건설 현장 CCTV 영상을 이용한 작업자와 중장비 추출 및 다중 객체 추적

건설업은 업무상 재해 발생빈도와 사망자 수가 다른 산업군에 비해 높아 가장 위험한 산업군으로 불린다. 정부는 건설 현장에서 발생하는 산업 재해를 줄이고 예방하기 위해 CCTV 설치 의무화를 발표했다. 건설 현장의 안전 관리자는 CCTV 관제를 통해 현장의 잠재된 위험성을 찾아 제거하고 재해를 예방한다. 하지만 장시간 관제 업무는 피로도가 매우 높아 중요한 상황을 놓치는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 연구는 딥러닝 기반 컴퓨터 비전 모형 중 개체 분할인 YOLACT와 다중 객체 추적 기법인 SORT을 적용하여 다중 클래스 다중 객체 추적 시스템을 개발하였다. 건설 현장에서 촬영한 영상으로 제안한 방법론의 성능을 MS COCO와 MOT 평가지표로 평가하였다. SORT는 YOLACT의 의존성이 높아서 작은 객체가 적은 데이터셋을 학습한 모형의 성능으로 먼 거리의 물체를 추적하는 성능이 떨어지지만, 크기가 큰 객체에서 뛰어난 성능을 나타냈다. 본 연구로 인해 딥러닝 기반 컴퓨터 비전 기법들의 안전 관제 업무에 보조 역할로 업무상 재해를 예방할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The construction industry has the highest occupational accidents/injuries and has experienced the most fatalities among entire industries. Korean government installed surveillance camera systems at construction sites to reduce occupational accident rates. Construction safety managers are monitoring potential hazards at the sites through surveillance system; however, the human capability of monitoring surveillance system with their own eyes has critical issues. A long-time monitoring surveillance system causes high physical fatigue and has limitations in grasping all accidents in real-time. Therefore, this study aims to build a deep learning-based safety monitoring system that can obtain information on the recognition, location, identification of workers and heavy equipment in the construction sites by applying multiple object tracking with instance segmentation. To evaluate the system's performance, we utilized the Microsoft common objects in context and the multiple object tracking challenge metrics. These results prove that it is optimal for efficiently automating monitoring surveillance system task at construction sites.
Optical Imaging With the Use of a Scattering Lens

<P>“Turbidity” caused by multiple light scattering distorts the propagation of waves, and thus undermines optical imaging. For example, translucent biological tissues exhibiting optical turbidity have posed limitations on the imaging depth and energy transmission. Here, we introduce a novel method called turbid lens imaging (TLI) that records a transmission matrix of a scattering medium charactering the input-output response of the medium. The knowledge of this transmission matrix allows one to find an incident wave out of the distorted transmitted wave. Therefore, it converts the highly complex medium into a useful imaging optics. We demonstrate that the image distortion by a scattering medium can be eliminated by the use of the transmission matrix and a clean object image can be retrieved as a result. We extend TLI for imaging through a multimode optical fiber, which is also a scattering medium, and demonstrate an endoscopic imaging by using a single multimode optical fiber itself as a lens. In addition, we show that TLI removes the pixelation artifact in using an image fiber bundle and improve spatial resolution. Our method of making use of multiple light scattering will lay a foundation for advance optical bioimaging methods.</P>

