      • 비선형 ARMAX모델 계수 규명에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 변위, 속도, 가속도 등의 진동 응답 신호중에서 어느 신호가 비선형 진동계의 비선형 특성을 잘 규명할 수 있는지에 대해서 연구하였다. 진동 응답 신호는 Runge-Kutta법을 사용하여 발생시켰고, 비선형 진동계는 NARMAX(Nonlinear AutoRegressive Moving Average with eXogenous input) 모델로 표현하였다. NARMAX 모델의 계수 추정은 직교 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 모의실험 결과, 비선형 강성을 갖는 계는 규명할 경우는 변위 신호가 가장 적절하였고, 비선형 감쇠를 갖는 계를 규명할 경우는 속도 신호가 가장 적절하였다. 실제 실험을 통해서 진동계의 규명에 가장 많이 쓰이는 가속도 신호는 비선형 진동계의 특성을 규명하는데는 부적절함을 알 수 있었다. 비선형 강성과 비선형 감쇠를 갖는 계는 변위와 속도 신호를 모두 이용해야 할 것으로 앞으로 많은 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다. In this study, identification problems of nonlinear vibrational system has been addressed, and the ability of the various vibration response(i.e. displacement, velocity, and acceleration) signals to identify the nonlinear characteristics of the system has been investigated. Runge-Kutta method has been used to generate the vibration response signals, NARMAX model used to identify the nonlinear vibration system, and the orthogonal algorithm used to identify the parameters of the NARMAX model. The simulation results show that the stiffness nonlinearity can be well identified by using the displacement signals, and the damping nonlinearity well identified by using the velocity signals. The acceleration signals, which is the most widely used vibration signal in real experiments, could not identify the nonlinear characteristics of the system.

        In this research, targeting 144 members of the sports administration, we've surveyed and analyzed their organizational identification and job changing intention with a standard of social-demographic features. The purpose of this study is not only to grow the organizational identification of the members, but also to show some basic data for more efficient job changing management. Using SPSS 10.0 version, we ran a t-test and a one-way ANOVA(Analysis of variance) to investigate the relationship between the social-demographic features and the organizational identification, and ran a Scheffe-test in the case of meaningful differences. The relationship of the organizational identification and the job changing intention is, with being conducted a simple regression analysis, followed as : 1. The relationship between the social-demographic features and the organizational identification 1) The level of the organizational identification of members of the sports administration is resulted to be meaningful according to their age. (p<.05) 2) The level of the organizational identification of members of the sports administration is resulted to be meaningful according to their post. The result was proved to be meaningful statistically(p<.001), with the constant being 47.752, β, which refers to the organizational identification being -.668. And R² which refers to the model's explanation was .446.

        To study fauna of Silla University located in Mt. Baek-yang, we conducted six surveys from 29 May 2011 to 28 April 2012. We found five phyla 41 orders 197 species of animals inhabiting in this area: four phyla 27 orders 163 species of invertebrates and in vertebrates one order six species of fishes, three orders nine species of amphibians and reptiles, six orders 14 species of aves, and four orders five species of mammals. Of these species, some Korean endemic species were included: a fish of Rhodeus uyekii in a pond near main gate of this university, a frog of Rana coreana in a creek near a dormitory, and a rabbit of Lepus coreanus and a water deer of Hydropotes inermis in a grass region near a main stadium. A kind of hawk, Falco tinnunculus as a natural monument (animal) of no. 323-8, was observed on a building of medical and life science. A blue frog of Hyla japonica as a variation was found near a spring resort. Therefore, this area is considered an ecologically important area having a high animal diversity.

