Looking into the land owner management of the newly built palaces in the Great Han Empire such as Kyungsun Palace and Youngchinwang Palace, it is proven that they are usually managed by the landowners. The newly built palaces enforced landowner management through the tenant farmer management by the head tenant farmer, the change of the rent collection method and the rent raise Such an enforcement of land owner management can be made because there has been stable production. Although some areas had experienced disasters every other year, rent collection did not decrease constantly. It stayed at a certain level or increased a little bit, repeating increase and decrease alternatively. They usually restored the production level after the year of disaster and secured the production base. From the perspective of the distribution of tenant farmers, there was difference between groups but most of the tenant farmers were lower class farmers who had farmed 0~5 Durak or 3~8 Durak. The concetration of tenant farmers to this farming size shows that they farmed the ladn based on the concentrated farming method. The tenant farmers tended to expand their farming land and improve their status to upper level. It shows that their farming management has been somewhat stable. Considering their remaining rate and farming period, they maintained the stable level. Based on such tenant farmers, the newly built palaces enforced landowner management. However, there were some obstacles as well. Although the Great Han Empire exempted the land tax for the land influenced by the disaster while collecting the tax, it did not cover the whole damage. Because of this, the landowner and tenant farmers had to pay land tax without enough exemption to cover the damage from the disasters.
초음파 분산을 이용한 Epoxy-Organoclay 나노콤포지트 구조적 그리고 유전특성에 관한 연구

The effect of the organoclay_10A nanoparticles on the DSC and Structural and Dielectrics Propertiest(1㎐-1㎒) for epoxy/Organoclay_10A Nanocomposites has been studied. Dielectric properties of epoxy-Organoclay nanocomposites were investigated at 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 filler concentration by weight. Epoxy nanocomposites samples were prepared with good dispersion of layered silicate using power ultrasonic method in the particles. As structural analysis, the interlayer spacing have decreased with filled nanoparticles contents increase using power ultrasonic dispersion. The maximum increase interlayered spacing was observed to decease for above 5wt% clay loading. The other hand, as decrease with concentration filler of the layered silicate were increased dispersion degree of nanoparticles in the matrix. The interesting dielectric properties for epoxy based nanocomposites systems are attributed to the large volume fraction of interfacesin the bulk of the material and the ensuring interactions between the charged nanoparticle surface and the epoxy chains.

瘡腫, 齒痛등의 치료에 랑楡藥으로 사용되어 온 참느릅나무잎의 성분 연구중, 계통분획과정에서 column chromatography를 이용하지 않고서 비교적 많은 flavomoid 성분이 석출되는 분리방법을 발견하였다. 이는 분광학적 방법에 의해 rutin 으로 그 구조를 결정하였다. 이러한 분리방법은 colum chromatography를 이용하지 않고서도 순수하게 rutin 이 분리된다는 점에서 생약분석학 실험 및 천연물화학 실험등의 학부과정의 실험과목에서 이용가능하리라 사료되며, 또한 모세혈관 저항성, 심수축 증가작용등의 생리활성이 있는 rutin이 간단하게 석출되는 참느룹나무 잎은 rutin자원식물로서 개발 가능성을 암시하고 있다.분리한 rutin은 참느릅나무에서 처음으로 발견된 화합물이다. ABSTRACT ㅁFlavonoid compounds are naturally occurring substances which have widespread biological activities. Particulary rutin has been used in the treatment of various conditions characterized by capillary bleeding. Ulmus parviflora(Ulmaceae) is a deciduous tree.From the leaves of this plant which have been used in a Chinese crude drugs for treating a boil, rutin was isolated as a large amount without using a column chromatography and identified by chemical and spectral analysis.
