        KAL기 추락에 의한 대량재해의 개인식별

        Individual identification is an important part in medicolegal field especially in mass disaster. At July, 27, 1989, KAL KE-803 was crashed on landing at Tripoli International Airport, Liba. The plane was caught in fire and sixty eight Koreans were sacrified. The majority of victims were severely charred and injured. The authors examed all dead bodies and successfully identified all the cases through visual, anthropological, odontological, radiological and pathological methods including fingerprint and blood typing.

        공원묘지 유실에 의한 대량재해의 개인식별

        Individual identification of severely decomposed or skeletonized bodies is an important part in medicolegal field. 142 bodies were torn up and carried away by flood in a park cemetry, Kwang-Ju, Kyunggi province, Korea at Sept., 10, 1990. The authors examed the 56 bodies, which were gained, through medical, anthropological, odontological, radiological methods, and superimposition for individual identification. Among them, 41 cases were successfully identified, and remaining 15 cases were not identified because of sever destruction and no adequate information.

        Recently, the temporary facility site-layout planning in high-rise building construction, was made by expert's experience and intuition and controlled by mistake of enforcement. It was caused of exceed cost and delayed schedule. And the knowledge and information that was gained from performances temporary facility site-layout planning was not practical used to next planning, that is why similar problems were occurred in the project of similar condition. The purpose of this study is development of knowledge-based database for supporting of decision making in temporary facility site-layout process. Therefore, in this study, the process and influence factors for temporary facility site-layout were analyzed. And the method of knowledge making and accumulation were proposed by application of the three-dimension matrix concept.

        Chitosan이 사과 겹무늬썩음병균 Botryosphaeria dothidea의 생육에 미치는 영향

        고분자물질에 의한 사과 겹무늬썩음병 방제법을 개발함에 있어서 chitosan을 코팅용 소재로 활용하기 위하여, 사과 겹무늬썩음병균인 Botryosphaeria dothidea에 대한 Chitosan의 항진균활성을 고체배양 및 액체배양 조건하에서 검토하였다. Chitosan은 고체배양시 B. dothidea의 균사생장억제, 자라난 균사의 응집, 균사의 팽윤 및 세포의 미세구조의 변화를 유발하였다. 액체배양실험 결과 chitosan은 낮은 농도에서도 강력한 균체생육 억제효과를 보였으며, 1.0mg/ml의 첨가농도에서 90% 이상의 억제효과를 나타내었다. 또한 균사의 신장과정에 영향을 미쳐 균사체의 응집현상이 관찰되었다. 또한 chitosan이 포자의 발아를 지연시켰을 뿐만 아니라 발아관의 형태적 변화를 유발시켰다. 단량체인 glucosamine은 glucosamine은 B. dothidea의 생육저해를 유발하지 않았으며, 항진균 활성은 chitosan polymer에 의한 것임을 알았다. To examine the potential utilization of chitosan, the biodegradable natural ploymer, as a control agent of apple white rot caused by Botryosphaeria dothidea in a new control measure by coating it on the diseased branches, the various antifungal activites of chitosan was investigated. Chitosan showed significant inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of B. dothidea, along with the morphological changes including hyphal swelling and ultrastructural changes on solid PDA medium. In liquid PD broth medium, the chitosan showed more significant effect on the growth of B. dothidea also forming cell clusters indicating affection on the hyphal extension. The growth of B. dothidea was inhibited more than 90% at the concentration of 1.0 mg/ml. Chitosan also detained the spore germination and induced the morphological change of germ tubes. Glucosamine, monomer of chitosan, did not affect on the growth of B. dothidea indicating the antifungal activity was caused by chitosan polymer.

