observed βpeak at about 30[℃], and it is recognized that according to the increase in frequency the peak temperature and the peak height go on increasing, furthermore the position of internal friction peak or dielectric loss peak is the same as curve point of the dielectric constant and the shear modulus.

        In this paper, as the tree was generalied by changing applied voltage and time, noize or dim photograph of obtained with optical microscope. And then, fractal dimension of each photograph was calculated according to the applied voltage with are as following. When 9[kV], 12[kV], 15[kV], 18[kV] was applied the obtained fractal dimension was 1.3∼1.5, 1.5∼1.7, 1.6∼1.8, 1.7∼1.9 respectively.

      • 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트에서의 熱刺激電流에 대한 熱處理의 影響 및 誘電 特性의 變化에 關한 硏究

        In order to inverstigate the relaxation process of molecular chain segments on a polyethylene Terephthalate the Characteristics of thermally Stimulated currents were observed for the speciment by thermal treatments. As the results, it is recognized that peak of dielectric loss related to the peak of TSC is being in 90-110[℃]. Whe it is slow cooled and ice quenching after the thermal treatment, it is obtained that the activation energies are 0.7[eV] an 0.66[eV] respectively at maximum annealing temperature. And it has been also found that there is the temperatural characteristics the β peak is achieved at less than 25[℃], and then α peak was achieved at 100[℃] -120[℃].

        IGBT를 이용한 형광등 백라이트 제어기를 설계 제작하여 특성 실험을 한 결과, 타 방식의 백라이트 제어기에 비하여 고효율, 고역률, 고품질의 특성을 가지는 한편, 스위칭 시에 발생하는 피크 전류 및 노이즈로 인한 인접 전기전자기기에 영향을 미치지 않도록 함으로써 안정성이 뛰어나며, 또한 기존의 슬라이닥스를 이용한 전원장치를 대체하는 한편 원격제어를 손쉽게 구현할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한 본 제어기는 제로크로싱 동기를 채택하여 온·오프 시에 발생하는 피이크 전류를 방지함으로서 제품의 안전성을 극대화 시킬 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있어 차후 산업용 전원 장치 및 각종 가변 전원을 필요로 하는 대상에도 광범위하게 응용될 수 있을 것이다.

        This paper is intended to address the problem of fault diagnosis with a simulation system in power systems. And also presents a event generation system to evaluate the performance of a knowledge based system and targets fault management computer system which developed automation of power system. In the diagnosis system, fault section is identified form received information on protective devices under single fault. This simulation system for fault diagnosis is developed using an artificial intelligence language, "PROLOG", and "C", Best serch method is adopted for problem solving. Both backward reasoning and forward reasoning methods are used in reasoning process. The simulation system is applied to a 20-nodes, 26-lines network. By case studies, it takes a few. seconds to estimate the problem which guranteed possibility of actual application to real power system through personal computer.

      • 에폭시 복합재료의 절연파괴 특성에 관한 연구

        As a result, in accordance with the increase of filler content and the rise of surrounding temperature, the decrease of DC and AC dielectric breakdown strength of all specimens are confirmed. And it is observed that dielectric breakdown strength tends to increase according to the following order ; epoxy/sio₂ specimens, treated with coupling agent, SIN introduced specimens which have stable temperature characteristics at room and high temperature. The experiment of heat proof properties with DSC measurement shows that the SIN introduced specimens have higher glass transition temperature than the other specimens. Thus it can be thought that there is a close relationship between the dielectric breakdown strength and the heat proof property. Through the internal structure observation, it is verified that the SIN introduced specimens have very close and strong internal structure compared to the others. This is because of the decreasing defect in SIN introduced specimens. Therefore, by introducing the simultaneous interpenetrating polymer networks into epoxy/sio₂ composite material, rise of glass transition temperature and suppresion of defects in its internal structure is achieved. This in turn improves the dielectric breakdown strength and the heat proof property of epoxy/sio₂ composite materials.

      • 二軸延伸 폴리프로필렌薄膜의 誘電特性에 미치는 放射線照射의 影響

        Recently, the research on materials required for production of electric and electronic parts has strongly demanded for rapid developement in information industrial structure. But there are many different aging reasons that cause the intrinsic function of these polymers to dectrase when used insulators and dielectrics. In this research, It is studied that the variation of the dielectric characteristics of the specimen(biaxially oriented polypropylene) according to the change with irradiation dose(??Co-?? ray) of the influence of temperature and applied voltage. As for the temperature dependence of dielectric characteristics, the a peak at 110[℃] increases accordingly to the increment of irradiation which is contributed by ???crystal region. The β peak which apperas the orientation by dipoles and molecular motions in the amorphous region at about 60[℃]. For the voltage dependence of tan δat low temperature, the peak of the tan δshifts accordingly to the increasment of irradiation dose towarde the high temperature.

        In this paper, a public key cryptosystem for security in computer communication networks is proposed. This is based on the security to a difficulty of factorization. For the proposed public key cryptosystem, the public key generation algorithm selects two polynomials f(x,y,z) and (x,y,z). The enciphering first selects plaintext polynomial M(x,y,z) and multiplies the public key polinomials and the random integers, then the ciphertext is computed.
