      • 臨海埋立地內 造景樹木의 瑕疵要因에 關한 硏究 : 西海岸과 南海岸을 中心으로

        本 硏究에서는 우리나라의 西海岸과 南海岸에 造成된 臨海埋立地를 對象으로 臨海埋立地의 土壤特性과 植栽基盤 造成現況 및 樹木의 瑕疵要因을 分析하였다. 土壤調査를 위해 名 對象地別로 土壤試料를 採取하여 土壤特性을 分析하였고, 樹木의 生育을 決定하는 5가지 生態的 特性 (耐鹽性, 移植難易度, 養分要求度, 水分要求度, 耐寒性)이 瑕疵에 미친 影響을 檢證하였다. 1. 臨海埋立地에서 鹽分의 含量은 埋立材에 關係없이 初期에는 매우 높았지만 時間의 經過에 따라 뚜렷이 낮아졌으나, 土壤酸度는 埋立材에 따라 差異를 보였다. 즉, 浚渫砂土로 埋立後 良質의 山林土壤으로 盛土한 南海岸에서는 弱알칼리性이었으나 一般 山林土壤으로 埋立된 西海岸에서는 弱酸性, 中性을 나타냈다. 2. 南海岸에서는 耐鹽性이 主要因이었고, 西海岸에서는 養分要求度>移植難易度>耐鹽性>耐寒性의 順으로 樹木의 瑕疵에 影響을 미쳤다. 3. 樹種別로 10% 以內의 瑕疵率을 나타낸 樹種으로는 南海岸에서 사철나무, 치자나무, 가이스까향나무, 감나무, 개나리, 눈주목, 눈향, 동백, 명자나무, 배롱나무, 벽오동, 중국단풍, 화살나무 등이 있었고, 西海岸에서 모과나무, 쥐똥나무, 회양목, 개나리, 명자나무, 무궁화, 왕벚나무, 은행나무, 자귀나무, 좀작살나무, 회화나무등으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to investigate the factors to cause defect of landscape plants in regard to the chemical properties of soils and ecological characteristics of trees which affect the growth of transplanted trees in reclaimed sites of the southern and western seaside in Korea. For soil investigation, 10 soil samples at each sites were tested, and then 5 ecological characteristics of trees such as salt tolerance, transplanting difficulty, degree of nutrient needs, degree of water needs, and cold tolerance were analyzed to identify a correlation with planted trees. The results were summarized as follows; 1. The soil salinity was dwindled down by rainfall not to be harmful to tree growth regardless of the reclaiming materials. 2. The acidity of soils were different respectively depending on the reclaiming materials. The soil pH values were alkaline in southern coastal sites filled with nutrient soils over the dredged sandy soils, but acid or neutral in western seaside filled with forest soils. 3. The major factor to cause defect of the trees in southern seaside was salt tolerance. And then in western seaside the factors were in the following order ; degree of nutrient needs>transplanting difficulty>salt tolerance>cold tolerance. 4. Finally, the degrees of defect were low(lower than 10%) in the following trees ; In southern seasides : Euonymus japonica, Juniperus chinensis, Gardenia jasminoides for. grandiflora, Diospyros kaki, Forsythia koreana, Taxus cuspidata var. nana, Juniperus chinensis var. sargentii, Camellia japonica, Chaenomeles speciosa, Lagerstroemia indica, Firmiana simplex, Acer buergeranum, Euonymus alatus. In western seasieds : Lydonia sinensis, Ligustrum obtusifolium, Buxus microphylla var. koreana, Forsythia koreana, Chaenomeles speciosa, Hibiscus syriacus, Prunus yedoensis, Ginkgo biloba, Albizzia julibrissin, Callicarpa dechotoma, Sophora japonica.