<P>We report the achievement of a power conversion efficiency (PCE) improvement in P3HT:PCBM-based bulk-heterojunction type polymer solar cells using photocrosslinked P3HT (c-P3HT) as the electron blocking/hole extraction layer and titanium oxide nanoparticles (TiO<SUB>2</SUB>) as the hole blocking/electron extraction layer. Devices prepared with a 20 nm thick c-P3HT layer showed an improved PCE of 3.4% compared to devices prepared without the c-P3HT layer (PCE = 3.0%). This improvement was attributed to an extension in the carrier lifetime and an enhancement in the carrier mobility. The incorporation of the c-P3HT layer lengthened (by more than a factor of 2) the carrier lifetime and increased (by a factor of 5) the hole mobility. These results suggest that the c-P3HT layer not only prevented non-geminate recombination but it also improved carrier transport. The PCE was further improved to 4.0% through the insertion of a TiO<SUB>2</SUB> layer that acted as an effective hole-blocking layer at the interface between the photoactive layer and the cathode. This work demonstrates that the incorporation of solution-processable hole and electron blocking/extraction layers offers an effective means for preventing nongeminate recombination at the interfaces between a photoactive layer and an electrode in bulk-heterojunction-type polymer solar cells.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/aamick/2014/aamick.2014.6.issue-1/am404381e/production/images/medium/am-2013-04381e_0008.gif'></P><P><A href='http://pubs.acs.org/doi/suppl/10.1021/am404381e'>ACS Electronic Supporting Info</A></P>
축산식품 중 아미노글리코사이드계 항생제 잔류량 분석 및 실태조사

본 연구에서 개발된 시험법은 고감도를 가지고 선택성이 뛰어난 LC/MS/MS를 이용함으로서 한번의 시료 전처리와 동시 분석을 통하여 아미노글리코사이드계 항생제 5종의 잔류량 분석을 가능케 하였다(15,16). 개발된 시험법은 CODEX의 가이드라인에 따라 검량선의 직선성, 회수율, 정성한계 및 정량한계, 정확성 및 정밀성 등을 고찰하여 시험법의 실효성을 검증하였다. 확립된 시험법을 이용하여 돼지고기, 닭고기, 쇠고기 등 총 250건을 분석한 결과 5건이 검출되었으며 검출율은 2%로서 검출된 양은 모두 각각의 잔류허용기준보다 낮은 수준이었으나 한 시료에서 겐타마이신과 디하이드로스트렙토마이신이 동시 검출되었다. 이 결과는 여러 종류의 항생제들을 동시에 처방하고 있다는 사실을 입증하고 있다. 그러나, 기기분석을 이용하여 아미노글리 코사이드계 항생제의 잔류량 실태조사 결과 검출율 및 검출량이 낮은 안전한 수준이었다. It is possible that veterinary medicines remain in livestock food products, according to the use of many and various veterinary medicines to protect against disease when livestock animals are breed in limited space. Concentrated and continuous monitoring of residues is needed due to increases in resistance to antibiotics and side effects by eating livestock food products. We developed an analysis method for detecting streptomycin, dihydrostreptomycin, neomycin, gentamicin and spectinomycin in meat using LC/MS/MS and measured sensitivity, precision, accuracy, linearity and recovery according to CODEX guidelines to acquire confidence in the analysis method. Based on the results, we acquired good sensitivity compared to the maximum residue limit (MRL) as limits of detection (LOD) were 0.002-0.016 ㎎/㎏ and limits of quantification (LOQ) were 0.006-0.050 ㎎/㎏. The analysis method satisfied the CODEX guidelines. The linearity (r²) values of aminoglycoside antibiotics were 0.9936-0.9980, recoveries were 60-110% and relative standard deviations (RSD) were within 15%. As a result of monitoring for residues in a total 250 samples of livestock foods such as pork, chicken, and beef by the confirmed method, dihydrostreptomycin and gentamicin were detected in 5 pork samples. The residues of these antibiotics were within the MRLs. Thus, the detection ratio was 2% as 5 samples were identified from 250 samples.
Quasieigenstate Coalescence in an Atom-Cavity Quantum Composite

<P>We report the first direct observation of an exceptional point (EP) in an open quantum composite of a single atom and a high-Q cavity mode. The atom-cavity coupling constant was made a continuous variable by utilizing the multisublevel nature of a single rubidium atom when it is optimally coupled to the cavity mode. The spectroscopic properties of quasieigenstates of the atom-cavity composite were experimentally investigated near the EP. Branch-point singularity of quasieigenenergies was observed and its 4pi symmetry was demonstrated. Consequently, the cavity transmission at the quasieigenstate was observed to exhibit a critical behavior at the EP.</P>
