Nowaday, almost of practical energy comes from the fossil fuel, such as coal, oil and gas. But those methode causes the environmental pollution. Photovoltaic systems are considered as a alternative energy source to overcome the shortage of electricity in the future. Photovoltaic system is easier to operate and maintain than the other power generating system since it generally contains no moving parts, operate silently and require very little maintenance. In this paper, it is proposed 150[W] solar tracking system, the system designed as the normal line of the solar cell always runs parallel the ray of the sun. This design can minimize the cosign loss of the system.

The studies on the operating performance analysis or design about the fixed tilt angle flat-plate photovoltaic (PV) system are still lively going off. However the operating property analysis about the arch type PV system which means PV array were designed as round type is dissatisfied. In this paper, we theoretically established the factors which are cause of the deterioration in performance of arch type PV system. In addition, we use the Solar Pro simulation tools to design both flat-plate type and arch type 30kW PV systems. The simulations about arch type PV system applied two ways such as central inverter and string inverter were conducted. The performance ratio (PR) of the PV system with flat-plate type shows the highest value 74[%] when the tilt angle is 30°. In case of arch type, when applying central inverter method, PR value shows approximately 73[%] and no more difference with arch type of the PV array. This value shows 1[%] decrease compare with the flat-plate type. However when applying string inverter methods, the average PR value shows 80 % and 6% improved than the central inverter method.
A Research of High Frequency Isolated Photovoltaic Inverter

In recent years, high frequency inverter technology has become a research focus for renewable energy power generation system. High frequency isolated inverter has electrical isolation, light weight, small volume etc. In this paper, we research on the control technology of high frequency isolation inverter, and introduce the soft switching technology of the high frequency isolation photovoltaic grid connected inverter. Using the LCL resonant circuit, reduce the switching loss of the switching devices. Finally, its feasibility is validated by simulation.

The global energy shortage and environmental pollution problems are being increasingly prominent, people earnestly hope to apply a new technology to save energy and protect environment. LED(Light Emitting Diode) illumination light-source is just this kind of charming new technology. People attach ore and more importance to the semiconductor illumination for its remarkable merits just as longevity, energy saving, green environmental protection and so on, and consider it as the most valuable, new light source in the 21st century. The relatively recent development of LED is proving to have significant impact in lighting technology. In this paper study up on the theory, characteristic of LED and the parameter which is necessary consideration in drive circuit design and the sting configuration method.

In this paper a prototype of high frequency heating power supply system based on the high frequency heating principle is designed to take the place of acupuncture, moxibustion, warm dressing treatment and some other traditional physical therapy methods. Which possess the advantages of low cost, convenient, easy operation and good effect. The high frequency heating power supply can generate a pulse voltage of more than 1KV with 300KHz switching frequency to heat the patient’s skin. The skin temperature can reach to 41~42℃. The peak current control method is used to maintain the skin temperature in the designed range. The design of the main circuit is based on the flyback converter topology. An easier and practical design method is proposed in this paper. The power supply system prototype is verified to be stable and reliable by both the simulation and experimental results.
Synergistic Effects of Leflunomide and Benazepril in Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Nephropathy

<P>Abstract</P><P><B><I>Background:</I></B> Leflunomide (LEF) and benazepril have renoprotective effects on diabetic nephropathy (DN) through their anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic activities. This study investigated whether combined treatment using LEF and benazepril affords superior protection compared with the respective monotherapies. <B><I>Methods:</I></B> Diabetes was induced with streptozotocin (STZ, 65 mg/kg) by intraperitoneal injection in male Wistar rats. Two weeks after STZ injection, diabetic rats were treated daily for 12 weeks with LEF (10 mg/kg), benazepril (10 mg/kg), or a combination of both. Basic parameters (body weight, fasting blood glucose level, and 24 h urinary protein excretion), histopathology, inflammatory [inflammatory cell infiltration (ED-1), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), and Toll-like receptor-2 (TLR-2)] and glomerulosclerotic factors [transforming growth factor-β<SUB>1</SUB> (TGF-β<SUB>1</SUB>) and connective tissue growth factor (CTGF)], and oxidative stress (8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine, 8-OHdG) were studied. <B><I>Results:</I></B> Benazepril or LEF treatment significantly prevented body weight loss and 24 h urinary protein excretion induced by diabetes; combined treatment with LEF and benazepril further improved these parameters compared with giving each drug alone (all p < 0.01). Increased expression of inflammatory (MCP-1 and TLR-2) and glomerulosclerotic (TGF-β<SUB>1</SUB> and CTGF) factors in diabetic rat kidney was reduced by treatment with either LEF or benazepril and was further reduced by the combined administration of the two drugs (p < 0.01). These effects were accompanied by suppression of urinary 8-OHdG excretion. There was no significant between-group difference in blood glucose level. <B><I>Conclusions:</I></B> LEF treatment lessens DN, and combined treatment with LEF and benazepril provides synergistic effects in preventing DN.</P><P>© 2014 S. 다중 공진형 컨버터를 이용한 이중 캐비티 구조의 4Hz 의료용 루비레이저 시스템 개발

Various laser systems have been widely used in almost all industrial technologies because they have high energy density, directivity and coherence. Recently the clinical application is becoming wider in medical parts such as incurable disease, diagnosis and so on. Generally, ruby laser beam has the greatest efficacy for removing tattoos, freckle and other skin problem. But current medical ruby laser system has the maximum repetition rate of 2Hz and optical output beam energy of 1J. Many medical doctors really want to have a high repetition ruby laser system because that can reduce the operation time. We investigated a new ruby laser system with high repetition rate of 4Hz using double cavities. Furthermore, we develop a new power supply system adopting zero voltage switching(ZVS) to minimize switching loss by LLC resonant converter designed as 2kW class.
