        After 1980's, apartment complex has been a general(ordinary) pattern of dwelling types for city environments such as it of Seoul. And an improved economical standard of living and a necessity of forming a neighborhood community requires psychological and cultural factors for the dwelling culture and the fulfillment of basic human desires as weld as functional and economical desire within allowable building regulations. The purpose of this study is to compare the dwelling satisfaction and environmental characteristics of several different sites and cluster-layout types by analyzing categorization of cognitive cues of the residents about outdoor space layouts. The directions are to be established regarding outdoor space layout and layout planning with the evaluation elements which are abstracted and established from the study of residential environment.

      • 우리 나라 외국인 노동자의 직무태도에 관한 실증적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to present tile effective methods of managing foreign industrial trainees at the minor enterprises in Korea. To accomplish the purpose effectively, this study has analyzed the impact of workers' cognitive dissonance in their jobs on their job satisfaction, breakaway-tendency and job attitudes. This study conducted empirical analyses using questionnaire data on foreign industrial trainees in Seoul and Kwangju area. Independent variables are cognitive dissonance resulting from housing facilities, wages, interrelationship between co-workers, acquisition of technology, supervision, communication, benefits, and working conditions. The minor enterprises with foreign trainees should make proper policies considering political, economic, and cultural aspects so that they can use the workers effectively. Then they can induce the workers' motivation to work harder. Cognitive dissonance was remarkable in wages. Wages were the main cause of tile workers' job dissatisfaction. Accordingly it is necessary to raise their wages to the extent that they can take pride in their jobs. High wages are the best way to manage foreign workers effectively. The introduction of foreign industrial trainees to this country has helped many minor enterprises to solve their labor shortage problems. To use this system successfully, the managers of minor enterprises should take several improvement measures as follows: business diversification, extension of training period, increase of the number of trainees, guarantee of medical insurance and workmen's accident compensation insurance, etc. Moreover the whole societies, not to mention the minor enterprises, should watch carefully the illegal sojourners, so that they cannot get jobs in this country.

        나눔의 집은 성공회에서 운영하는 도시 빈민 지역 선교 기관이자 교회로서 1986년도에 노원구 상계동에 최초로 설립되었고 이어 성북구 정릉동, 인천 송림동, 관악구 봉천동, 대전에 두곳, 부산에 한 곳이 연이어 설립되었다. 나눔의 집을 세운 1986년은 1984년부터 86아시안게임, 88올림픽으로 인하여 강제철거가 심하게 진행되던 시기였다. 무대책 강제 철거라고 하여 700여 명의 폭력배를 동원하여 단 몇 시간 만에 450여 가구를 내쫓고 그 지역을 폐허로 만들어 버리는 무자비한 철거가 진행되던 시기였다. 당시 노인들의 증언에 따르면, 6.25사변때도 이정도는 아니었다고 할 정도로 85세의 노인, 5세의 어린이가 철거 더미에 깔려 죽음을 당할 정도의 참혹한 일들이 일어났었다. 그 당신 “하느님, 제발 다시는 이 자리에서 제가 떠나지 않게 해 주십시오. 이런 모습을 잠시라도 잊지 않도록 해 주십시오”라고 간절히 기도했던 기억이 난다. 그리고 나서 상계동에 나눔의 집을 만들었다.

      • 여성근로자의 직장가정간의 갈등이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 : 서비스 종업원을 중심으로

