Background/Objective : Human tumors including those of the gastrointestinal tract express a number of specific antigens that can be recognized by T cells, thus providing potential targets for cancer immunotherapy. Dendritic cells (DCs) are rare leucocytes that are uniquely potent in their ability to capture, process and present antigens to T cells, and so selectively migrate through tissues to reach lymph nodes and spleen where initiation of immune responses takes place. Studies in murine tumour models have shown clearly that DCs are capable of presenting tumor antigens to initiate tumor-specific cytotoxic T cell responses, and DCs vaccination can induce anti-tumor activity against both primary tumors and pre-established tumor metastasis. These findings together with the ability to culture sufficient numbers of DCs from human bone marrow or blood progenitors have prompted the current major interest in their potential use in human tumor vaccination. Vaccine production involves harvesting autologous DCs from cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells in the presence of a cocktail of cytokines, ex vivo exposure of the DCs to tumour antigens and return of pulsed DCs to the patient to induce tumor immunity. Methods : CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) were obtained from the patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Peripheral blood CD34+ HSCs were cultured in the X-VIVO 20 media supplemented with Flt-3 Ligand (FL), GM-CSF, IL-4, and TNF-a for 2 weeks, then, examined the morphology and functions augmentation of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) activity was observed. Concomitantly, an increase in natural killer (NK) cell activity was also detected in the patient. Conclusion : Ex vivo differentiation and maturation of DCs from peripheral blood of patient with hepatocellular carcinoma and reinfusion of the DCs without any side effect was possible. DC-based cancer immunotherapy has the potential to become an important treatment option for cancer patients in the foreseeable future.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 중학생의 수학과 정의적 성취 특성에 따른 유형을 분류하고, 잠재집단 분류에 영향을 미치는 요인과 그 영향력을 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 2016년 중학교 3학년 학생 대상으로 실시한 국가수준 학업성취도 평가 학생설문 자료 중 수학과 교과태도 관련 응답 결과에 대해 잠재프로파일 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 수학과 정의적 성취 특성에 따른 네 개의 잠재집단이 분류되었으며, 성취 프로파일 특성 분석을 통해 각각 균등 고성취군, 균등 중성취군, 불균등 중성취군, 불균등 저성취군으로 명명하였다. 잠재집단별로 정의적 성취 프로파일 형태가 모두 상이하게 나타났으며, 수학과 정의적 성취가 높은 집단에 속한 학생들은 수학 자신감, 가치, 흥미, 학습의욕 네 개의 측정 구인에 걸쳐 고른 성취와 발달을 보인 반면 상대적으로 낮은 정의적 성취 집단에 속한 학생일수록 측정 요소별로 불균등한 프로파일 형태를 보였다. 분석 모형에 투입된 변인 중 잠재프로파일 분류에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 학생 성별, 국어성취도, 수학성취도, 영어성취도, 영어교과태도, 학교생활만족도, 학습방법이 모든 비교에서 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 학교 특성 변인인 학교 설립 유형, 학교 성별 유형, 학교 지역과 학생 특성 변인 중 국어 교과 태도와 진로성숙도는 수학과 정의적 성취 프로파일 분류와 관련이 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 수학과 정의적 성취 특성의 잠재프로파일 분류와 영향요인에 대한 분석 결과는 수학과 교육과정 운영과 교수·학습 개선을 위한 정책 수립의 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study examined the latent structure of the survey data for the affective characteristics in math collected from the 2016 administration of National Assessment of Educational Achievement (NAEA). Based on model comparison results from the latent profile analysis (LPA), the four-groups model was selected as the final model, indicating the four groups of individuals showed different patterns of responses to their attitudes in math. The four latent profiles represented high performance-coherent profile, average performance-coherent profile, average performance-fluctuating profile, and low performance-fluctuating profile, respectively. The results of the LPA suggest that there may be distinct profiles of math attitudes. Students in the top performance group showed stable patterns while students in the low performance group showed fluctuating patterns across the four measures including confidence, value, interest, and motivation to learn. After identifying the latent groups, logistic regression analysis was performed to examine effects of predictors on the classification of the latent groups. Among the predictors, statistically significance was found in the students' gender, national language achievement, math achievement, English achievement, English attitude, satisfaction with school life, and learning method. The results of this study would serve as evidence for making policy decisions regarding the improvement of mathematics education.

This study was investigated the effects of near Infrared St ultrasound for collagen fiber in open wounded of rats skin. Each group was treated under the following conditions; group I was applied near IR , group II was applied 0.5 MHz continue wave US and group III was control group. The results were prominent in observation of scar tissue and of fibroblast infiltration of group I & II.
