      • 高機能性을 갖는 ALC에 關한 硏究

        The effects of the addition of silicone resin with water-repellent properties on the autoclaved lightweight concrete were studied by varing the compositions of silicone resin. ALC samples were cured at 180℃-7hrs under saturated steam pressures. The major experimental results are as follow. 1. The water absorption (7day) of water-repellent ALC specimen with 2.0% of alkyl polysiloxane was smaller than that of experimental standard ALC specimen by 93.1%. 2. The compressive strength after freezing and thawing for 16 days of control ALC specimen was 16.8 ??, but in case of water-repellent ALC specimen with 2.0% alkyi polysiloxane was 41.8 ??. Therefore the performance for freezing and thawing of water-repellent ALC specimen was increased to 149%. 3. The final hydrate materials are 11Å tobermorite, alkyi polysiloxane and unreacted Quartz as results of X-ray diffraction and SEM examination.

        The customer analysis involves an examination of customer segmentation, motivation, and unmet needs. And competitor analysis is to identify groups of competitors. An analysis of competitor strengths and weaknesses helps guide strategy development in an attempt to match the firms strengths against competitor weakness. Marketing exeurtives have preached customer orientation as a guiding philosophy for a long time. Underlying this credo is the belief that the best way to achieve growth, profits, and other organizational goals is to apply an integrated effort to satisfy consumer needs. This orientation does not imply a blind following of all consumer desires. Some customers would want the highest quality products individually tailored and delivered to their doorsteps free of charge. But marketers do not practice what they preach. While customer orientation is the essence of present day marketing expertise, many firms praise the doctrine than practice it. Still, the allegiance of marketing executives to the customer credo is universal and unqualified. Competitor orientation sees markets as struggles among individual firms for valuable maketing prizes of which customers are the ultimate prize. In such a sturggle, individual firms seek to win prizes from each other and to defend themselves against prize losses. To prevail in the battle, firms must identifly their closest rivals, learn their significant strengths and weaknesses, and forecast their behavior. The models for markets underlying customer and competitor orientation differ substantially. Both are essentially valid. Since they are compatible, the issue is not which is right but how best to combine them.

        The 21st Century is called 'the century of culture'. It is said that a nation that seizes the initiative of culture will dominate the world in this era when the generation of sensibility & sensitivity will emerge as a principal force. With the development of internet technology, the digitalized information of the culture will be commercialized and marketed in the world through the internet. The explosion of the internet will bring the world together into one single market setting off globalization, monopolization and so forth. With the trend toward so called 'health & wholeness' (Wellness) from the West, Buddhism and Buddhist culture is increasingly drawing attention. Wellness means "eat well" and "live well". This concept is a subject that perfectly suits the Buddhist practice of seeking the true self and living a life integrated with nature. It has become important as a reaction to the unsatisfying conditions of modern life. The tradition of Seon Buddhism (Zen in Japanese) is the most firmly rooted in Korean Buddhism. It is truly a pity that Korean Buddhism is not positioned at the center of the international stage. It is mainly due to a lack of digitalized database customized for an international audience & to a lack of initiative. However, the good news is that the Korean government as well as the Buddhist community has begun to pay attention to the digitalization of the Korean Buddhist teachings and the Buddhist culture, and created a policy to produce it. For digital database of Buddhist culture, the following points need to be taken into consideration. 1) Planning the contents with clear topics and well-defined targets, 2) Creating a high quality database, 3) Creating a comprehensive database, 4) Building a single source & multi-purpose database, 5) Contents geared for an international audience, 6) Providing an interactive service, 7) Commercializing database of the culture and so on. For the above-mentioned results to occur, not only the Buddhist Community but also the Korean government and the academic circles should provide full attention and support.

        신경섬유종증 환자의 1형 히아리기형과 척수공동증

        A 26-year-old woman presented with skin pigmentation and numbness on the upper arm. More than six café au lait spots over 15 mm diameter could be seen throughout her skin. Neurofibromatosis (NF) type 1 was diagnosed based on genetic study. The brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed Chiari type 1 malformation and syringomyelia was noted in the C2 to T7 level in the spinal MRI. We suggest Chiari malformation and syringomyelia could be a rare manifestation in a patient with NF type 1. A 26-year-old woman presented with skin pigmentation and numbness on the upper arm.       • 소규모 표본을 이용한 다차원척도분석에 있어서 Goodness of Fit의 안정성 검토에 관한 Bootstrap의 활용

        This research is executed from the point of view that the MDS will hace the problem in the stability like goodness of fit when it uses the mean value as data especially in the case of the large variance. To review the occurrence of the problem, I use a bootstrap method. As a result, when the variance of the sample data is large, the standard of goodness of fit and coordinates of the point acquired from the MDS analysis become large. Especially when the cause of the variance comes from the oulier, the stavility becomes worse. Based on this result, when the data has large variance, it would be batter to reduce the variance using appropriate statistical methods to acquire the stabilty of the data.

        It is now recognized that one of the main determinants of business profitability is market share. Under most circumstances, enterprises that have achieved a high share of the markets they serve are considerably more profitable than their smaller-share business. Theoretical and empirical consideration of interaction effects may currently be one of the most useful routes to a better understanding of firms and industry behavior and performance. These results in empirical study are summarized as follows: (1) inspection and analysis about H₁ ① the relationship of total profitability and market share in three kinds of enterprises is independent. ② total profitability of DAEWOO is high though the market share is low. ③ the enterprise of low market share has high total profitability, and the enterprise of high market share has low total profitability. (2) inspection and analysis about H₂ ① the enterprise of high net sales has high value-added productivity. ② the enterprise of high net sales has high value-added productivity except SAMSUNG. (3) inspection and analysis about H₃ ① the relationship of value-added productivity and total profitability is independent. ② the enterprise of low value-added productivity has high total profitability, and the enterprise of high value-added productivity has low total profitability. (4) inspection and analysis about H₄ ① the enterprise of low net sales has high total profitability is independent. ② the enterprise of low net sales has high total profitability, and the enterprise of high net sales has low total profitability.
