      • 糖尿病 患者의 스트레스 生活事件과 對處方法에 대한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to identify stressful life events and coping methods of diabetes mellitus patients. Therefore this study compared the number and severity of stressful life events and the coping methods reported by diabetes mellitus patients and normals. This study was based on 60 diabetes mellitus outpatients at internal medicine of a university hospital and 60 normals in Pusan area from July, 1986 to February, 1987. The basic instruments were Holmes & Rahe's S.R.R.S(Social Readjustment Rating Scale) to measure stressful life events and Bell's "18-item Questionnairs" to evaluate coping methods. These were amended and used here. The data were analyzed by S.P.S.S. program (T-test). The results were as follows ; 1. In comparision with the number of stressful life events, diabetes mellitus group was significantly higher than normal group (p<0.05). 2. In comparision with the severity life events, diabetes mellitus group was significantly higher than normal group(p<0.05). 3. In comparision with the use of coping methods, normal group was significantly higher than diabetes mellitus group(p<0.05).

        The purpose of this study was to investigate patient satisfaction about the medical care services in outpatient department. The subjects of this study were 472 outpatients. The data were collected from 29th April to 7th May, 1993, using questionnaire and analized by spss program (percentage, mean, T-test, Anova). The Mean score of satisfaction were as follows: 1. Spending time of the medical care service ; Mean score was 2.770. 2. Guidance of the facilities ; Mean score was 3.535. 3. Cost of medical care service ; Mean score was 2.818. 4. Attitude of the staff with sincerity ; Mean score was 3.368. 5. Explanation of the curative service ; Mean score was 3.327. 6. OPD environment ; Mean score was 2.932.

      • 간호사의 평가적 자아개념과 직무만족에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between evaluative self-concept and job satisfaction. Data were collected using a two-part questionnaires between May, 1st and May 31st, 1992. Subjects were 210 nurses who were working at a general hospital in Ulsan. Data were analized by SPSS program (percentage, mean score, oneway, Person correlation coefficient). The results were as follows : 1. The mean score of the evaluative self-concept was 3.486. 2. The mean score of the job satisfaction was 3.337. 3. In comparison with general characteristics : 1) The evaluative self-concept was not differed by general characteristics. 2) The job satisfaction was differed by age(p<.05). religion(p<.05). position (p<.05), clinical experience(p<.05). 4. The correlation of evaluative self-concept and job satisfaction was positive and significant(r=.360, p<.001).

      • 일 전문대학 간호학생의 건강상태 조사연구

        The Purpose of this study was to investigate the health status of nursing students. Subjects of this study were 230 nursing students of Kyong Ju Junior College in 1994. The data were analyzed by prcentage, F-test and Pearson correlation. The results were as follows: 1. Total THI mean score was not significant according to the grade, but nursign students were somewhat normal health status(freshman was 253.2, sophomore was 252.4, junior was 249.4). Total personality & mind item was significnt(p<0.05). 3. According to the satisfaction of the college life, the THI mean score was significant in the personality & mind item(p<0.01). 4. The grade & health status were not correlated. 5. According to the correlation coefficient between satisfaction of the college life & health status : Total THI score was correlated (r=.22), Personality & mind were correlated (r=.27), Irregular life stress was correlated(r=.30).

        최근 학교보건의 연구동향 분석

        Purpose: This study was to analyze the trends of research on school health by examining papers related to school health. Method: This studt was analyzed all related papers published in journals concerning school health from 2000 to 2006. The data were processed statistically by frequency, percentage and content analysis. Results: Among 463 papers in 6 journals related to school health, ‘The Journal of the Korean Society of School Health’ had the largest number of articles. Descriptive research design was the most frequently used research design, and students were the most frequent research target. Among research writers, the professor group was largest, and schools were the most frequently used place for research. The most common sampling method was convenient sampling. The most common research instrument was questionnaire survey. Parametric statistics were the main methods of data analysis. Among the themes of school health, the adoption of nursing process frames and assessment domains occupied the largest portion. Health was the most common key concept, and the mainly used theory in the journals was factor-isolating. Conclusion: Through the analysis of research trends, we expect a higher level of school health research.

