2인칭 대명사의「文的」 해석과「發話的」해석

본 연구는 語用論과 대조언어학적 관점에서「文」과「發話」라는 개념을 통해 일본어와 한국어, 영어와 프랑스어의 2인칭 대명사의 文的 기능과 發話的 기능을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한 것으로서, 첫째, 일본어 2인칭 대명사「あんた」를 文的 해석과 發話的 해석에 의해 7분류하여 이「あんた」라는 표현의 기능이 文的인 것부터 發話的인 것까지의 연속체를 이루고 있음을 제시하고, 둘째, 일본어「あんた」와 같은 2인칭 대명사이자 호칭어에 해당하는 한국어 중에서「얘」의 기능을 살펴보며, 셋째, 일본어와 한국어와는 타입이 다른 언어인 인도유럽어(영어, 프랑스어)에 있어 이러한 기능의 언어표현이 어떠한 역할을 하는가에 대해 고찰하여, 넷째,「文」과「發話」의 역할과 기준이 언어의 통어적 구조나 제약에 따라 상이하다는 점을 주장하였다. 고찰결과,「文」이 성립되기 위해서는 언어마다 정해져 있는 統語制約이나 언어에 공통된 項의 제약을 지켜야 하며, 영어와 같은 언어에서는 이러한 제약이 필요조건으로 작용하여 실제의 發話와 文 사이에 거의 차이가 없지만, 일본어나 한국어, 프랑스어와 같은 통어제약과 項의 제약이 충분조건에 불과한 언어에서는 項이 표면에 나타나지 않는 경우도 있기 때문에 발화의 의도를 해석하기 위해서는 문맥에서 그 부족한 項을 보충해야 하는 ?문맥의존형 언어?임을 알 수 있었다.

Fish and Seaweed(Yuzao) is a representative motifs adorning blue-and-white porcelains made in the early Joseon Dynasty. This study is aimed to identify the characteristics and the stylistic basis of the blue-and-white porcelains decorated with fish and seaweed motifs in the early Joseon Dynasty in connection with the specific implications carried by the subject. Examination of extant artifacts revealed that fish and seaweed motifs in the early Joseon Dynasty were used to decorate wine utensils such as tall jars, flasks, cups and predominantly painted on the flat-rimmed plates. Furthermore, most of these motifs depicted carps, using a simple composition that comprises only fish and seaweed without additional elements such as lotus ponds or duckweed. In particular, the fish are emphasized and drawn meticulously with shading to add realism. By contrast, much less weight is attached to the seaweed, which are drawn in a very abbreviated manner. The overall style of fish and seaweed design decorated on blue-and-white porcelains of the early Joseon Dynasty bears a greater resemblance to fish and seaweed paintings of the Yuan Dynasty, given that they accord specific preference to carps, and the fish are prominently depicted in the center of the scene while the seaweeds are drawn around them briefly. The subject of Fish and Seaweed was based on the Classic of Poetry, was perceived as symbolizing “the harmony and joy between monarch and his subjects[君臣和樂]” or “the shared joy of monarch and his subjects[君臣同樂]”. It is certain that these specific implications of the Fish and Seaweed(Yuzao ) also applied to fish and seaweed design. Therefore, it can be inferred that the blue-and-white porcelains decorated with fish and seaweed motifs in the early Joseon Dynasty were probably used as special wine vessels in banquets held for together with ruler and his subjects.