      • ×PINUS RIGIRADIATA의 交配親和力과 特性에 關한 硏究

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the percentage of fertile seed in terms of crossability and relationship of taxonomic affinity for the xP. rigiradiata of interspecific hybrid within Sub-genus Diploxylon of Genus Pinus. The possibility of establishment of hybrid seed orchard and differentia of hybrids for the purpose of extensive program of reforestation in the future have also been investigated. the experimental results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Since the percentage of sound (fertile) seed of xP. rigiradiata that is a F_1 hybrid between seed tree P. rigida and pllen tree P. radiata was relatively high, it would be apparent that the crossability of both trees is high and closely related. 2. The growth rate (i.e., stem height, diameter at stem base and volume) of xP. rigiradiata has shown to be slow and has indicated that xP. rigiradiata would be more closely related to the P. rigida. 3. In the anatomical characteristics, the position of fibrovascular bundle of xP. rigiradiata was close together as seen by P. radiata and the position of resin canal was medium as affected by the character of P. rigida. 4. The cold hardness of xP. rigiradiata was distinctively better than P. radiata. From this it is concluded that the cold hardness of xP. rigiradiata has been affected by the P. rigida. 5. In the conclusion xP. rigiradiata would not be a usable tree for the use in reforestation purpose, since growth rate of this tree is no better than P. rigida. However, further study will have to be made to obtain detailed data on this subject.

      • 濟州道 天然赤松林分의 雜種性

        This experiment was conducted to ivestigate the heterozygosity and relationship of taxonomic affinity for the Pinus densiflora within Sub-genus Diploxylon of Genus Pinus in the Cheju Island. The possibility of establishment of seed orchard for the purpose of extensive program of reforestation in the future have also been investigated. The experimental results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. With regard to the anatomical characteristics in the transverse section of needle, the resin canals are 60% of hybrid pine (RDI value of 0.029∼0.291) as affected by the character of Pinus thunbergii in the Tamna-valley stand (Table 2). 2. With regard to the anatomical characteristics in the transverse section of needle, the resin canals are 100% of hybrid pine (RDI value of 0.044∼0.388) as affected by the character of Pinus thunbergii in the Cheonwang-temple stand (Table 3). 3. With regard to the anatomical characteristics in the transverse section of needle, the resin canals are 90% of hybrid pine (RDI value of 0.050∼0.496) as affected by the character of Pinus thunbergii in the Cheonwang-temple stand (Table 4). 4. With regard to the anatomical characteristics in the transverse section of needle, the resin canals are 70% of hybrid pine (RDI value of 0.028∼0.365) as affected by the character of Pinus thunbergii in the 2nd cross-road stand (Table 5). 5. Since the major part of the sample trees of Pinus densiflora were found to be as heterozygous bearing part of the characteristics of Pinus thunbergii, those red pines were considered to be natural hybrid pines.

      • 景觀路 周邊의 開發形態에 따른 景觀價値 變化의 分析에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of potential land development on perceived environmental quality along the scenic corridor. To represent the present corridor and simulate the roadside development, a photographic simulation technique was developed. A judgement-format was made using a semantic diffierential technique, which was handled to student groups. The data from formats were analyzed using means and univariate analysis of variance for each scale, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and regression analysis. The results are; 1. The on-site users group and the students group for simulation are similar in their judgement of roadside scenic quality. 2. Even slight changes in adjacent roadside development affiect significant changes in perception of roadside quality.(Table 1) 3. Most of the total variance of the input data were explained by three factors, the first factor was interpreted as "Scenic evaluative", the second factor was termed "Activity", the third factor was named "Natural potency". 4. The perceived quality-changes by the development patterns were explained as follows a.Topographic changes; Scenic evaluative,Natural potency b.Destroyed vegetation, Land use, Unsympathetic development; Activity, Natural potency c.Elements of environmental complexity;Activity 5. The degree of satisfaction with scenes was decreased in proportion to the increase of additional development. The unsympathetic developments cause the effects in the activity dimension, the topographic changes, elements of environmental complexity, the destroyed vegetation, and the land use in evaluative dimension.