        To make a progress of the seventh elementary art curriculum is that we reorganize every chapter and approach the new teaching-learning model which leads a better educational background. At the point of theory background for seventh educational curriculum, we can see the fact that both understanding art education and teaching-learning are focusing on the composition. We introduce how to reorganize the chapter for theoretical background of understanding art. For the seventh art educational curriculum, learners and teachers lead the activity of teaching-learning. Teachers should do their own role as a supporter, helper for their learners to let them do their best. So this can lead more active experiences of art education which satisfies the admitting of composition. To complete the goal of seventh art educational curriculum is that we find out their creativity for information of art, and give them a model of very right teaching-learning. This is generally based on the fact that we choose the focus of experiencing art, finding out art materials, theory, thoughts, imagination, and examination. It is very important for students interests, desire, their own choices, and free in the model of teaching-learning for seeking theory. When this model gives us theory of learning with teachers & students communication, we can choose and learn more specific theme, method of expressing. Generally, this model performs the procedures of coming up with thinking, drawing, experiencing, expressing, criticizing, and self-examination. The model of these two teaching-learning as above is not definite model but teachers do need to reorganize and perform flexibly, considering of the characteristics and situation of school.

But there is little information that can be used in the early design phase. and cost data of work item is difficult to recognize cost changes by functional alternative change in the design phase. It is necessary to constitute historical element cost data for the effective cost plan and control in the early design phase. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present the plan of elemental cost data generation and database constitution.

        '화재예방법규'의 규제완화가 화재발생에 미치는 영향 : 영국 사례분석

        OECD는 규제개혁을 '보다 나은 규제'와 '규제폐지'로 구분하고, 환경 및 안전 분야의 규제는 지속되어야 한다고 강조한다. 반면에, 1990년대에 진행된 한국소방의 규제개혁은 일방적인 규제의 완화 또는 폐지라는 방향으로 간행되는 매우 기이한 현상을 나타내고 있다. 영국 소방예방법규의 경우, 1971년 화재예방법의 제정이후 대형화재의 발생에 대응하여 지속적으로 예방법규를 강화해 오고 있으며, 1991년 건축령에서는 주택을 포함하여 모든 건물에 대하여 각층에 최소 한 개의 연기경보기를 설치할 것을 의무화하고 있다. 이 연구는 영국에서의 소방예방법규의 강화가 소방안전을 제고 시켰다는 것을 보여 주고 있는데, 이것은 한국소방에 시사하는 바가 크다. 한국소방의 경우 화재로부터 시민의 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위해서 '안전, 보건, 환경과 관련된 규제의 질을 개선한다'는 규제개혁위원회의 규제개혁 기본방향이 철저히 준수되어야 하며, 비록 규제개혁의 전체적 전략이 모든 규제를 감소시키는 것일지라도 안전에 관한 규정은 오히려 증가 시킬 수 있다는 기본방향의 유연성이 확보되어야 한다. The OECD defines regulatory reform as both better regulation and deregulation, and emphasizes that governments must continue to regulate in areas such as environmental quality and safety. In contrast, Korean regulatory reform in fire services in the 1990s shows quite a strange trend, having been carried out only to the direction of softening and abolishing regulation. In the UK, fire pre-vention legislation has been strengthened since the enactment of the Fire Precautions Act 1971, and the Building Regulations 1991, which apply to all new buildings indluding a private house, repuire that there should be at least one smoke alarm on each floor. This research shows that the tightening of fire prevention legislation in the UK has promoted fire safety, which is very instructive for Korean fire services. In order for Korean fire services to protect citizens' lives and property from fires, on of basic directions of regulatory reform, to improve the quality of regulations relating to safety, health and the environment, should be observed strictly. Moreover, the flexibility of the basic direction of regulatory reform should be ensured so that the regulations concerning safety could be even increased under the overall reform strategy of reducing all regulations.

      • 신경회로망을 이용한 유도전동기의 속도제어에 관한 연구

        This paper suggests the speed control of induction motor with the neural network. Phase current value, calculated by Runge Kutta in the state equation of induction motor, puts in the neural network which is acquired by error-back-propagation. Through reference of speed IM motor, speed of motor is controlled. Estimated speed is used as an input of speed controller, which makes voltage reference, after comparative d axis and q axis with reference in synchronous reference frame. Estimated speed is obtained by voltage space vector PWM. Control characteristics of the suggested speed control system proves a satisfactory through computer simulation.