        As recognition that internally-oriented marketing activities are important has been widely spread, there are many studies on salespersons, who are internal customers. In particular, in respect to service interaction, as interaction between customers and salespersons are considered as important, research on the marketing focuses on effective management on salespersons to encourage the interaction to be active. This study focuses on emotion of salespersons required in service production process. The purposes of the study are presented as follows: First, it investigates the relations between work and family conflicts and emotional dissonance experienced by salespersons. Second, to identify the influence of conflicts between work and family, it surveys relations between emotional dissonance, salesperson performance, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study examines bibliography and previous studies relating to conflicts between work and family, emotional dissonance, prepares and demonstrates study models and assumptions. For the survey, it targets 504 salespersons who are working for insurance companies, and for the demonstration, it uses SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.30 for analysis on characteristics of the samples, evaluates measuring tools and demonstrates significance of the assumption of the study. As a result of the study, it is found that the conflicts between work and family influence emotional dissonance, and such conflicts has an influence on salespersons performance. It is found that the performance also influences organizational committment. The results of the study have the following suggestions: First, in management aspect, they suggest that employers should understand and manage conflicts and emotion of salespersons. That is, they have a meaning in terms of management and education of salespersons. Theoretical suggestions are presented as follows: First, previous studies separate conflicts between roles from ones between persons and roles, but this study identifies cause and effects of the two factors and finds important previous variables to manage emotion of salespersons. Second, this study finds that emotional dissonance influences salesperson performance. This study has a meaning that it abstracts a direct resultant variable of salespersons, emotional dissonance as a personal emotional factor.

      • 韓國企業의 新勞使文化 定立에 관한 實證的 硏究

        If the enterprise in Korea develop the recognition, the convention and the system and positively substitute New labor-Management Culture for labor-management relationship, Korea could be the knowledge powerful nation at 21C knowledge information age. The new economic paradigm in 21 century needs to establish new labor-management culture. Through this alteration, the purposes of this study are b elow: What create the the factors of forming new labor-management culture in the enterprises selected as advanced leader company of cooperating labor-management and contribute the meaning of labor-management through analysing. These results support this study hypothesis and prove the propriety of advanced leader company in labor-management relationship by Labor Cabinet. Therefore, here are the plans for new labor-management culture cored on the results showed above are below: Which the differentiative recognition of the labor-management relationship shows bigger distinction at the constructive style and aggressive/defensive style means that achievement, self-actualizing, humanistic-encouraging and affinitative are the most important variables. These pure human elements can be developed the different recognitions of labor-management relationship. For that, better working condition with easier communication system and human interests, better participating management system for decision making and purpose setting and opening management are needed. This paper has certain point views as below: This paper tried to view the solutions for how to reduce the gap existed in labor-management relationship and how to develop the quality of labor-management culture by modeling of the new labor-management culture advanced leader company.

According to rapid development of information technologies and industries, make environment including design environment has been getting uncertain. To solve this problem many companies begin to focus on designers insight into users. This designer capability can create new market with finding and embodying changing users needs. in recent years, NPD has had the greater influence on the overall business competitiveness. As a result, the consolidated development capability of products has emerged as one of the most significant challenges in business management. Concurrent engineering approach has loomed the while. It is the methodology that concurrently and generally manages NDP process necessary to turn out new products or improve existing ones which vary in the specification even if they similar type of products. Many prior studies have shown that a successful development requires the integration among marketing, R$D, production in NDP process. This thesis is a study of effective integration approach in NDP process. Recognizing the benefits of such integration, many scholars have studied the relationship between the integration and new product success, and found that the integration among marketing, R&D, production was one of most important success factors. So, firm should consider the integration as "key success factor for developing new products.

Deflective thinking to lean on which one during work that is worth getting into gains and work that see damage must not have. Only so, can enjoy much successes keeping away miss beforehand. Principles that say in art of war called art of business strategy ever for these as necessary main principles to business strategy development in administration as well as war. Corporation must apply digital business strategy system properly taking a triangular position at early time because collect and uses value creation and great many information for customer.

