        中國民俗學思想的發展

        There have been several gaps or sudden turns in the history of Chinese folklore since this discipline was shaped in ninety years ago. This testifies that folklore as a discipline can hardly lapse from the expectation of the society, neither can it beisolated from politics. However, such kind of dilemma has fostered the characteristics of Chinese folklorists by enhancing whose academic critical spirit and whose consciousness of participating actively into social sphere. These two main lines of interests of Chinese folklorists sometimes alternated between each other, but they should not be placed oppositely, nor should either of them be weakened. Besides, it’s also very important for us to scrutinize and to realize how folklorists, with the cognition of “folklore is the culture of everyday life,” look upon their relationship with the “folk” who have their own perception to life.

        중국 현대민속학 개론서의 기본 사상과 그 영향

        중국 현대민속학 개론에 대한 최초의 맹아는 1928년 주간지(週刊誌) 『민속』에서 다룬 민속학 성격 문제에 관한 논쟁으로부터 시작되었다. 당시에 국외 인류학자의 저서를 번역함으로써 민속학자들이 민속학에 관한 독립적인 사고를 갖게 되었다. 그 후에 40년의 침체기를 거쳐 1980년대에 이르러 민속학은 회복기를 맞이하였다. 그때부터 민속학 개론서의 작성도 이전의 기반 위에 새로운 발전을 이루었다. 종경문(鐘敬文)이 편찬한 『민속학개론』은 건설적․규범적인 의미를 지닌 저서이다. 그가 제시한 “생활문화”에 관한 민속학적인 정의와 민속문화에 대한 분류체계는 많은 민속학자에게 영향을 미쳤고 사회에서 민속학에 대한 인식을 바꾸기도 하였다. 이러한 영향은 그 당시에는 매우 컸지만, 시간의 흐름에 따라 사회 문화가 이미 큰 변화가 일어난 오늘날에는 현존의 민속학 개론은 민속학 연구의 현실에 뒤떨어지는 현상이 발생하고 있다. 그래서 민속학개론은 신속히 민속학 조사현장에 나타난 새로운 사상과 경험을 받아들일 필요가 있다. The first origin of Chinese contemporary folklore outline commenced from a discussion on the characteristics of folklore covered in the weekly journal Folklore in 1928. In those days, folklore scholars acquired their independent thinking on folklore by translating overseas anthropologists’ books. Thereafter, going through 40 years of inactivity, folklore staged a recovery in the 1980s. Since then, the writing of an introductory folklore book has achieved new developments on the previous groundwork. Introduction to Folklore published by Zhong jingwen(鐘敬文) is a book that has constructive and normative meanings. The folkloristic definition on “Living Culture” and the classification scheme on folklore culture which were suggested by him influenced many folklore scholars and they changed society’s awareness about folklore. These effects were very huge at that time, but nowadays it is realized that the phenomenon of the current outline of folklore still lags behind folklore research reality because huge changes had already been made to society and culture. Therefore, the outline of folklore needs to quickly accept new ideas and experiences that have risen within the field of folklore research.

        Compliance error calibration for robot based on statistical properties of single joint

        This paper focuses on compliance error calibration. Because kinematic parameter error is the main error of a robot, we should first compensate for it. And because the compliance errors of some joints are too small, not all joints should be compensated for he compliance errors. We rotate the single joint along its axis locked other joints to obtain the statistical properties of all joints. The compliance errors are induced by gravity and elastostatic. This paper presents a mapping from the compliance error onto the joint variable vector; on the other hand, it utilized a method to transform the robot compliance error from the laser tracker system frame to the robot frame. The main attention is paid to analyze each joint compliance error using a single axis rotating by laser tracking system. To compensate the compliance error, we divided this problem into three sequential subtasks: identifying the robot compliance matrix, computing the compliance error of gravity without external loading, compensating compliance errors of elastostatic error on external loading.

