      • pH-ISFET/Pt/REFET/차동증폭법을 이용한 마이크로 수소이온센서

        For the miniaturization of H-ion sensor, the reference electrode should be miniaturized. This can be achieved by differential amplification system with pH-ISFET/Pt/REFET. REFET(REference FET) was developed by forming TPB added PVC membrane on the ISFET gate. This new REFET for the differential amplifier consisting of pH-ISFET/Pt/REFET has shown a good operating characteristics. The new micro H-ion sensor have shown a sensitivity of 52.8mV/pH with a good linearity in the range of pH4 to pH10, and been able to eliminate the effects of temperature and light.

      • 국내 국제회의산업의 선진화 방안

        International convention industry has grown up with the development of science and industrial society for more information exchange among nations since the mid-twentieth century. Especially in the 1990's when the world economic system was changed from the GATT to the WTO system, every country tried to attain globalization and more informationized society. Accordingly the demand for international events and meetings has rapidly increased and then the convention industry has become the core part of recent tourism industry. In Korea, both the government and the private business sector began to have an interest in the convention industry from the mid-seventies and the convention buro was established in the Korea National Tourism Corporation in 1979 when the PATA General Assembly was held in Seoul. Since then, however, considering Korea's present status in the international convention world compared with its grown-up economic size and trade volume ranking 13th in the world economy in 2000, we cannot help admitting that Korea has not reached the desirale standard in the convention industry. In this context, this paper tried to suggest the initiative plan for Korean convention industry's advancement. The initiative plan consists of two strategies: the marketing strategy and the policy-oriented strategy. In the marketing side, two strategies are suggested: first, application of demand-creating marketing principle; second, implementation of integrative total marketing. In the government-supporting policy side, seven initiatives are provided: first, establishment of 'Independent Convention Organization' true to its name and reality; second, introduction of 'one-stop convention complex' equipped with all the facilities such as hotels, travel agencies and shopping centers, etc. in the designated place; third, cultivation of Professional Convention Organizer(PCO) and professional manpower with international competitiveness; fourth, establishment of convention-related information system including infrastructure; fifth, strengthening of cooperation with various international organization; sixth, consistent, appealing P.R. activities inducing spontaneous, national movement for mind-reform and participation encouragement; seventh, revitalization of local city's convention industry. Fianlly, 'the Korea Convention Council' founded in August 2001 as a cooperative organization between the public sector and the private sector is to be led in such a way that can first of all provide real help to the convention business world. It is also required to provide impartial public activities for the development of national convention industry, for example, the supporting activity for the basic infrastructure formation of convention industry, guidance of policy development and procuctive recommendation to the government.

      • 열처리에 따른 ZnO 박막 센서의 특성

        The ZnO(zinc oxide) thin film sensors were manufactured by RF magnetron sputtering method and added up to 4 wt. % Al_(2)O_(3), 1 wt. % TiO_(2) and 0.2 wt. % V_(2)O_(5) on the basis of ZnO material for developing the high sensitive gas sensors which have practically moderate resistivity and the stability. They were also grown on heated SiO_(2)/Si substrates of 250 ℃ at a pressure of about 10 mTorr in the pure oxygon gas with a power of about 80 watts for 10 minutes. To manufacture the thin film of the more stable high sensitivity, the thin films were also annealed from 400 ℃ to 800 ℃ and the thin films which were annealed with 700℃ for 60 minutes in the pure oxygon gas exhibited a good properties. The thin film grown in this conditions exhibited the sensitivity of maximum 550 in TMA gas concentration 160 pμm and exhibited a good stability and excellent linearity.

      • 가토에서 흡수성 차폐막 Biomech®의 골재생 효과

        The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of absorbable membrane (BioMesh®) on bone regeneration in the rabbit by evaluating biodegradability, biocompatibility and bone regenerative capacity. Eight rabbits, weighing about 2kg, were used. Two bone defects, 8 mm in diameter and 7 mm in depth, were made. In the experimental group, the bone defect was covered with BioMesh® absorbable membrane. In the control group, induced spontaneous healing. The rabbits were sacrificed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks after the operation. Radiographic and microscopic examination were performed. Results obtained were as follows: After 2 weeks, proliferation of the fibrous tissue was observed in the control group, but the newly formed cartilage and more active bone formation were noted in the experimental group. After 4 weeks, the new bone formation appeared in the control group, and in the experimental group, the bone trabeculi were densely aligned and matured. After 6 weeks, complete resorption of the BioMesh® membrane occurred in the experimental group. Both experimental and control group acquired dense osseous coverage, after 8 weeks. These results suggest that the BioMesh® absorbable membrane contributes new bone formation by guiding bone regeneration in the early stage.