      • 학습조직의 모델과 구축과정에 관한 연구 : 광주은행을 중심으로 Centered on Kwangju Bank Case

        최근 다양한 경영혁신이론들이 우후죽순 등장하고 있다. 이 가운데 기업의 생존전략의 하나로서 새롭게 고객만족 추구에 초점을 두고 경영의 전반적인 과정을 다루는 시스템적인 입장에서 학습조직이 관심을 끌고 있다. 학습조직은 지식을 창출하고 이를 조직구성원간에 공유하여 경영성과를 높이는 조직이다. 따라서 학습조직의 정확한 개념과 실천전략 모델, 그 계획적 구축과정을 제시했다. 학습조직이라는 말을 사용하지 않았어도 경영혁신 활동 자체가 학습조직의 실천전략과 어느 정도 일치한 광주은행의 사례를 중심으로 학습조직의 계획적 구축과정을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 2차적 자료와 연구자들의 경험을 근거로 이론적 접근을 시도했다. 본 논문의 사례로 언급되고 있는 광주은행은 1980년말 10개 지방은행 중 총자산 등 규모면에서 7위였으나 1996년 상반기중 4위를 기록, 괄목할만한 성장을 보인데다 금융전산 다운사이징을 비롯한 다양한 경영혁신 활동의 성공적인 도입 등으로 주목받고 있는 금융기관이다. 광주은행은 90년대 들어 금융시장 개방에 따른 국내외적인 치열한 경쟁 속에서 전사적인 관점의 위기관리의 필요성이 증대해 기업문화의 중요성을 인식, 공유가치를 모색하고 있다. 이 과정에서 광주은행의 존재이념으로 '삶과 금융의 조화'를 제시하고 고객만족경영을 펼치고 있다. 본 논문은 학습조직의 실천전략 모델로서 학습조직을 이루기 위해 고객만족 지향이라는 기업목적을 최상위에 두었다. 이를 추구하기 위해 조직가치적인 측면에서 생성적 학습과 공유비전 개발, 조직구조적인 측면에서 한국형 팀제와 계획적 구축이 필요하며 이같은 활동의 바탕을 이루는 공생적 팀파워 형성이 선행되어야 한다는 점을 설명했다. 그리고 이를 광주은행에서의 경영혁신활동, 즉 학습조직의 관점에서 분석하고 다른 기업에도 의미있는 시사점을 제공할 것이라고 보고 있다. Recently, various kinds of new management theories have come into existence. Among them the teaming organization theory is the most attractive one. It focuses on customers satisfaction as one of the survival strategies of enterprise and deals with overall process of management. It creates knowledge, letting it shared by its members and eventually improves management. So it can be safely said that teaming organization can make an enterprise successful. The purpose of this to propose the concept, model, and establishing process of teaming organization. This paper has made a theoretical approach with Kwangju Bank Case on the basis of secondary materials and researchers' experiences in order to develop an establishing process of loaming organization. Kwangju Bank ranked seventh of 10 local-based banks in the scale of assets, but now in the first half of 1996 it ranks fourth, thanks to its new management activities including the downsizing of finance computing. The bank, in the middle of keen competition home and abroad caused by the opening of finance market, has recognized the importance of business culture and has sought shared values among its members. On the level of a survival strategy, Kwangju Bank has proposed "Harmony of Life and Finance" as its ideal, and has done its utmost effort to satisfy customers' various demands. This paper gave the highest priority over customers' satisfaction as a target of enterprise. To accomplish this, it is necessary to establish teaming organizations with productive teaming and shared vision on the part of organization value, and with Korea style team system on the part of organization structure. The validity of teaming organization has been proved by analyzing the management innovation activities of Kwangju Bank from the viewpoint of teaming structure. In this way this paper comes to the conclusion that teaming organization is a recommendable system as a management strategy.

      • 인사제도에 있어서의 절차공정성에 관한 연구

        Super enterprises are extending in unlimited competition times of globalization caused by W.T.O. emerging. In domestic conditions, our society is suffering from structure reorganization of enterprises under International Monetary Fund bailout program. We should get the clearness of the agreement of the three parts (workers, employers, government). In this study, employees' perception of justice criteria, employees' job satisfaction and employees' commitment degrees are investigated. So the employees' job satisfaction and employees' commitment degrees will be cleared and according to social balance, family satisfaction, and acceptance attitude in these procedures, we will see what kind of differences they demonstrate. We can summarize the results of the empirical analysis of this study as following ; First, the procedural justice is important to acquire justice as a method resulted from the improvement of our social injustice complying with the introduction of new personnel system and extended practice. Second, we absolutely get rid of decision makers' prejudice in personnel policy and external pressure and support to manage them fairly. Third, job satisfaction and employees' commitment are increasingly affected by the employees' perception of justice in evaluating their effort, performance, and ability by their enterprises. As a result of this research, this study is to be more useful to introduce effective personnel system within an enterprise. Further research should investigate system and promotion of wages.
