        일본 도쿄 지역 병원의 친환경성 분석 연구 -토지이용 및 교통부분을 중심으로

        Purpose: As the concerns for the environment are gradually prioritized, increasing interests of environment-friendly buildings are drawn. Numerous researches about healthcare buildings have been performed however, they were mainly focused on convenience or healing condition for medical treatments. The hospitals consume energy and generate CO2 as twice as the residential or commercial buildings do. Various green building certification systems are globally arranged. But, it isn``t easy to find certification criteria for the green hospital besides the US and UK``s ones which are specially designed to evaluate environment-friendly medical buildings(Lim&Yoo, 2010). Methods: In this study, we investigates current conditions of Tokyo Regional hospitals in environment-friendly standpoint and also investigates the foreign certification criteria and systems for the green healthcare building and finds the possibility to apply them to Korean one. Results: Through this study, we found that the Tokyo regional hospitals can be environmentally improved by management plans and programs. Implications: Based on this analysis, Korean Green Building Certification for healthcare facilities will be developed in near future.

        일차 양측성 구순열의 일단계 재건에 대한 증례보고

        Bilateral cleft lip reconstruction can be performed in one-or two-stages. The choice depends on the surgeon's proficiency and experience. However the type and severity of the cleft must be considered. Complete or incomplete symmetric, bilateral clefts in which the premaxilla is within the alveolar arch or slightly protruded can be successfully treated with simultaneous lip reconstruction on both sides. There are some advantages that one-stage lip reconstruction facilitates creation of a symmetric and balanced lip, retraction of protruding premaxilla and the parent's psychologic satisfaction. However, there are some disadvantages such as micrognathia of the upper jaw by severe scar formation and poor adaptation of flap margins by severe tension. The surgeon must be able to judge and exploit the advantages offered by one-stage approach. We present the case report of one-stage reconstruction of primary bilateral cleft lip with literature reviews.

      • 모세관 전기영동법을 이용한 6-Acetonyl-dihydrosanguinarine 광학이성질체의 분리

        Hylomecon hylomeconoides is the endemic plant growing in southern part of Korea and belongs to Papaveraceae family and contains many benzophenanthridine alkaloids. As a benzophenanthridine alkaloid 6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine (ADS) was extracted from Hylomecon hylomeconoides and the separation of enantiomers was performed by capillary electrophoresis (CE). The effects of type of chiral selectors, pH and concentration of electrolyte on the resolution of ADS enantiomers were observed for the optimization of separation method. The optimum separation of the ADS enantiomers was achieved on fused silica capillary (75 um i.d.×47 cm, 40 cm to detector) with phosphate buffer (pH 7, 50 mM) added 4.55 mM of 2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammoniumpropyl-β-cyclodextrin (TMA-β-CD) as electrolyte at 10 kV running voltage. Injection was hydrodynamically for 3 psi×s and detection was carried out at UV 205nm.

        A monitoring technique of spindle failure should be investigated prior to researchs of failure diagnosis. This work is about monitoring of unbalanced shaft and defected bearings, as the most important parts of rotating devices. The major work is done via experiments and the vibration signal is analysed by means of power spectrum technique, and root mean square, peak-to-peak. Relationship is quantitatively investigated between defects and thesemonitoring parameters. The quantitative correlation will be able to supply an effective basis of preventive failure diagnosis.

      • 소아 크기의 인간형 로봇 MHR-1의 개발

        As the related researches progress successfully, humanoid robots are attracting huge attention from various sectors worldwide. However, the levεI of domestic technology still cannot compare to that of leading countries where the support is much more stronger and diverse. To improve such a present situation, authors have worked on a 3-year project and come to announce the development of a new humanoid robot named MHR-l that is 135cm tall and 45kg heavy. It possesses a total of 22 DOFs, adding up 12 for lower limbs, 8 for arms, and one for each of the neck and waist. Dynamic locomotions are enabled by two kinds of micro-conterllers which are hierarchically connected via a high-speed serial communication protocol. Various walking experiments have proved MHR-l to be stable and fairly fast Especially. incorporated rate gyro sensors are expected to greatly enhance stability.

