3D 모델 기반 기하처리를 이용한 치아 임플란트 식립 계획 수립 및 유한요소분석

치아 임플란트 시술의 성공률을 높이기 위해서는 시술 전 적절한 식립 계획을 수립하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 최근에는 의료영상 및 3D 데이터 기반 S/W가 시술계획 수립 과정에 널리 활용되고 있으나, 식립 위치와 방향 선정이 시술자 경험과 주관적 판단에 의존되어 상당한 편차가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 식립 위치 근처에 존재하는 주변치아 및 구강에 따라 3D 모델의 기하학적 처리를 통해 임플란트 식립 위치 및 방향을 결정하고, 이를 유한요소분석을 통해 입증함으로써 보다 일관된 식립 계획을 수립하는 방안을 제시한다. 제안된 방안에서는 시술부위의 주변 치아들에 대해 PCA 알고리즘을 적용하여 얻어진 최소포함원기등(Minimum Enclosing Cylinder)을 이용하여 식립위치 및 방향을 결정한다. 시술부위 주변 원기둥의 윗면 중심점과 원기둥 반경을 고려하여 식립 위치를 결정하고, 주변 원기둥의 중심축에 가중치를 고려한 평균을 통해 식립 방향을 결정한다. 또한 시술부위 주변 원기둥들과 신경관 모델 간의 간섭을 고려하여 시술부위 원기둥의 최대 반경과 최대 길이를 추정한 후, 이를 임플란트 크기 및 유형 선정에 활용한다. 유한요소분석을 통해 식립 계획 정보의 적합성을 확인한 다음, 식립계획 정보를 토대로 식립보조도구(surgical stents)의 3D 모델을 생성한다. 최종적으로 3D 치아 임플란트 시술 시뮬레이션을 수행함으로써 제시된 방안이 치아 임플란트 시술용 교육컨텐츠에 유용하게 활용됨은 물론 식립계획 수립을 위한 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있음을 보인다.

<P><B>Summary</B></P><P><I>Acinetobacter oleivorans </I>DR1 can utilize C<SUB>12</SUB>–C<SUB>30</SUB> alkanes as a sole carbon source but not short‐chain alkanes (C<SUB>6</SUB>, C<SUB>10</SUB>). Two copies of each <I>alkB</I>‐, <I>almA</I>‐ and <I>ladA</I>‐type alkane hydroxylase (AH) are present in the genome of DR1 cells. Expression and mutational analyses of AHs showed that <I>alkB1</I> and <I>alkB2</I> are the major AH‐encoding genes under C<SUB>12</SUB>–C<SUB>30</SUB>, and the roles of other <I>almA</I>‐ and <I>ladA</I> genes are negligible. Our data suggested that AlkB1 is responsible for long‐chain alkane utilization (C<SUB>24</SUB>–C<SUB>26</SUB>), and AlkB2 is important for medium‐chain alkane (C<SUB>12</SUB>–C<SUB>16</SUB>) metabolism. Phylogenetic analyses revealed large incongruities between phylogenies of 16S rRNA and each AH gene, which implies that <I>A. oleivorans </I>DR1 has acquired multiple alkane hydroxylases through horizontal gene transfer. Transcriptomic and qRT‐PCR analyses suggested that genes participating in the synthesis of siderophore, trehalose and poly 3‐hydroxybutyrate (PHB) were expressed at much higher levels when cells used C<SUB>30</SUB> than when used succinate as a carbon source. The following biochemical assays supported our gene expression analyses: (i) quantification of siderophore, (ii) measurement of trehalose and (iii) observation of PHB storage. Interestingly, highly induced both <I>ackA</I> gene encoding an acetate kinase A and <I>pta</I> gene encoding a phosphotransacetylase suggested unusual ATP synthesis during C<SUB>30</SUB> alkane degradation, which was demonstrated by ATP measurement using the <I>ΔackA</I> mutant. Impaired growth of the <I>ΔaceA</I> mutant indicated that the glyoxylate shunt pathway is important when C<SUB>30</SUB> alkane is utilized. Our data provide insight into long‐chain alkane degradation in soil microorganisms.</P>

The air suspension system automatically controls the vehicle height. This height control has the advantage of being able to keep the vehicle height constantly regardless vehicle load variation so that it can maintain in the design height. In addition, aerodynamic advantages can be achieved by lowering the vehicle height at high speeds. When driving on rough roads, the impact from the road surface can be reduced by raising the vehicle height. In this study, we propose a method to improve R&H performance by selecting optimal vehicle height. And also propose selected the optimal vehicle height according to the driving situation by linking the air suspension system with the driving mode function of the vehicle. Finally, propose a method to improve the R&H according to the driving mode.

There has been different traditions in analysing Korean sentences in terms of information structure, and the basic terms of a name have been used differently depending on the different assumptions about their syntactic statuses. In this paper, I offer a perspective of viewing information structure as formal phenomena in the level of discourse and thus define the basic terms of information structure in Korean systematically. On the other hand, information units in a sentence have their own information statuses in their textual or situational contexts. In this research, I review the preceding approaches of similar perspectives and reclassify the expressional instantiations of the Korean information units. In this approach, I argue that in analysing sentences in terms of information structure it is desirable to see them function as constraints to the information structure in general, because they are not encoded formally and affect distributional realizations of topic and focus separately. On the basis of the system above, I discuss the four issues in demarcating the border between information units in Korean: the linguistic encoding of topic and focus each, interactions between the scope of information structure, which is the same as the one of speech act, and the ones of other functional categories, and lastly, the interrelation between the case-markers ellipsis and focus realization. Meanwhile, I suggested that, firstly, the ratified topic in Korean can be realized only by word order without the topic marker neun, secondly, neun-marked nominals preceding a verb can be interpreted as an event topic, together with the verb as a whole and it has [+verum] feature as its matching focus unseen. Thirdly, I showed that the scopes of foci separate them from the presuppositions of the utterances they are in and, therefore, the semantic interpretation of each sentence should be interpreted as the dynamic conjointness of its presupposition and its assertion(the speech act). Finally, I made a counterargument to the pervasive idea that case-markers in Korean mark focus and pointed out that we need to see the same data with a different angle, that is to say, the case-markers within a focus is difficult to be omitted.

Buksungro Tools Commercial District is a typical industrial community in a metropolis. This paper aims to define the realities of social network at a commercial district as the base of existence for an industrial community, and to analyze the formation of social capital and its function. This paper also attempts to suggest programmes to revitalize Buksungro Tools Commercial District. The data for this research was gathered through the questionnaires on 121 enterprises and interviews. Most research on regional innovation emphasized that the exclusive strong relationship in local network helped to make regional innovation based on the tacit knowledge. However, recent research suggests that the open loose relationship is in a better position to establish the social capital. The exclusive strong relationship helps the fixed existing condition that plays barriers to make up and cumulate the social capital. This research attempts to establish the open loose social network to minimize the degree of the problems through the fixed existing condition. Buksungro Tools Commercial District has been developed in inner-city; therefore, there are many physical problems such as a shortage of parking spots, a lack of space for loading and unloading, many small-sized enterprises, and decrepitude buildings. The city government attempted to be reconstructed the area without considering the cumulated social capital in the community. The city policy in the area was considered as not good measures. The community has overcome the inferior physical environments through the strong social capital within the community. There is alternative programmes that encourage the members to establish the social capital through the social network.