      • 大邱市內 綜合病院 醫務記錄部署 職員의 醫務記錄業務에 대한 態度

        대구시내 종합병원의 의무기록부서 직원의 일반적 특성 및 의무기록업무에 관한 필요도를 분석하여 의무기록 관리 방법의 개선을 위한 기초자료로 제시하고자 1997년 6월 2일부터 6월 30일까지 대구시 소재 14개 종합병원에 근무하는 의무기록부서 직원 164명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 본 연구대상병원의 의무기록부서 직원은 총 188명인데 의무 기록사수가 61명으로 32.4%였는데 대학병원이 27.3%로 일반종합병원의 36.5%보다 더 낮았다. 그리고 100병상당 의무기록사수는 평균 11명으로 대학병원이 0.7명, 일반종합병원이 1.5명이었고, 100병상당 의무기록부서 직원수는 평균 3.2명으로 대학병원이 2.5명, 일반종합병원이 3.9명이었다. 의무기록부서 직원은 여자가 81.1%였고, 연령은 20∼29세가 66.5%로 가장 많았다. 경력은 5∼10년 미만이 48.1%로 가장 높았으며, 학력은 전문대졸이 60.4%였다. 대체적으로 대학병원의 의무기록부서 직원이 일반종합병원보다 연령이 많고, 경력이 더 많았다. 그리고 면허소지별 주된 담당업무는 대체적으로 의무기록사가 본연의 업무에 더 종사하였다. 의무기록 전산 프로그램의 항목별 필요도는 분실차트 관리 82.9%, 차트추적관리 77.4%, 접수순서확인 75.6%, 미비기록관리 73.8%, 예약자 관리 71.3%순이었고 환자색인 48.2%, 의사색인 40.2%으로 비교적으로 낮게 나타났다. 대학병원의 의무기록사의 65.0%가 환자색인업우의 전산화가 필요하다고 하였으나 비의무기록사는 22.0%만이 필요하다고 하였고 의사색인업무의 전산화 또한 의무기록사는 60.0%, 비의무기록사는 12.0%가 필요하다고 하여 유의한 차이를 보였고, 질병, 수술색인 및 차트 추적 관리업무의 전산프로그램에도 의무기록사와 비의무기록사간의 유의한 차이를 보였다. 일반종합병원의 면허소지별 의무기록 전산프로그램 항목별 필요도는 의무기록사의 73.7%가 환자색인 업무의 전산화가 필요하다고 하였으나 비의무기록사는 48.2%만이 필요하다고 하였고, 미비기록 관리업무의 전산화 또한 의무기록사는 81.6%가, 비의무기록사는 62.5%가 필요하다고 하여 유의한 차이를 보였다. 의무기록업무의 표준화 항목별 필요도는 의무기록 서식의 표준화가 45.7%, 진료통계작성 기준시간 표준화가 45.7%, 통계일보 표준화가 39.0%, 통계연보 표준화 34.8%순이었고 대학병원의 의무기록사의 60.0%가 통계일보의 표준화가 필요하다고 하였으나 비의무기로사는 16.0%만이 필요하다고 하였고, 통계연보 표준화 또한 의무기록사는 50.0%, 비의무기록사는 24.0%가 필요하다고 하여 유의한 차이를 보였다. 일반 종합병원의 의무기록 표준화 항목별 필요도는 의무기록사의 65.8%가 의무기록서식의 표준화가 필요하다고 하였으나 비의무기록사는 41.1%만이 필요하다고 하여, 의무기록사와 비의무기록사간의 유의한 차이를 보였다. 차트보관장비 도입의 항목별 필요도는 비활용차트의 광화일시스템 도입이 78.0%로 가장 높았고, 이동식서가 도입이 73.2%, 비활용차트의 마이크로필름 도입은 31.1%로 비교적 필요도가 낮았다. 면허소지, 병원유형 여부에 따른 차트 보관 장비 도입에 유의한 차이가 있는 항목은 없었다. 질병분류 항목별 필요도는 질병분류시 1권(KCD-1권)확인의 필요도가 65.2%로 가장 높았고 보험청구시 의무기록부서에서 부여하는 코드번호 사용의 필요도 64.0%, 의사의 진단명 기재시 한글사용의 필요도 62.2%순으로 나타났다. 대학병원의 의무기록사의 85.0%가 의사의 진단명 기재시 한글사용이 필요하다고 하였으나, 비의무기록사는 56.0%만이 필요하다고 하였고 한국질병분류 1권(KCD-1권) 사용 또한 의무기록사는 90.0%, 비의무기록사는 58.0%가 필요하다고 하여 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 효율적으로 의무기록을 관리하기 위해서는 전산프로그램 기술개발과 의무기록 서식과 연보의 표준화로 업무의 능률을 올리고 날로 증가하는 차트로 인해 공간부족을 해결하기 위해서는 표준화로 업무의 능률을 올리고 날로 증가하는 차트로 인해 공간부족을 해결하기 위해서는 비활용차트의 광화일시스템 도입이 검토되어야 하고, 무엇보다도 의무기록의 중요성을 최고경영자의 새로운 인식과 의무기록사의 인력확보가 선행되어야 할 것이다. Questionnaire was administered from June 2 to June 31, 1997 to the 188 medical record personnel employed at the general and university hospitals in Taegu City. In order to survey on the opinions about the need of computer programs, microfilm and standardization for more efficient medical record management. The major findings are as follows: The average number of Medical Record Officer(MRO) were 1.1 per 100 beds, proportion of MRO among record personnel was 32.4%. Most of the medical record personnel was females(81.1%), 20∼29 years of age group(66.5%) and had experience of 6∼10years. The university hospital and more experienced as well as older aged personnel than the general hospitals. About half(48.2%) of the respondents was reported the need for computer program in managing with patient index. Most(70.7%) of the MRO expressed. the need for the computer program while 35.8% of non-MRO did. The need for doctor index in MRO was 62.1% and 28.3% in non MRO. The need for disease and operation index was reported in 60.4% of MRO while it was expressed in only 34.0% of non MRO. The need for the standardization of statistical daily census of medical record was reported in 39.0% overall. It was reported in 55.2% of MRO, but only 30.2% of non-MRO. The need for the statistical annual report was reported in 34.8% overall. Most of the respondents(73.2%) expressed the need for moblic rack. The need for microfilm was reported in 31.1% overall; the percentage was 39.4% in FRO while 20.0% in non-FRO. The translation of final diagnosis into Korean was advocated in most of the respondents(62.2%) and the use of ICD-CM in 47.0% overall; the percentage of approval was 58.6% in MRO while 40.6% in non-MRO.

