        This study carrys out to determine the strength of oxide skins of Al alloy melts as the practical alloy for automobile piston. This has been observed by Rotational Die Movement Equiment for the temperature range from 600℃ to 750℃ and oxidation time range from 10min to 60min. This method was able to quantify the strength of oxide skins of the molten alloys and had ±3% experimence error range. This strength of oxide skins of the molten alloys were much more affected by oxidation temperature than oxidation time.

        모니터 조립 라인의 현장 관리 시스템 개발

        The shop floor management system is the key application that monitors and controls production flows for the purpose of productivity improvement in manufacturing plant. In this study, we designed and developed a shop floor management system for a computer monitor assembly plant under client server computing environments. The developed system is designed and developed under object oriented concepts utilizing UML methods to act as an information cockpit which collects and visualizes the flows of production.

      • 초피나무( Zanthoxylum piperitum D.C.) 種子의 아미노산과 脂肪酸 組成의 分析

        본 연구는 식용으로 활용할 수 있는 蛋白質源과 油脂源을 얻기 위해 초피나무 종실에 있어 단백질과 지질의 아미노산과 지질의 조성을 분석한 것이며, 아미노산 자동 분석기와 gas liquid chromatography법으로 초피나무 종자의 아미노산과 지방산을 동정한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 종자 단백질에서는 총 104,445.1㎍/g의 아미노산이 함유되어 있었다. 17종류의 아미노산이 분석되었다. 이들 아미노산들 가운데 함량이 많은 아미노산은 아스파르트산 13.18%, 아르기닌 10.06%와 류신 9.34% 등이었다. 총 필수 아미노산은 53,458.0㎍/g 이고 51.18%에 해당하였고 9개의 필수 아미노산이 비교적 많이 함유되어 있었다. 종자의 지방은 건물중량의 30.5%였고, 11종류의 지방산이 분석되었다. 주요 지방산은 oleic acid 37.68%, linoleic acid 15.69%, linolenic acid 4.76% 및 palmitoleic acid 10.90% 등 69.03%를 차지하는 불포화지방산들이었으며, 필수지방산인 linoleic acid와 linolenic acid가 20.45%였다. 이상의 결과들을 볼 때 초피나무의 종자는 가치 있는 蛋白質源과 油脂源이었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the amino acid composition of protein and fatty acid composition of lipid in the seed of Japanese pepper; Zanthoxylum piperitum D.C. For food protein and oil source, the amino acid and fatty acid composition were determined by the methods of amino acid autoanalyzer and gas liquid chromatography. The results were summarized as follows; Total amino acid of seed protein was 104,445.10㎍/g. Seventeen different kinds of amino acids were analyzed from seed protein. Among them, comparatively high content of asparatic acid(13.18%), arginine(10.06%) and leucine(9.34%) were contained. Total essential amino acid was 53,458.0㎍/g and 51.18%. Among total amino acid, nine different kinds of essential amino acid were contained comparatively high content. The crude oil of seed was 30.5% of dry weight. Eleven kinds of fatty acids were analyzed from the seed lipid. Among them, the main fatty acids were unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid(37.68%), linoleic acid(15.69%), linolenic acid(4.76%), palmitoleic acid(10.90%) and etc. These unsaturated fatty acids were 69.03%. Also essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid were total 20.45% From these results, the seeds of Z. piperitum would be good for protein and oil source.

      • 민초피나무( Zanthoxylum piperitum D.C. var. inerme Makino) 種子의 아미노산과 脂肪酸 助成의 分析

        본 연구는 최근에 국내에도 자생하는 것으로 알려진 민초피나무의 종자에서 식용으로 활용할 수 있는 蛋白質源 油脂源을 얻기 위해 민초피나무 종실에 있어 단백질과 지질의 아미노산과 지질의 조성을 분석한 것이며, 아미노산 자동 분석기와 gas liquid chromatography법으로 민초피나무 종자의 아미노산과 지방산을 동정한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 종자 단백질에서는 총 92,380.0㎍/g의 아미노산이 함유되어 있었다. 17종류의 아미노산이 분석되었다. 이들 아미노산들 가운데 함량이 많은 아미노산은 아스파르트산 13.95%, 아스파라긴 11.60%와 류신 9.39% 등이었다. 총 필수 아미노산은 47,740.2㎍/g이고 51.68%에 해당하였고 9개의 필수 아미노산이 비교적 많이 함유되어 있었다. 종자의 지방은 건물중량의 29.4%였고, 10종류의 지방산이 분석되었다. 주요 지방산은 oleic acid 33.44%, linoleic acid 14.96%, linolenic acid 6.19% 및 palmitoleic acid 9.50% 등 65.09%를 차지하는 불포화지방산들이었으며, 필수지방산인 linoleic acid와 linolenic acid가 21.15%였다. 이상의 결과들을 볼 때 초피나무의 종자는 가치 있는 蛋白質源과 油脂源이었다. Among them, the main fatty acids were unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid(34.44%), linoleic acid(14.96%), linolenic acid(6.19%), palmitoleic acid(9.50%) etc. These unsaturated fatty acids were 65.09%. Also essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid were total 21.15% From these results, the seeds of Z. piperiturm var. inerme would be good for protein and oil source.