지방공기업 경영성과 영향요인 분석 : 지방공사ㆍ공단 경영평가담당자 인식 중심으로

본 연구는 지방공기업 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 핵심요인 분석을 통해 지방공기업 경영성과 제고를 위한 효율적인 방안 모색 및 제도운영에 유용한 정책적 시사점을 도출하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 현행 지방공기업 경영평가틀 및 관련 선행연구 등을 바탕으로 세부측정변수들을 설정하고, 지방공사ㆍ공단의 평가담당자들을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구타당성에 대한 요인분석결과 경영지원(인적자원ㆍ조직관리), 노사관리, 재무관리, 역량관리 요인이 유의미하였으며, 다중회귀분석결과 지방공기업 경영성과 영향요인으로 재무관리ㆍ노사관리요인이 가장 중요한 변수로 선정되었다. 또한 경영성과 제고를 위해 예산ㆍ회계관리, 자금조달ㆍ집행관리 그리고 재무비율관리 및 원가관리 측면과 노사관리에 대한 체계적인 관리 측면의 중요성을 도출하였다. 궁극적으로 일선 지방공기업과 이를 총괄하는 중앙행정기관은 관련 조직의 경영성과 창출을 위해 전략과 연계된 업무 중심의 성과관리시스템을 구축하며, 지방공기업 경영성과의 핵심영향요인을 반영하여 보다 정확한 성과를 측정할 수 있는 지표체계의 개선을 심도 있게 준비ㆍ수행할 필요가 있다. This study is intended for searching efficient ways to raise management results for local public enterprises and for drawing out policy implications which are useful for sunning the institutions. Specific measures are chosen based on the current performance evaluations framework of local public enterprises and the related literature review, and the analysis by evidence is done with the performance evaluators of local public enterprises. As a result of factor analysis of research validity, management support(human resources and organization management), labor relations management, financial management, capability management factors are found to be meaningful. Financial management and labor relations management factors are selected as the most important ones for the influence of management performance in local public enterprises as a result of multiple regression analysis. In addition, the importance of budgetㆍaccounting management, financingㆍexecution management, financial ratio and cost management, and systematic management of labor relations are derived. Local public enterprises and the central government organizations which oversee the enterprises need to establish a performance management system which centers on the strategy-linked job for creating management performance of the related organizations. They also need to improve and implement the performance measurement system which reflects key impact factors of the local public enterprises' performance for the accurate performance measurement.

조선어 접두사 “개-”의 의미기능

접두사에 대한 연구는 접두사의 목록을 설정하는 기준 제시에서부터 접두사의 의미를 중심으로 한 의미범주 제시, 접두사의 생산성에 대한 연구, 접두사의 통사적기능에 대한 연구까지 폭넓게 이루어져왔다. 그러나 특히 의미를 중심으로 한 연구에서는 접두사 각각의 의미를 라렬하고 비슷한 의미를 가진 접두사들끼리 하나로 묶어주는데 그치고있다. 접두사는 문법적기능보다는 어근과 결합하여 그 어근에 뜻을 더해주는 가의적역할을 한다. 그렇기때문에 접두사에 대한 연구는 각각의 접두사가 어떠한 의미를 실현 시키는가를 밝히는것이 중요하다고 할수 있다. 본 론문에서는 생산성이 비교적 높은 접두사 “개-”의 파생기능을 알아보고 파생어내부의 의미구조를 해체하여 이들의 의미특성을 살펴보고자 한다.