        There are so many reasons why patient selects orthodontic and orthognathic treatment, but most of them want functional improvement. Sometimes patients are not satisfied though functionally improved. It is apparent that they want esthetic improvement too. Satisfaction and happiness are influenced by on self-evaluation, emotional state, expectation and so on. Clinicians have difficulty in estimating and treating the patients by psychological norm. Therefore, we study the relation between orthognathic surgery and aesthetics.

      • 중·고 필드하키 선수들의 스포츠 상해에 관한 연구

        중·고 필드 하키선수들에게 발생하는 스포츠 상해 유형을 규명하기 위하여 2000년 제1회 중·고 연맹 회장기 대회에 참가한 남·여 하키 선수 434명을 대상으로 한 설문 조사를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 상해 빈도는 신체 부위별로 다리, 팔, 머리, 몸통 순으로 나타났다. 남·여별로는 다리부위에서는 여자, 상지부위에서는 남자가 부상 빈도가 높게 나타났다. 학교별로는 팔, 다리 부위의 부상빈도에 있어서 고등학교가 중학교보다 높게 나타났다. 위치별로는 GK가 다른 위치의 선수들보다 상대적으로 팔부위의 부상 빈도는 높고 다리 부위의 부상 빈도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상해 증상에 있어서는 피부와 근육상해가 뼈와 관절 상해 빈도의 약 3~4배 정도로 높게 나타났다. 위치별로는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나. 남자와 고등학교가 여자와 중학교에 비해서 피부와 근 상해의 빈도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상해 이유에 있어서 본인 부주의에 의한 상해원인은 남자는 지나친 승부욕, 여자는 정신력 부족이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 고등학교는 과도한 연습, 중학교는 정신력부족이 가장 높게 나타났다. 시설결함에 의한 상해원인은 모두 장비 불량으로 인해 상해발생이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 장소부적응에 의한 상해원인에 있어서 모두 타구장 부적응에 의한 상해발생률이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.

      • 축구화 소비자의 제품선택기준이 상표충성도에 미치는 영향

        This study was to analyze and approach theoretically to the variables related to the brand loyalty and the consumer's behavior regarding soccer shoes targeting on the members of amateur soccer clubs, then was to investigate the primary factor of the selection standard influencing on the brand loyalty. 600 subjects were selected on amateur soccer clubs located in kyung-gi area by using the cluster sampling with questionnaire. With 20 exceptions caused by the lack of the reliability, only the data for 580 subjects was used, then the final data was completed through the process of tally, coding, and punching. The examining method on the questionnaire was made up of 17 questions for the general characteristics, 4 questions for the brand loyalty, and 17 questions for the selection standard. With investigating the reliability of the brand loyalty, it was Cronbach' α=.7543. With analyzing the primary factor of the selection standard was divided into 5 subordinate factors (reputation, quality, price, marketing, and purchasing convenience), the reliability of that was .6723-.8184. In order to consolidate all the variables, the analysis of reliability, the factor analysis, and frequency through the SPSS win 11.0 statistics program were used. In order to verify the main purpose of this study, the one-way ANOVA, and the multiple regression were used as well. The following conclusion was drawn through procedures which were described above. First, Through the analysis of the difference among primary factors of the selection standard depending on the general characteristics of soccer-shoes consumer, 20's consumers have more consideration to all the factors than 30-40's, and university(graduate) students do more than other people who is in other job categories. The well-educated people consider more the reputation, the quality and the marketing factor than the less-educated people. People in the high-income brackets consider more the quality and purchasing convenience. On the other hand, people in the low-income brackets consider more the price factor than others as well. Second, through the analysis regarding the influence of the selection standard of the soccer-shoes consumer on the brand loyalty, the subordinate factor of the selection standard influences on the brand loyalty, and the quality out of the subordinate factors is proved the most important factor. then the brand loyalty is influence by the reputation, the price. and the purchasing convenience in order.
