As a preliminary screening of mental disturbance vulnerability on a mass scale that aims to be applied to female college population including student nurses. The authors applied CMI to 200 female college students consisting of 100 student nurses as experimental group and 100 non-medical college students as control group. On the basis of distsibution of total affirmative responses of the total subjects was chosen for further study which consisted of psychiatric evalution through subsequent stastical analysis of data in detecting mental disturbances in this selected young lady population. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The mean number of CMI score for the 100 student nurses was 28.72. There are significant difference was observed between the mean number of response for other control group's data. 2. It was observed in the 9 psychiatrically evaluated student nurses that in comparison with the individual responses to items of C.I.J. and M-R of the control group.

To investigate the volatile flavor components of perilla leaves, analyses of kinds of cultivar by GC, GC/MS, UV, IR and NMR were carried out. The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. The essential oils were extracted with diethyl ether after steam disillation. 2. The identified volatiles include 10 hydrocarbones, 6 alcohols, 3 aldehydes, 2 ketones and 1 miscellaneous components. 3. The major volatile component perilla ketone was identified by UV, IR and NMR spectrum. 4. The perilla ketone were identified in Suwon 8, 19, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26 and purpurea while perillaldehyde was identified in purpurea only.

최근 게임에도 다국어를 대상으로 하는 음성인식에 대한 요구와 여러 나라의 서로 다른 언어로 표현된 음성을 하나의 음성 모델로 표현하는 다국어 시스템의 개발에 대한 필요성이 점차 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 언어로 구성되어 있는 음성을 하나의 음성 모델로 표현할 수 있는 다국어 음성인식 시스템의 발전에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다국어 음성 모델을 통합적으로 구축하기 위한 기본 연구로 한국어 음성과 영어 음성을 국제음소기호(IPA)로 인식하는 시스템을 연구하였고 한국어와 영어 음소를 동시에 만족하는 IPA모델을 찾는데 중점을 두어 실험한 결과 한국어 음성에 대하여 90.62%, 영어 음성에 대하여 91.71%라는 인식률을 얻을 수 있었다. The requests for speech-recognition for multi-language in field of game and the necessity of multi-language system, which expresses one phonetic model from many different kind of language phonetics, has been increased in field of game industry. Here upon, the research regarding development of multi-national language system which can express speeches, that is consist of various different languages, into only one lexical model is needed. In this paper is basic research for establishing integrated system from multi-language lexical model, and it shows the system which recognize Korean and English speeches into IPA(International Phonetic Alphabet). We focused on finding the IPA model which is satisfied with Korean and English phoneme one simutaneously. As a result, we could get the 90.62% of Korean speech-recognition rate, also 91.71% of English speech-recognition rate.

A Study on the Language Independent Dictionary Creation Using International Phoneticizing Engine Technology

One result of the trend towards globalization is an increased number of projects that focus on natural language processing. Automatic speech recognition (ASR) technologies, for example, hold great promise in facilitating global communications and collaborations. Unfortunately, to date, most research projects focus on single widely spoken languages. Therefore, the cost to adapt a particular ASR tool for use with other languages is often prohibitive. This work takes a more general approach. We propose an International Phoneticizing Engine (IPE) that interprets input files supplied in our Phonetic Language Identity (PLI) format to build a dictionary. IPE is language independent and rule based. It operates by decomposing the dictionary creation process into a set of well-defined steps. These steps reduce rule conflicts, allow for rule creation by people without linguistics training, and optimize run-time efficiency. Dictionaries created by the IPE can be used with the Sphinx speech recognition system. IPE defines an easy-to-use systematic approach that can lead to internationalization of automatic speech recognition systems.

다양한 연속밀도 함수를 갖는 HMM에 대한 우리말 음성인식에 관한 연구

본 논문은 연속 밀도 함수를 갖는 HMM별 한국어 연속 음성인식에 관한 연구이다. 여기서 우리는 밀도 함수가 2개에서 44개까지 갖는 연속 HMM모델에서 가장 효율적인 연속 음성인식을 위한 방법을 제시한다. 음성 모델은 36개로 구성한 기본음소를 사용한 CI-Model과 3,000개로 구성한 확장음소를 사용한 CD-Model을 사용하였고, 언어 모델은 N-gram을 이용하여 처리하였다. 이 방법을 사용하여 500개의 문장과 6,486개의 단어에 대하여 화자 독립으로 CI Model에서 최고 94.4%의 단어인식률과 64.6%의 문장인식률을 얻었고, CD Model에서는98.2%의 단어인식률과 73.6%의 문장인식률을 안정적으로 얻었다. This paper is a study on continuous speech recognition in the Korean language using HMM-based models with continuous density functions. Here, we propose the most efficient method of continuous speech recognition for the Korean language under the condition of a continuous HMM model with 2 to 44 density functions. Two voice models were used CI-Model that uses 36 uni-phones and CD-Model that uses 3,000 tri-phones. Language model was based on N-gram. Using these models, 500 sentences and 6,486 words under speaker-independent condition were processed. In the case of the CI-Model, the maximum word recognition rate was 94.4% and sentence recognition rate was 64.6%. For the CD-Model, word recognition rate was 98.2% and sentence recognition rate was 73.6%. The recognition rate of CD-Model we obtained was stable.

지속가능발전을 위한 전남 환경교육 활성화 방안

2008년 환경교육진흥법에 의거 제 2기 전라남도 환경교육발전계획이 수립, 추진되어야 하는 실정이다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 전남의 학교 및 사회 환경교육의 실태 분석, 기관 조사, 제1기 환경교육 발전계획 추진 실적 평가 등을 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 전남의 지속가능발전을 위한 환경교육 활성화 안을 구상하였다. 활성화 안에 대한 타당성과 적합성을 높이기 위하여 전남지역의 환경교육 전문가 12명으로부터 7월부터 11월 초순까지 3회의 자문을 받아 보완하였으며, 이를 환경교육 단체 및 시민을 대상으로 2018년 11월 말에 공청회를 실시하였다. 또한 연구의 계획, 진척 내용 등에 대하여 도청 및 도 환경교육센터의 관계자 회의를 거쳐 전라남도의 지속가능발전을 위한 환경교육활성화 비전, 발전 방안, 시책들을 수립하게 되었다. 전라남도의 환경교육 활성화 비전은 ‘지역과 함께하는 환경교육 특성화, 활성화’로 설정하였다. 그리고 학교 환경교육 활성화 방안 4개와 시책 5개, 사회 환경교육 활성화 방안 5개와 시책 6개, 환경교육 활성화 기반구축 방안 5개와 시책 5개를 설정하였다. Based on the Environmental Education Promotion Act enacted in 2008, the Second Policy Plan for promoting environmental education in Jeollanam province is to be developed in 2018. To this end, we analyzed the current state of environmental education in schools and in the society at large, conducted surveys on environmental organizations, and assessed the First Environmental Education Policy Plan (in place since 2013). These formed the basis for the strategies we recommend to vitalize environmental education for sustainable development in Jeollanam province. In order to ensure the feasibility and appropriateness of these plans, three rounds of consultations with 12 experts and a public hearing were carried out. A meeting with responsible public officials and leadership in environmental education centers were also convened to develop the vision, strategies and future plans. The resultant vision is “locally specialized and vitalized environmental education” and propose 5 programs to promote environmental education in schools, 6 programs to promote environmental education within the broader public, and 5 programs to establish the basis for invigorating environmental education.
