        노인여성의 요실금과 우울, 인지기능 및 일상생활수행능력과의 관계

        Objectives: This study was conducted to find out the prevalence of urinary incontinence, and its association with depression, cognitive function and daily living activity in elderly women. Methods: The data have been obtained through interviews from the 575 elderly women residing in urban, rural and residential facilities on December 1st, 2007 through February 28th, 2008. For data collection, the Questionnaire for Urinary Incontinence Diagnosis (QUID), the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D), Mini-Mental State Examination-Korea (MMSE-K), activity of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activity of daily living (IADL) were used. Results: The prevalence of urinary incontinence (UI) was 37.4% of the subjects, and it was significantly higher in elderly women in residential facilities than in urban and rural. The type of UI were stress incontinence 17.4%, mixed incontinence 14.8%, and urge type incontinence 5.2%. The distribution of elderly women with UI was significantly higher residing in residential facilities, depressed group, impaired ADL and IADL group than their respective counterparts. However, significant difference was not found in cognitive function. Conclusions: The UI of elderly women is highly associated with depression, ADL and IADL, as well as socio-demographic characteristics.

        Li Yu is a dramatist who created 42 works during the late Ming Dynasty and early Ch'ing Dynasty era. Up to this time, the evaluation of Li Yu was done mainly in the criterion of his works. However, Bei Ci Guang Zheng Pu displays his talents in other criteria. Before Li Yu's Bei Ci Guang Zheng Pu, there were some other Qu Pu′s, including Zhong Yuan Yin Yun and Tai He Zheng Yin Pu. However, they were so short and simple that their application was not easy. Compared to Zhong Yuan Yin Yun and Tai He Zheng Yin Pu, Bei Ci Guang Zheng Pu is much more abundant and rich. Bei Ci Guang Zheng Pu contains more than 100 Qu Pais and each Qu Pai has Yao Pians again. Of special note is that its new attempt to include the form of Tao Shu for the actual application of the plays.

        지면 번역과 무대 번역의 비교 연구 : 체호프의『바냐 아저씨』를 중심으로

Interpreting and Translation Studies 22(2), 135-153 Drama is one of literary genres and an element of theatre. As a result, drama has the duality of literariness and theatricality. This duality of drama affects the drama translation. It makes the drama translation method to be divided into two, namely, the page to page translation which emphasizes the faithfulness to the source text and the page to stage translation which emphasizes stage performance. However, to fully realize the potential of the dramatic text, it is necessary to have a comprehensive approach that is not tied to any type of the drama translation. In this respect, this study compares and analyzes the characteristics of the page translation and the stage translation. Through this, this study aims to investigate the efficient drama translation strategies for the various aspects of the drama translation. To achieve this purpose, focusing on Chekhov's Uncle Vanya , this study examines the characteristics of the two types of drama translation in terms of the five components that constitute the external form of dramatic text, that is, the title, the acts and scenes, representation of characters, the dialogue, and the stage direction.