      • Stable single-frequency fiber ring laser for 25-GHz ITU-T grids utilizing saturable absorber filter

        <P>A stable single-frequency fiber ring laser is proposed that operates in a single mode for more than an hour by incorporating unpumped erbium-doped fiber (EDF) as a saturable absorber filter and optimizing the length of EDF used as gain medium. This laser can be continuously tuned to 25-GHz spacing that precisely matches the ITU-T grids by temperature control of etalon filter. This laser had a signal-to-source spontaneous emission ratio higher than 70 dB, and lasing frequencies of 361 channels was matched to ITU-T grids with excellent flatness. Frequency offset from the ITU-T grid was less than 0.14 GHz. The linewidth and the relative intensity noise value was less than 1.3 kHz and 130 dB/Hz (above 250 kHz), respectively.</P>

      • Anthocyanin Contents Enhancement with Gamma Irradiated Mutagenesis in Blackberry (Rubus fructicosus)

        <P>Effects of radiation processing on the endogenous phytochemical production in blackberry (Rubus fructicosus L.) were investigated through a metabolites analysis, using high-performance liquid chromatography with a diode array detector and a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS/MS). Four mutant cultivar lines (B, C, D, and E) were developed through the treatment of various doses of gamma irradiation (80, 60, 40, and 20 Gy) on the control blackberry cultivar (V3). These mutant cultivar lines were selected according to their different morphological variations in leaf shape and branch color. In the present study, we performed quantitative analyses of the four standard compounds in blackberry mutant cultivars: cyanidin-3-O-glucoside, cyanidin-3-Oxyloside, cyanidin-3-O-malonylglucoside, and cyanidin-3-O-dioxalylglucoside. The HPLC fingerprints displayed different profiles for six blackberry cultivar lines, demonstrating that the accumulation of total anthocyanins was affected by the gamma irradiation. The contents of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside and cyanidin-3-O-xyloside were high in the gamma-irradiated mutant cultivars of blackberries, compared to those of the control cultivar (V3) and the cross breeding cultivar (R. fructicosus x R. parvifolius; CB). Cyanidin-3-O-malonylglucoside and cyanidin-3-O-dioxalylglucoside were also analyzed for their quantification in six cultivar lines, as metabolites contributing to the discrimination of six cultivar lines. Among gamma irradiated mutant blackberry cultivars, the highest dose level of gamma irradiation (80 Gy) resulted in the highest cyanidin-3-O-glucoside content enhancement. Therefore, these results can be useful to determine the optimized gamma irradiated value at which anthocyanins reaches an abundant level in Rubus species.</P>

      • A comparative study of totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy versus laparoscopic-assisted distal gastrectomy in gastric cancer patients: Short-term operative outcomes at a high-volume center

        <P><B>Objective</B></P><P>Laparoscopic gastrectomy has been established as a standard treatment for early gastric cancer, and its use is increasing recently. Compared with the conventional laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy (LADG), totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy (TLDG) involves intracorporeal reconstruction, which can avoid the additional incision, resulting in pain reduction and early recovery. This study aimed to compare the short-term postoperative outcomes of TLDG <I>vs.</I> LADG in gastric cancer in a high-volume center. </P><P><B>Methods</B></P><P>A retrospective cohort study was conducted on 1,322 patients who underwent laparoscopic distal gastrectomy from June 2012 to June 2017 at the National Cancer Center, Korea. LADG was performed in the early period before July 2015, and TLDG was applied in the later period. Postoperative short-term outcomes were compared in terms of complication and clinical course between the two groups. Pain score was measured by rating the pain intensity from 0 to 10 points on postoperative day (POD) 1 and 3.</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>A total of 667 patients underwent LADG and 655 patients underwent TLDG. Clinicopathologic characteristics were not different in both groups. Intraoperative estimated blood loss (EBL) was significantly lower in the TLDG group (P<0.001). Postoperative pain scores were significantly lower in the TLDG group than in the LADG group on POD 1 (5.1±1.5<I>vs.</I> 4.8±1.4, P=0.015). First flatus passage after operation was significantly earlier in the TLDG group (3.4±0.8 d <I>vs.</I> 3.2±0.6 d, P<0.001). There were no differences in postoperative complications and hospital stay between the two groups. </P><P><B>Conclusions</B></P><P>Based on the reported short-term postoperative outcomes, TLDG is safe and feasible as well as LADG. Moreover, compared with LADG, TLDG can reduce intraoperative EBL and postoperative pain and enhance the bowel motility in gastric cancer surgery.</P>