      • 德積島 天然赤松林分의 雜種性

        本 硏究는 京畿道 甕津郡의 德積島 天然赤松林分에 대한 純粹性을 針葉의 解剖學的 特性中 特히 樹脂道의 位置를 調査檢定한 結果로서 林學關聯分野 硏究의 素材提供을 위해서는 勿論, 今後計劃的造林에 貢獻할 採種圓造成 與否를 觀察하였다. 1. 第1林分區(鎭1里) 供試木의 100%가 黑松의 影響을 받았음을 樹脂道의 位置 卽 RDI가 0.070∼0.288로 보아 알수 있었다.(表 2). 2. 第2林分區(西浦1里) 供試木의 100%가 黑松의 影響을 받았음을 樹脂道의 位置 卽 RDI가 0.051∼0.250로 보아 알수 있었다.(表 3). 3. 第3林分區(西浦2里) 供試木의 100%가 黑松의 影響을 받았음을 樹脂道의 位置 卽 RDI가 0.050∼0.315로 보아 알수 있었다.(表 4). 4. 本 供試木의 全部가 黑松의 形質을 가진 雜種松임을 알수 있었으므로 이들 赤松은 針葉의 樹脂道 位置로 보아 自然雜種松으로 識別되었다. With regard to the anatomical characteristics in the transverse section of needle, the resin canals are 100% of hybrid pine (RDI value of 0.070-0.288) as affected by the character of Pinus thunbergii in the Jin 1-ri stand (Table 2). 2. With regard to the anatomical characteristics in the transverse section of needle, the resin canals are 100% of hybrid pine (RDI value of 0.051-0.250) as affected by the character of Pinus thunbergii in the Seopo 1-ri stand (Table 3). 3. With regard to the anatomical characteristics in the transverse section of needle, the resin canals are 100% of hybrid pine (RDI value of 0.050-0.315) as affected by the character of Pinus thunbergii in the Scope 2-ri stand (Table 4). 4. Since the whole of the sample trees of Pinus densiflora were found to be as hybrid bearing part of the characteristics of Pinus thunbergii, those red pines were considered to be natural hybrid pines.

      • 테다·리기다松 및 테다·黑松 交雜種의 特性에 關한 硏究

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the percentage of fertile seed in terms of cross-abilities and relationships of taxonomic affinities for the×P. taeda. rigida and×P. taeda. thunbergii of interspecific hybrids within Sub-genus Diploxylon of the Genus Pinus. the possibility of establishment of hybrid seed orchard and differentia of hybries ofr the purpose of extensive program of reforestation in the future have also been investigated. And, the experimental results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. On the basis of crossabilities as well as on the taxonomic affinities according to the systems of Shaw, Pilger and Duffield, it has been proven that the parental species of those hybrids are of close affinities and range of the fertile hybrid seed production rate was as high as 73-74% in the best hybrid combination (Table 3). 2. Those hybrids seemed to be not promising in the growth performancd exhibiting 0-8% more volume growth compared to the P. rigida with the statistic significance of low level (Table 4). Because, it seems to suggest that the characteristics of cold weakness were trransmitted from the P. taeda. 3. With regard to the anatomical characteristics of needle, the hypoderm is apparently thicker in most of the hybrid pines and the characteristics of resin canals are intermediate of both parent in all hybrid. And, the fibrovascular bundles were close or separate as were in their parent. Therefore it was found to be possible to distinguish the hybrids pines from their parents by the needle characteristics (Table 5). 4. It has been demonstrated that×P. taeda. rigida. and×P.rigitaeda have a phenolic substance (No. 7) of light yellow at Rf-0.66, same as P. rigida, but no trace of phenolic substance was observed in the×P. taeda. thunbergii same as their parents. This fact will serve as an important criteria for early identification of hybridity in progeny testing (Table 6). 5. It was found to be possible to distinguish by the starch gel electrophoretic variations banding patterns and staining densities of isoperoxidase in the needles of the hybrid pines from their parents (Fig 1).