        한국 소설의 근대성 실현에 관한 연구 : 근대성 담론과 연구사를 중심으로

        By researching a discourse and a study of modernity, this study intends to stand out that what is a frame of modernity to spread over phenomenon in global and how a frame of modernity is embodied to connect in a Korean particularity. It should be to show a direction of study on the Korean Modern Fiction. The result of this study is following; 1) The Modernity is an effort that a human being is to realize productive rationality. The positive aspect of productive rationality is the bourgeoisie's social-historical modernity, the negative aspect is an aesthetic modernity. 2) The origin of Korean Modern Fiction had been searched in period from the new-style fiction, Sinsosuhi written in 'the time of flowering' to the Mujung, the work written by Lee, Kwang-su in 1917. The narrative discourse in this time was not a subordinate genre of literature as art but a writing of a rhetorical dimension. 3) In Fiction, the productive rationality was regularized from the Inhyungjojongsul written by Kim, dong-in in 1919, and had been realized to the Gamja a(1925). 4) The aesthetic modernity that was characterized by self-deconstructed planning mainly had been gotten accomplished by writers of the "Guinhwi" , the literary group in the middle of 1930s. 5) While the research of the origin and a rational modernity in the Korean Modern Fiction have made a through investigation of the modernity as contemporary or regime, the formation of autonomous identity etc, the research of aesthetic modernity have made a object of study that was experiences of the writer and reader about modernity, the subject's confronted aspect, a contravention and deviation, a inner form and nan-ative layer in fiction. 6) As the necessity about a study among departments enlarged, the study of modernity got activation. It is available that have been to examine the nature of Korean Modern Fiction through negotiating between a internal and external modernity, but, is criticized that simplifies only one frame. Drawing deduction from the result of this study, the study on Korean Modern Fiction have an important matter that brings light on how to have some connection with a convention, modern and post-modern that mixed in a social situation and an aspect of complicated discourse.

        This paper is intended to improve the educational process in the Department of Electronic Engineering of the College of Industrial Education. A new curriculum is organized based on analysis of social demands in the electronic industries and the curricula of technical high schools. The conclusions are summarized as follows ; 1. The major subjects are structured in the three specialized courses in terms of electronics, communication, and computer. 2. Lab and practice are emphasized by increasing the credit hours up to 140% compared with the current curriculum.

      • 모세관 전기영동법을 이용한 프로프라놀올-시클로덱스트린 포접화합물의 안정도상수 결정

        The stability constants (K_st) for the inclusion complexes between propranolol and three types of cyclodextrin (CD) such as β-CD, methyl (ME)-β-CD and hydroxypropyl (HP)-β-CD were determined by capillary electrophoresis (CE). The enantiomers of propranolol possess relatively high affinity towards ME-β-CD with stability constants of 78 and 76 M^-1 for (R)- and (S)-propranolol, respectively. The affinity of propranolol in HP-β-CD was relatively low compared with that in ME-β-CD, i.e. 39 and 36 M^-1 for (R)- and (S)-propranolol, respectively. In spite of the lower affinity, the K_R/K_S ratio of propranolol in HP-β-CD (K_R/K_S = 1.08) was higher than that in ME-β-CD (K_R/K_S = 1.03) indicating that HP-β-CD would be more efficient than ME-β-CD or β-CD in chiral separation of propranolol by CE.

      • 모세관 전기영동법을 이용한 베타차단제 광학이성질체의 분석

        The effects of type of chiral selectors, pH and concentration of electrolyte on the resolution of the enantiomers of β-blockers by capillary electrophoresis were examined and the analysis of β-blocker enantiomer was attempted using various chiral selectors, such as carboxymethyl-, methyl-, succinyl, hydroxypropyl and dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin. Among the used chiral selectors, carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin (CM-β-CD) was the best for the separation of β-blockers. The optimum separation of the enantiomers of β-blocker was achieved on fused silica capillary (75 um i.d.×47 cm, 40 cm to detector) with phosphate buffer (pH 6, 70 mM) containing 10 mM of CM-β-CD as electrolyte at 10 KV running voltage. Injection was hydrodynamically for 3 psi×s and detection was carried out at UV 210nm.

        치환 Terpyridine 리간드를 가진 옥소루테늄 착물에 의한 알켄산화반응의 반응속도론적 연구

        The 4'-substituted terpyridines(Xtpy; Phtpy, EtOtpy, Cltpy, Me_(2)Ntpy) were synthesized. Their spectral properties have been investigated by means of ^(1)H-NMR and mass spectrometer. Also, a series of new aqua- of oxo-ruthenium complexes containing the tridentate meridonal ligand Xtpy ligand substituted in the 4' positions with electron-donating and electron withdrawing groups of general formula [Ru(Y)(Xtpy)(bpy)]^(2+)(X = ph, EtO, Cl, Me_(2)N ; Y = H_(2)O, O) have been prepared and characterized. Their specral properties have been investigated by means of UV-Vis, ^(1)H-NMR and FT-IR spectrometer. The kinetics of styrene oxidation by [RuO(Xtpy)(bpy)]^(2+) complexes were studied spectrophotometrically by monitoring the increasing of the 400-500nm of oxo ruthenium complexes in acetonitrile. The results of the oxidation reaction clearly demonstrate that the rate of oxidation is dependent on the electronic properties of the oxoruthenium complexes. The oxidation reactions were studied at three different temperatures(15, 25, 35℃). The experimental data support the operation of an associative interchange mechanism in which cleavage of the Ru=O bond and formation of an O-styrene bond have equal importance.