        Transplantation of Bone Marrow Stromal Cells Enhances Nerve Regeneration of the Corticospinal Tract and Improves Recovery of Neurological Functions in a Collagenase-Induced Rat Model of Intracerebral Hemorrhage

        The reorganization of brain structures after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) insult is crucial to functional outcome. Although the pattern of neuronal rewiring is well-docu-mented after ischemic stroke, the study of brain plasticity after ICH has been focusing on the enhancement of dendritic complexity. Here we hypothesized that functional restoration after ICH involves brain reorganization which may be favorably modulated by stem cell transplantation. In this study, bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) were transplanted into the perilesional sites of collagenase-induced ICH in adult rats one day after ICH injury. Forelimb functional recovery was monitored with modified limb placing and vibrissae-elicited forelimb placement tests. Anterograde and retrograde tracing were used to assess the reorganization of bilateral forelimb areas of the sen-sorimotor cortex. We found that in rats transplanted with BMSCs after ICH injury, axonal sprouting occurred in the contralateral caudal forelimb area of the cortex, and was significantly higher than in ICH rat models that received only the vehicle (P < 0.01). The number of positive neurons in the ipsilateral rostral forelimb area of the cortex of the BMSC group was 1.5- to 4.5-fold greater than in the vehicle group (P < 0.05). No difference was found between the BMSC and vehicle groups in hemispheric atrophy or labeled neurons in the ipsilateral caudal forelimb area (P = 0.193). Scores for improved functional behavior in the BMSC group were in accord with the results from histology. Neuronal plasticity of the denervated corticospinal tract at bilateral forelimb areas of the cortex in the collagenase-induced ICH rat models was significantly enhanced by BMSC transplantation. BMSC transplantation may facilitate functional recovery after ICH injury.

        Interleukin-6 signaling regulates hematopoietic stem cell emergence

        Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) produce all lineages of mature blood cells for the lifetime of an organism. Invertebrates, HSCs derive from the transition of the hemogenic endothelium (HE) in the floor of the embryonic dorsalaorta. Most recently, a series of proinflammatory factors, such as tumor necrosis factor-α, interferon-γ, and Toll-likereceptor 4, have been confirmed to play a key role in HSC specification. However, the full complement of necessarysignaling inputs remains unknown to date. Here, we show that interleukin-6R (IL6R) via IL6 is required and sufficient forHSC generation. We found that Notch activates IL6R by regulating its expression in the HE and in HSCs. The secretionof IL6 mainly originates from HSC-independent myeloid cells, but not from HSCs and their adjacent vascularendothelial cells. In addition, blocking IL6 signaling does not affect vascular development or the production ofprimitive erythrocytes. Taken together, our results uncover a previously obscure relationship between IL6 signaling andHSC production and provide new insights into HSC regeneration using proinflammatory factors in vitro.

        Combined Study on Mold Taper and Corner Radius in Bloom Continuous Casting by FEM Simulation and Trial Experiment

        A plane stress model was developed to study the coupled effect of mold taper and corner radius on the thermal–mechanicalbehavior of a 250 mm × 280 mm continuously cast bloom for a given special steel. Good agreement was obtained in both shellthickness and the off-corner cracking location from modeling and trial experiment. The results show that increasing moldtaper results in the obvious decrease of surface temperature near the corner, while enlarging mold corner radius makes theshell surface temperature at the corner region more even with the mold taper between 0 and 1.5% m−1. It is also found thatboth the mold corner radius and taper are the key factors influencing the shell crack sensitivity but with different mechanism. For the internal crack, the mold taper takes more dominant effect for its corner radius between 0–10 mm, as the hoop strainat the solidification front decreases with increasing mold taper. For the surface crack, more sensitivity is noticed to the moldcorner radius. Increasing mold corner radius leads to the increase of the surface hoop strain in the corner region, almostregardless of mold taper. The proper mold taper and corner radius for the present bloom casting should be 1.0–1.5% m−1and 15–25 mm respectively.

        Experimental study on mechanical performances of lattice steel reinforced concrete inner frame with irregular section columns

        Based on the test on a 1/2.5-scaled model of a two-bay and three-story inner frame composed of reinforced concrete beams and lattice steel reinforced concrete (SRC) irregular section columns under low cyclic reversed loading, the failure process and the features of the frame were observed. The subsequence of plastic hinges of the structure, the load-displacement hysteresis loops and the skeleton curve, load bearing capacity, inter-story drift ratio, ductility, energy dissipation and stiffness degradation were analyzed. The results show that the lattice SRC inner frame is a typical strong column-weak beam structure. The hysteresis loops are spindle-shaped, and the stiffness degradation is insignificant. The elastic-plastic inter-story deformation capacity is high. Compared with the reinforced concrete frame with irregular section columns, the ductility and energy dissipation of the structure are better. The conclusions can be referred to for seismic design of this new kind of structure.