광역자치단체의 사회복지예산 결정요인 분석

본 연구는 광역자치단체 사회복지예산의 영향요인을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 진행되었다. 이는 최근 누리과정예산 편성과정에서 보듯 광역자치단체가 단순 자금전달자에서 벗어나 예산결정자 혹은 관리자로서 그 역할이 중요해졌기 때문이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 총 16개 광역자치단체의 2011년부터 2015년까지 5개년도 사회복지예산비중을 종속변수로 하여 패널회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 영향을 미치는 요인은 전년도 사회복지비중과 1인당지방세부담액인 반면 선행연구에서 영향력을 행사한다고 주장하던 사회복지수요계층이나 재정자립도와 같은 재정요인 등은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사회복지예산이 아직까지 중앙정부에 의해 일방적으로 결정되고 있으며, 광역자치단체의 조정자로서의 역할은 미미했기 때문으로 판단된다. 지방자치제의 취지에 맞는 사회복지사업의 추진을 위해서는 복지전달체계의 수요자 방식으로의 전환과 예산의 자율적 집행이 보장되는 지방교부세 증액이 고민되어야 할 것이다. This study was conducted to explore determinants of social welfare budgets of metropolitan local governments, since as shown in the recent Nuri curriculum budget formulation process, the role of metropolitan local governments has become important as budget decision makers or managers, while they were simple budget deliverers in the past. For this study, the proportion of social welfare budgets of five years from 2011 to 2015 in 16 metropolitan local governments was designated as a dependent variable and a panel regression analysis was conducted. As a result, the proportion of social welfare budgets of the previous year and the amount of local tax per head were influence factors. But financial factors, such as the class with demand for social welfare or the level of financial self-sufficiency, which has been known to influence traditionally, was not significant. This is because social welfare budgets are still decided by the central government unilaterally and the role of metropolitan local governments has been insignificant. The study result demonstrates that for a social welfare project, which suits the purpose of local autonomy, metropolitan local governments should be changed into demanders of welfare deliver system and local allocation tax that guarantees autonomous budgeting, needs to be increased.

접속토‘-고’의 통사 의미적 특성 및 영어번역

조선어에서 접속토 ‘-고’는 사용빈도가 가장 높은 접속토이다. ‘-고’ 접속에 관한 연구는 많다. 그러나 ‘-고’ 접속의 영어번역 류형에 관한 연구는 아직 미진한 상태이다. 접속토 ‘-고’는 하나의 형태를 나타내지만 말이나 문장내에서 나타내는 의미는 다양하다. 본 론문은 접속토 ‘-고’의 통사의미 기능에 따른 정확한 의미를 분석하고 그에 대응하는 다양한 영어번역을 연구한다.

조선시대의 왕실 주기, 혜호배

Hyehobae(蟪虎盃) is a type of liquor vessel that is recorded in Joseon-dynasty (1392-1910) historical records, but there are no extant examples to verify their form and materiality. Hyehobae is one of the representative alcohol vessels of the Joseon royal court. Through comprehensive examination of Chinese and Joseon records, as well as surviving artifacts, this article aims to identify hyehobae. Hyehobae is described as a vessel that features a Hyeho, an insect-like creature that dies after drinking alcohol. Hyehobae were bestowed to the Seungjeongwon(承政院, Royal Secretariat) and Dokseodang(讀書堂, Reading Hall) and were made of silver or jade to be used in royal banquet of auspicious ceremonies(嘉禮). Hyehobae is an alternative name for galhobae(蝎虎杯), which is a ritual alcohol vessel with an image of a Gekko japonicus called Galho(蝎虎). Hyehobae and galhobae correspond with Ssangyigalho cheongokjan(雙耳蝎虎靑玉盞, Green jade cup with Gekko handles), which is recorded in Junjakdoseol(尊爵圖說, Illustration of Royal Drinking Vessels) in the ‘Five Rites’(五禮儀) of the Sejong sillok(世宗實錄, Annals of King Sejong) and Gukjo oryeeui(國朝五禮儀, Five Rites of the State). From the illustration, Ssangyigalho cheongokjan was based on Ming-dynasty (1368-1644) jade cups with chi-dragon(螭龍) double handles. The Ming cups developed from Songdynasty (960-1279) metal and jade cups decorated with chi dragons. Furthermore a bronze cup with auspicious animal handle(靑銅瑞獸付盞), a surviving Joseon-dynasty hyehobae, is comparable to Ming single chi-dragon handle cups. A bronze cup with auspicious animal handle also shows that vessels with single Gekko handles were produced. This research is significant not only because it links hyehobae and galhobae with Ssangyigalho cheongokjan but also for unearthing the formal correspondences with a bronze cup with Gekko handle. These findings will play an important role in expanding the scholarship on liquor and ritual vessels of the Joseon royal court.
