        본 논문은 컴퓨터의 자료를 일일이 사람이 관리함으로써 발생하는 인력과 시간낭비를 대신하고, 보다 신속하고 정확하게 업무를 처리할 수 있는 사무자동화의 일환인 문서관리 시스템의 설계및 구현에 관한 연구이다. 제안된 문서 처리과정은 크게 2단계로 나뉠 수 있다. 먼저, 입력된 문서 영상에 별도의 정보를 추가하여 데이타베이스를 구성하고, 다시 이미 저장된 문서 영상을 문서의 구조적인 특성[1]을 바탕으로 데이타베이스를 구축하고 사용자의 질문에 응답한다. 본 연구의 구현에는 고밀도 스캐너, 고밀도 프린터, 별도의 처리프로세서, 대용량 저장장치등이 필요하다.

      • 白鼠의 카드뮴中毒時 BAL 및 DMSA와 마늘의 防禦效果에 對한 比較硏究

        It has been known that the Korean garlic, which contains a large amount of disulfide ,compound such as diallyldisulfide and propylallyldisulfide, and sulfhydryl compound such as glutathione, thiolactic acid and vitamin B₁, has a remarkable protective effects to heavy metal poisoning. The author tried to inquire into the protective effects of the Korean, garlic 011 cadmium poisoning by comparing with 2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid(DMSA) and BAL. For experimenting the effects, cadmium was injected into the peritoneal cavity for 7days and garlic, DMSA or BAL was administered per os to rats in each group respectively. Garlic was fed with pellet, and DMS.1 and BAL x a s dosed with water. To confirm the effect of simultaneous administration of experimental agents with cadmium, the authors dosed garlic, DMSA or BAL for 30 days from the first day of cadmium injection. In other hand, to confirm the effect of experimental agents after poisoned by cadmium, garlic, DMSA or BAL was dosed for 23 days from the next day after completing 7 days of cadmium injection. The results of the experiment were as follows; 1. In experiment of simultaneous administration of cadmium and experimental agents, cadmium concentrations mere lower in garlic or DMSA-dosed groups than cadmium-only-dosed group in each organ of liver, kidney, testis and bone. The effect of DMSA was superior to garlic in liver and bone but no difference of effect was observed in testis and kidney. The effect of BAL was similar to garlic in liver but inferior in other organs. In kidney the concentration of cadmium was increased by BAL. The histopathological findings of damage by cadmium in testis were mild in garlic or DMSA-dosed group, and no difference was shown in BAL-dosed group compared with cadmium only-dosed group. No definite discrepancy between garlic and DMSA was observed. 2. In experiment of administration of experimental agents after inducing cadmium poisoning, the effect of decreasing cadmium concentration in each organ was good and not different between garlic and DMSA. The effect was remarkable in testis and bone, and slight in liver but no effect in kidney. BAL did not show the effect of decreasing cadmium concentration in tissue, except for bone. In histopathological examination, garlic and DMSA recovered the damage of testis by cadmium slightly and partially, but BAL did not.
