Purpose - The purpose of this research is to explore the determinants of marriage intention for Korean youth. Because Korean society is under the population decline, inspecting influential attributes become worthy. Design/methodology/approach - This study employed Korean Youth panel data. The determinants of marriage intention include subjective health, leisure time, Schwabe index, culture recreation ratio, and Engel coefficient. This study performed binary logistic regression to test the hypotheses. Findings - The results indicate that subjective health and leisure time positively impact on the likelihood of marriage intention. However, culture recreation ratio and Engel coefficient negatively affect the likelihood of marriage intention. Schwabe index exerts no significant effect on marriage intention. Research implications or Originality - The results could become useful information to build policy to solve the population decline problem

반도체 제조 공정 중 습식 세정 공정의 목적은 크게 습식 식각 공정(Wet Etch Process)과 웨이퍼 표면상의 Particle (P/C)과 유기 잔류물, 금속 입자와 같은 불순물을 제거하는 세정 공정(Cleaning Process)로 구분될 수 있다. 식각 형태가 등 방성인 습식 식각의 특성상 미세 패턴 형성이 어렵기 때문에 패턴이 미세화 됨에 따라 일부분의 공정에만 습식 식각 공정이 적용되고 있으나, 건식 식각(Dry Etch)과는 달리 측면 식각(Lateral Etch)이 용이하기 때문에 최근 3D-NAND나 NEMS/MEMS와 같은 3차원 디바이스 제작 공정에 적용되는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 또한 공정 미세화가 고도화됨에 따라 수율과 신뢰성 측면에서 오염물을 제거하는 세정 공정의 중요성이 증대되고 있는 상황이며, 차세대 반도체 소자의 개발 및 양산을 위해서 다양한 개념의 신규 세정제 개발이 요구되고 있다. 새로운 미세 디바이스 구조나 신 물질이 적용되는 반도체 제조 공정에 대응하는 차세대 습식 식각액 및 세정제 개발에는 계면현상의 이해와 계면공학적 기술 응용이 필수적이며, 본 발표에서는 반도체용 Wet Chemical 개발에서의 계면화학/공학기술 적용 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

Determinants of satisfaction and revisit intention for fast food restaurant customers

The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of customer satisfaction and revisit intention for quick service restaurant customers. This study proposed three elements (e.g., price fairness, health concerns, and accessibility) to account for customer satisfaction and revisit intention. For the data collection, this study adopted Amazon Mechanical Turk. The study employed a survey as an instrument based on the extant literature. For the data analysis, this research employed confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis within structural equation modeling. The results indicate that price fairness positively impacts satisfaction, while health concerns negatively affect revisit intention. The results also show that accessibility is positively associated with revisit intention. Additionally, the results revealed a positive relation between customer satisfaction and revisit intention.

대한체육회 공공스포츠클럽 정책 사업의 성과 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the public sports club policy project promoted by the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee as a national task. In order to increase the policy performance and objectivity of research of this project, it was limited to 98 public sports clubs that have been established and operated nationwide for seven years from 2013 to 2019. As for the policy performance analysis method, the first policy performance analysis was conducted by identifying the "input-process-output" index based on various literature data and deriving results. Based on the results of the first analysis, the second policy performance evaluation evaluated policy performance by selecting 22 research participants who were well aware of the public sports club policy project according to the concepts of 'effectiveness', 'efficiency', and 'appropriateness'. Through the performance analysis study of the public sports club policy project, the following conclusions were reached. First, the public sports club policy project achieved its original goal from the perspective of effectiveness, efficiency, and adequacy, which are three measures of policy performance evaluation, and received higher scores than average, but the results were not satisfactory. Second, even if government support for public sports clubs is terminated, it is necessary to secure a stable budget and establish a legal basis for consignment use of public sports facilities to attract members, financial independence, stabilize leader employment, and continuous program operation. Third, in the case of areas where public sports clubs were established, there were many cases of conflict due to the lack of a governance system with local sports associations and sports organizations.

Exploration for the Determinants of Duty Free Store Product Willingness to Pay*: Case of Lotte Duty Free Store

Duty free store business is a well-performing business in the tourism domain. Given the characteristic, it could be valuable to investigate why consumers use duty free store. This research selects willingness to pay as the explained variable. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of willingness to pay. This study adopts four attributes (e.g., convenient facility, cleanliness, price fairness, and trust) as the independent variables. Regarding the market share in the duty free business domain, this study chooses Lotte duty free store as the subject. This study uses survey and executed online survey for the data collection. The research participants are domestic customers. 265 observations were used for the data analysis. Regarding the results, willingness to pay of duty free store product is positively affected by convenient facility, cleanliness, and trust. However, this study presents non-significant association between price fairness and willingness to pay.

Influence of Deposition Method on Refractive Index of SiO2 and TiO2 Thin Films for Anti-reflective Multilayers

Anti-Reflective (AR) thin film coatings of SiO2 (n=1.48) and TiO2 (n=2.17) were deposited by ion-beam assisted deposition (IBAD) with End-Hall ion source and conventional electron beam (e-beam) evaporation to investigate the effect of deposition method on the refractive indicies (n) of the films. Green-light generation using a GaAs laser diode was achieved via excitation of the second harmonic. The latter resulted from the transmission of the fundamental guided-mode wave of 1064 nm through periodically poled LiNbO3. Large differences in the refractive indicies of each of the layers in the multilayer coating may improve AR performance. IBAD of SiO2 reduced its refractive index from 1.45 to 1.34 at 1064 nm. Conversely, e-beam evaporation of TiO2 increased its refractive index from 1.80 to 2.11. In addition, no fluctuations in absorption at the wavelength of 1064 nm were found. The results suggest that films prepared by different deposition methods can increase the effectiveness of multilayer AR coatings. Antecedents and consequences of Southwest Airlines’ brand love

Competition among low-cost carriers has become more intense, so it is essential to figure out their consumers’ characteristics. Thus, this study aims to investigate the characteristics of low-cost carrier customers. The research subject was Southwest Airlines because its market share is the largest in the low- cost carrier business area. As the main attribute, this research employs brand love. As for the antecedents of brand love, this study chose fun, emotion, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Also, this research selected reuse intention as the consequence attribute of brand love. For the data collection to test the hypotheses, Amazon Mechanical Turk panels were used. This study used 308 surveys, and the data were statistically analyzed for frequency analysis, correlation matrix, exploratory factor analysis with varimax rotation, reliability, and multiple regression analysis. Regarding the results, brand love was positively influenced by both fun and CSR. Moreover, the results reveal a positive association between brand love and reuse intention. This study contributes to the literature by clarifying the association among the four attributes. Additionally, this study could offer practical implications for management of low- cost carriers.
