As the water resources planning is work out, it should have stationarity and randomness to be used hydrological time series data for frequency analysis or modeling which are kinds of probability analysis. But, in the case of domestic, we assume that the hydrological time series data is stationarity but, is not randomness, so it is usual to work out the hydrological analysis. Therefore, as a result, we can not be eliminate the possibility that the hydrological analysis brings about distorted results. Accordingly, in this research, to analysis the properties of hydrological time series data, the trend test, stationary and randomness test were used. The summary of results is as below. Result of the properties of hydrological time series data, in most of the points, the tendency is not indicated, the time series was revealed as randomness which does not have hydrological persistence as definitely stationary. But, from data of yearly rainfall, points for Taegwallyong, Ullungdo, both nonstationarity and persistence were indicated.

Diffusion tensor image (DTI) can provide the prognosis of the rehabilitation as well as the structural integrity of the white matter tract in acute brain lesion. We experienced a 29-yr old female Wernicke encephalopathy patient. The extensive cerebellar lesions resulted in severe gait ataxia at the early stage of the disease. However, preserved pontocerebellar tracts which were demonstrated in 3-dimensional fiber tractography using DTI may explain the delayed improvement of gait ataxia one year later. DTI can be a useful tool for the in-vivo prediction of the ataxia prognosis in the Wernicke encephalopathy patient.

A time sharing program for reinforced beam-column interaction diagrams is presented. The program is limited to doubly symmetric rectangular sections, but can handle multiple layers of reinforcing. The program is founded on the fact that for each assumed neutral axis location, one interaction diagram point is defined. The basic algorithm is easy to understand, and output is organized so that a novice could verify a few diagram points by simple hand calculations. Thus, the program aids in describing theory as well as serving as a tool for use in student design projects.

When seawall was constructed on the beach, erosion in front of seawall was especially displayed, the erosion of foreshore and scouring of the sand at the toe of its foundation. In this study, authors will compare theoretical formulas with empirical formulas and detected difference between theoretical formulas and empirical formulas.

In this research, the drought analysis was derived with monthly rainfall data from 59 stations from the Korea meteorological Administration. the point frequency analysis was derived with L-moment's method and indicated the fitted probability distribution for 59 points. also estimating the probability drought rainfall of the duration(4, 6, 8, 10, 12 months) and return period(2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 years). Thus, indicated probability drought rainfall frequency figure for whole area of country.

A rainfall distribution is very complicates owing to topograpic influence in Korea. Hence, the variations in the distribution of monthly rainfall are required precise analysis in order to predict a flood control and to secure a sufficient capacity of water. In this study, time series of 47 rain gage station over Chonnam area examined for a 15-year secular period(1981~1995) and the extent and nature of changes, such as fluctuation, trend and persistence, are investigated. The trend analysis of regional rainfall practised a tendency towards annual rainfall and seasonal rainfall totals in all regions ; namely, based on the mean annual precipitation. Region Ⅰ(Western region), Region Ⅱ (Southern region), Region Ⅲ ( Eastern region), the periodicity is examined by the power spectrum analysis.

Erosion in front of seawall foundation caused by wave characteristic, seawall slope, beach slope and beach material overturn seawall. Many experiments have been studied Erosion of seawall toe, but still it is very difficult problem. To solve it, author simulated beach that was installed 3 types be slope, 2 types ??? face of seawall and 3 types seawall slope and 3 sorts of depths in to 2 dimensional irregular wave tank. In Korea, various policies are implemented so that the socially disadvantaged (disabled, elderly, pregnant women, temporary disabled, etc.) can easily access individual facilities and areas. As the nation's interest in the socially disadvantaged increases, the need for BF certification is also emerging in buildings in private facilities. However, this system requires a lot of cost and time in the examination process, so if certification fails, social costs and time losses are high. To solve this problem, this paper presents a measurement plan for mixed reality devices using HoloLens, a mixed reality device hardware that can pre-check BF certification based on augmented reality, and Unity 3D, MRTK, a development tool.