      • 광대역 전달소음저감을 위한 압전지능패널

        In this paper, the transmitted noise reduction of piezoelectric smart panels is experimentally studied. The proposed piezoelectric smart panels are comprised of plate structure on which piezoelectric sensor/actuators are bonded and sound absorbing material and/or gap are provided. It is a combination of passive and active approaches utilizing a passive effect at high frequencies and active effect at low frequencies. To prove the concept of piezoelectric smart panels, and acoustic measurement experiment is performed. An acoustic tunnel is designed and its acoustic characteristics are tested. Below 800㎐, the tunnel exhibits a plane wave guide characteristics. When an absorbing material is bonded on a single plate, a remarkable transmitted noise reduction in mid frequency range is observed except the first resonance frequency. By enabling the active control of smart single panel, much noise reduction is achieved at the resonance frequencies. The smart double panel has more potential to reduction the transmitted noise in wide range frequency. Piezoelectric smart panels incorporating passive absorbing material and active piezoelectric devices is a promising technology for noise reduction in a wide range frequency.

        자원봉사자들의 탈북자 지원 경험 분석 : 설문결과를 중심으로

        Objectives: Since 1994, the number of North Korean defectors, escaping North Korea and entering South Korea, has in creased rapidly.The Government has provided most of te support for the defectors' adaptation to their new society.But as the number of defectors has increased, and the support needs have become more various, the support of volunteers from non-governmental organization(NGO) has become very important.To raise the level of the success and effectiveness of the support from the volunteers, their experiences were surveyed and analyzed. Methods: This study surveyed 83 volunteers of 7 NGOs involved in helping North Korean defectors' adaptation to South Korean society-48 men and 34 women. Results: In their relationships with defectors, women volunteers have more difficulties in their first 3 months.However volunteers in their 50s and 60s tend to have more stable and better relationships with defectors than younger volunteers.Many volunteers statedexperiences of human difficulties with defectors, for example, mistrust and anxiety in human relationship (n=34, 41.0%), psychological maladjustment(n=19, 22.9%), different ways of thinking and culture(n=17, 20.5%), economic difficulties(n=10, 12.0%), and lack of independence spirit(n=6, 7.2%).The volunteers said they have feelings of goddwill toward defectors when defectors showed warm heart(n=30, 36.1%), politeness(n=30, 36.1%), positive and active character (n=24, 28.9%), strong will(n=17, 20.5%), and plainness (n=14, 16.0%).The volunteers stated an absence of goodwill feelings to defectors when defectors showed uncompromising and aggressive attitudes (n=29, 34.9%), lack of independent will (n=28, 33.7%), selfishness (n=18, 21.7%), and avoidance of making human relationship (n=16, 19.3%).as for adequate training before commencing activity, 5 volunteers(6.0%) said they had received enough education before their activity, 31(37.3%) relatively enough, 38 (45.8%) relatively not enough, and 9 (10.8%) absolutely not enough education.If they were the owners of al company, 27 volunteers (51.9%) sanid they would want to thire defectors even if the defectors did not have the required ability. Conclusion: These results showed that NGO's volunteers have a friendlier attitude to defectors than policemen n charge and public officials, which is their strong point.Women volunteers experience more difficulties in their early relationships with defectors, suggesting the need for a specific pre-education program for women volunteers.Furthermore, NGOs would benefit from an increase in the number of volunteers in their 50's and 60's.Both volunteers and defectors need to understand each othe to a deeprer extent and the characteristics to which South Korean volunteers feel goodwill need to be used n their education.

        1. Optimum training intensity standardizing % VO₂max. In case of exercising with the object of improving physical fitness, 50% VO₂max level intensity is very effective and exercising with a few minute of training duration 70∼80% VO₂max level intensity is suitable. To get training effect, above 60% VO₂max level intensity must be done, aerobic capacity improve at 75% VO₂max level. Generally, 75∼85% VO₂max level is used in athletic events, and 85∼95% VO₂max level is used for long distance running. 2. Optimum training intensity standardizing % HRmax. Age differences must be taken into consideration in order to set up training intensity with % H. Rmax as it was and relative heart rate must be used. Teh range of training intenstity is 60 to 90% HRmax level. In general, the standard intensity is 70 to 90% HRmax level. 3. Optimum training intensity standardizing metabolic alternation. There are significant changes of VO₂max and AT???at AT level and above AT level, but no change in LT, AT at below AT level.

      • 전립선염 환자의 혈청 및 전립선액중 Zinc농도 측정의 의의

        Zinc is an antibacterial factor and its levels in the expressed prostatic secretion correlate with the secretory function of the prostatic gland. So we have performed an assay for zinc on serum and expressed prostatic secretion in 25 consecutive patients with documented chronic prostatic inflammation along with 29 controls. There is no remarkable difference(p>0.5) of zinc concentration in the serum between patient group(mean:69.7ug/ml) and control group(mean:69.9ug/ml), but in the expressed prostatic secretion, the difference of zinc concentration between patient group (mean:517ug/ml) and control group (mean: 1071. 9,ug/ml) was significant(p<0.005).