        일 소음작업장 근로자들의 소음에 대한 인식 및 태도, 예방행위에 관한 연구

        A Study on the Knowledge,Attitude and the Preventive Behavior of Noise of Workers Exposed to the Harmful NoiseKwon, Su Ja · Kim, Eun Hee Kim, Tae Kyung · Jung, Hee YoungPurpose : this study was to investigate knowledge, attitude and the preventive behavior of noise of workers exposed to harmful noise and to provide primary data for noise-exposed workers' hearing conservation and the prevention of noise induced hearing loss. Method: The subject were 104 workers who participated voluntarily in the questionnaire. The instrument used in this study was knowledge, attitude and practice on noise- induced hearing loss tool by Rhee & Yi(1996). The data were collected from August to September, 2002 with a self-administeredquestionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 win program for finding frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA. Results: The average age of workers was 35.9 and the current average year of working at the noise place was 5~10 years. In the group of previous noise-exposed workers, they showed significant difference in preventive behaviors (t=4.087, p=.048). In the group of current noise-exposed workers, they showed significant difference in recognition and attitude of noise(F=4.707, p=.004). Also, the duration of wearing ear protection equipment (t=2.383, p=.019), the feeling of wearing ear protection equipment(F=3.602, p=.031) and comfortable sense of wearing ear protection (F=3.919, p=.023) was significant in the preventive behavior of noise. Conclusion : Considering the results above, we can recognize that there are close relations among the knowledge, attitude and the preventive behaviour of noise. Therefore, it is necessary to develop education programs for noise-exposed workers' better understanding of noise and preventive behaviors.         일 지역 주부의 가족 생활사건 스트레스, 가족기능 및 사회적 지지의 관계

        Purpose: This study was to investigate the family life events stress and family functioning and social support of wives, and to find out the correlation among these variables. Method: The subjects were 263 wives who participated voluntarily in the questionnaire. The instrument used in this study comprised family life events stress, family functioning and social support instruments, and the data were collected from Sep.10 to Sep. 29 with selfadministered questionnaires. We analyzed the data using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, t-test and ANOVA with SPSS win. Results: 1) The mean score of family life events stress was 25.8, family functioning was47.2, and social support was 43.4(4 point scale), 2) The rate of correlation between family life events stress and family functioning was (r=-.18), that between family life events stress and social support was (r=-.26), and that between family functioning and social support was (r=0.46). 3) The mean score of family life events stress by general characteristics was significant in age, religion and family type. The mean score of family functioning by general characteristics was significant in education. The mean score of social support by general characteristics was not significant. Conclusion: Considering the results above, we can recognize that there are close relations among family life events stress, family functioning and social support. Although the correlation coefficient is somewhat different, these three variables are very significant for wives.

      • 병원진료 및 서비스에 대한 환자의 만족도 조사연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the patient satisfaction about curative service in clinical setting. The subjects of this study were 665 patients who were 228 inpatients and 437 outpatients. The data were collected from 10th to 16th, April, 1990 using questionnaire and analized by spss program(percentage, mean score). The results were as follows : A. Inpatients 1. Information & Communication The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "number of nursing care" (mean score : 3,32) 2. Hospital Diet The subjects were not satisfied with hospital diet relatively. The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "attitude of the hospital diet supplier" (mean score : 3,02). 3. Explanation of the medical or nursing procedure The subjects were not satisfied with explanation of medical or nursing procedure relatively. The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "explanation of the received treatment and therapy (mean score : 2.86). 4. Hospital personal attitude The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "attitude of the guard" (mean score : 3.33). 5. Hospital facilities The subjects were not satisfied with hospital facilities. The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "temperature and humidity" (mean score : 2.60). 6. Regular hour of the curative service The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "accuracy of medication timing" (mean score : 3.54). 7. Care of the patient comfort The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "explanation of action and side effect received drug" (mean score : 2.92). 8. Cleaning & cleaner The item which showed the highest level of the patient satisfaction was "attitude of the cleaner" (mean score : 3.14). 9. Explanation of follow up care The item of "Explanation of follow up care" was low(mean score : 2.89). B. Outpatients 1. Attitude of the staff with sincerity The item which showed the highest level was "attitude of respction a patient's personality" (mean score : 3.45). 2. Explanation of the curative service The item which showed the highest level was "Explanation of matters that demand special attention" (mean score : 3.25). 3. OPD facilities The item which showed the highest level was "facilities of the telephone booth" (mean score : 3.27). 4. Spending time of the curative service The item which showed the highest level was "spending time of the receipt (mean score : 2.91). 5. Cost of curative service The item which showed the highest level was "cost of drug and therapy" (mean score : 2.78) 6. Guidance of the facilities The item which showed the hughest level was "department of medical treatment" (mean score : 3.46). 7. Incidental facilities The item which showed the highest level was "number of the bench" (mean score : 2.72) 8. Guidance of the receipt and the store The item which showed the highest level was "guidance of the consultation room and the laboratory" (mean score : 3.17).