        성인 선천성 심장병 수술환자의 삶의 질 : 건강대조군과 비교

        Background This study examined quality of life of adult CHD patients (N = 201) in comparison with a healthy control group (N = 200) and determined factors associated with psychological well-being for adult CHD patients. 201 adult CHD patients were receiving support from Korea Heart Foundation from 1984 to 1999. They were divided into two groups - simple type and complex type. Factors of quality of life included physical health, social adjustment, family relationships, and psychological well-being. Methods T-test was used to analyze the difference of means in the two sets of groups - CHD patents with healthy controls and simple type with complicate type. Duncan test examined the difference of means of three groups- simple type, complicate type, and healthy controls. In order to examine factors affecting psychological well-being of CHD patients, multiple regression analysis was applied. Results Results indicated that quality of life of the complex type was significantly lower than that of both healthy group and simple type in most areas of quality of life. In comparison with the healthy group, the simple type showed no significant difference in objective health but a significantly lower degree in subjective health, academic achievement, employment, and psychological well-being. Self-esteem of adult CHD patients was significantly associated with monthly income, subjective health status, and family cohesion. Subjective health and family cohesion were also significantly associated with happiness. Conclusions These findings have important implications on program development for CHD patients and their families and on future research. 연구배경 1984년부터 1999년까지 한국심장재단의 지원으로 20세 이상 선천성 심장병 수술을 받은 환자 201명과 같은 연령대의 건강대조군과 비교하여 심장수술 후 삶의 질의 정도를 파악하고, 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 방 법 선천성 심장병 수술환자와 건강대조군, 단순기형군과 복잡기형군의 두 집단 평균의 차이를 검증하기 위하여 t-test를 실시하였으며, 단순기형군과 복잡기형군, 건강대조군 세 집단 평균의 차이를 검증하기 위해서는 Duncan test를 적용하였다. 선천성 심장병 수술환자의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하기 위해서는 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결 과 복잡기형군의 경우 건강대조군과 비교하여 삶의 질이 거의 모든 영역에서 떨어지며, 단순기형군과의 비교에서도 대부분 삶의 질이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 단순기형군은 건강대조군과 비교하여 객관적인 건강상태에서는 차이가 없었으나 학업성취도, 취업률, 심리적 안녕에서 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 성인 선천성 심장병 수술 환자의 자아존중감에는 월평균소득, 주관적 건강상태, 가족결속력이 영향을 미치며, 행복감에는 주관적 건강상태와 가족결속력이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결 론 복잡기형군에게는 관심과 지원이, 단순기형군에게는 주관적 건강상태와 자아존중감 향상을 위해 심장병 아동의 부모를 위한 부모교육프로그램이 제공되어야 하며, 성인 선청성 심장병 수술환자의 삶의 질을 위하여 가족결속력 향상을 위한 가족상담이나 가족치료가 제공되어야 한다.

        팀기반학습으로 운영된 유아동작 모의수업 경험에 대한 의미연결망 분석

        Objectives This study examined the meaning and impact of team-based learning (TBL) on early childhood movement education by analyzing the reflective materials on teaching practices written by prospective early childhood teachers participating in TBL. Methods The participants of this study were 45 students enrolled in a 4-year early childhood education program in G City. The movement education class they took involved the design and demonstration of simulated lessons, which were conducted using the Team-Based Learning (TBL) approach. After completing a semester of classes, the learners wrote self-reflection materials on TBL and simulated lessons in the context of movement education. The qualitative data from these materials were analyzed using KrKwic and UCINET to extract keywords and perform centrality and semantic network analysis. Results Firstly, the common theme keywords that emerged from the TBL activities and simulated teaching demonstration experiences were ‘lesson plan’, ‘activity’, ‘movement’, ‘class’, ‘children’, ‘simulated teaching’, ‘feedback’, and ‘interest’. Secondly, the keywords associated with TBL activities included ‘time’, ‘team members’, ‘groups’, ‘opinions’, ‘active participation’, ‘challenges’, ‘parts’, ‘materials’, ‘expression’, ‘practice’, ‘modification’, and ‘utilization’. The semantic network analysis of TBL activities revealed a meaningful structure related to simulated teaching and the experiences of TBL activities. Thirdly, the keywords identified in relation to simulated teaching experiences were ‘teacher’, ‘thoughts’, ‘progress’, ‘experience’, ‘field’, ‘assistance’, ‘application’, ‘methods’, ‘process’, ‘rules’, ‘improvement’, and ‘demonstration’. The keyword ‘teacher’ showed high values in terms of linkages, degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality. The proximity centrality of ‘progress’, ‘experience’, and ‘application’ was high, while the betweenness centrality was low. The semantic network structure reflected the effectiveness of learning and application through the preparation and implementation phases of simulated teaching. Conclusions The semantic network analysis of early childhood movement education simulated teaching experiences conducted through TBL revealed that prospective early childhood educators perceive TBL activities and simulated teaching experiences as highly significant. These findings underscore the importance of learner-engaged instructional approaches in enhancing the teaching competencies of prospective early childhood educators.
