As I approach addiction counseling, it is important, as pastoral counselor, that I have as clear an understanding as possible of who I am both personally and professionally in relation to addiction. I need to be brave enough to examine my own experiences with addictive tendencies within myself and my loved ones as well as my professional experiences with addicts. These experiences color and shape my work with my addicted clients. If I engage in a thorough selfexploration, I can enter encounters with addicts using a clear, balanced approach and avoid being thrown off balance by the intense force of addiction as it has expressed and expresses it self my client’s life. According to my pastoral counseling perspective, I, as shepherd, would have an empathic bonds with my congregations who are church members or my students. Lots of persons who are struggling with many kinds of addiction could be my fellows and helpers. I could think of persons who live around me as precious and valuable to me and to God. So I am concerned about those persons with my genuine heart and sincere mind to be free from addictive environments.
Boosting algorithm을 이용한 다중 질의 영상검색

Content-based image retrieval uses extracted image contents. But if the contents are consist of many features then the retrieval process may speed down. In this paper, we use boosting algorithm to reduce the redundancy of features. We experiment 286 wallpapers and get the successful result.

본 시험은 최근 육성된 신품종을 포함한 중부지역 적응 주요 벼 재배품종들에 대한 수발아 특성을 검토한 결과로서 수발아 사전예방을 위한 품종선택 및 고품질 쌀 생산 영농자료로 활용코자 수행하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 수발아 실내검정에서 수발아율은 출수후 일수가 경과 될수록, 처리온도가 높을수록 높은 경향이었다. 2. 수발아 실내검정시 수발아율이 10%이하로 낮은 품종은 처리후 8일 조사에서 출수후 35일 25/15℃ (주/야)조건에서는 오대벼, 히토메보레, 고시히카리, 화성벼, 호평벼, 일품벼, 추청벼 등 7품종, 30/20℃ (주/야) 조건에서는 히토메보레, 고시히카리, 화성벼, 호평벼 등 4품종이었다. 3. 수발아 포장검정에서 출수후 검정시기별 수발아율이 10%이하로 낮은 품종은 출수후 35일(도복 8일후 조사)은 호평벼, 히토메보레 등 12품종, 출수후 45일(도복 8일 후 조사)은 일품벼, 화성벼, 추청벼, 호평벼 등 4품종이었다. 4. 라이시미터 분무처리에 따른 수발아율은 지하수 분무처리에 따른 저온(이삭부위 평균온도 16~19℃ )으로 포장검정에 비해 시험품종 모두 수발아율이 낮았으며, 분무처리후 37일(출수후 57일)에 10%이하로 낮은 품종은 삼광벼, 호평벼, 추청벼, 일품벼 등 4품종이었다. 5. 최근 육성 벼 신품종의 수발아 특성은 포장검정시(출수후 45일, 도복 8일후 조사) 10%이하는 호평벼, 11~20% 는 삼광벼, 21~40% 는 오대1호, 조생흑찰벼, 청호벼, 41~60% 는 서안1호, 운광벼, 보석찰벼, 61~90% 는 고품벼이었다. Varietal differences on viviparous germination of newly released rice varieties were investigated to provide selection criteria for the high quality rice production. Laboratory and field tests were conducted on 20 different rice varieties in 2007. Varieties which showed below 10% of viviparous germination at the laboratory test were Odaebyo, Hitomebore, Koshihikari, Hwasungbyo, Hopyongbyo, Ilpumbyo, Chuchungbyo when they were treated 35 days after heading (DAH) at the temperature of 25/15~circC (day/night) for 8 days, and were Hitomebore, Koshihikari, Hwasungbyo, Hopyongbyo under diurnal temperature of 30/20~circC (day/night). At the field test with artificial lodging, there were 12 varieties including Hopyongbyo, Hitomebore that showed lower viviparous germination below 10% when they were treated at 35DAH and measured 8 days after lodging treatment but there was only four varieties (Ilpumbyo, Hwasungbyo, Chuchungbyo, Hopyongbyo) when lodging treatment was made at the 45DAH. Among newly released rice varieties, viviparous germination rate of Hopyongbyo was below 10% and was 11 to 20% at Hithomebore and Samgwangbyo, 21 to 40% at Koshihikari, Odae-No.1, Josaengheukchalbyo, Chonghobyo, 41 and 60% at Suean-No.1, Whongwangbyo, Bosukchalbyo, and 61 to 90% at Gopumbyo when it was examined 8 days after lodging treatment at 45DAH.
Relevance feedback을 이용한 감성언어 기반 영상 검색

We propose an on-line query mechanism for emotion-based similarity retrieval of images in database. It uses emotional languages for the first search. We know that it successfully catches the user's emotion. For the second search, we use relevance feedback algorithm to reflect the gap between the user's emotion and computer calculated contents. Relevance feedback successfully analyzes the data that is user's estimation of images and reduces the gap between user and computer. The features and similarity measures are adopted from MPEG-7 color descriptors which are proper retrieval of large multimedia databases. We use 286 images for experiment which are corrected from internet. The result shows that the system is successful.
