INNOVATION OF SOME RANDOM FIELDS
Si, Si Korean Mathematical Society 1998 대한수학회지 Vol.35 No.3
We apply the generalization of Levy's infinitesimal equation $\delta$X(t) = $\psi$(X(s), s $\leq$ t, $Y_{t}$, t, dt), $t\in R^1$, for a random field X (C) indexed by a contour C or by a more general set. Assume that the X(C) is homogeneous in x, say of degree n, then we can appeal to the classical theory of variational calculus and to the modern theory of white noise analysis in order to discuss the innovation for the X (C.)

Objective: Accumulating evidence has shown that aberrant alternative splicing events are closely associated with the onset and development of cancer. However, whether genetic variants-associated alternative splicing is linked to risk of endometrial cancer remains largely uncertain. Methods: We identified single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) locates in the splicing number trait locus (sQTL) of endometrial cancer using the CancerSplicing QTL database. In parallel with bioinformatics analysis, we conducted a case-control study comprising 2,000 cases and 2,013 controls to assess the association between identified SNP which possesses mRNA splicing function and endometrial cancer susceptibility. Furthermore, we used the Kaplan-Meier Plotter, The Human Protein Atlas, SPNR, and Spliceman2 databases for sQTL and differential gene expression analyses to identify the genetic variant which most potentially influence the risk of endometrial cancer through alternative splicing to reveal the potential mechanism by which candidate SNPs regulate the risk of endometrial cancer. Results: The results indicated that SNP rs7128029 A<G was significantly associated with an increased risk of endometrial cancer (odds ratio=1.384; 95% confidence interval=1.038–1.964). Moreover, the carcinogenic effect of SNP rs7128029 A<G was consistently revealed by propensity matching analysis, an additive model, and a dominant model. Importantly, sQTL analysis showed that SNP rs7128029 could affect the transcriptional modification of PSMD13 via regulating the exon skipping of PSMD13. When the rs7128029 allele was mutated from A to G, the expression of exon 2 of PSMD13 was markedly lower (p<0.001). Furthermore, compared with participants who had higher PSMD13 expression, those who had lower PSMD13 expression had shorter survival times. Conclusion: These findings suggest that SNP rs7128029-mediated alternative splicing events in PSMD13 are associated with endometrial cancer risk and may be a potential early screening biomarker for endometrial cancer-susceptible populations.

Retinoblastoma (Rb) is one of the most common eye malignancies occur in childhood. The crucial roles of non-coding RNAs, particularly long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and microRNAs (miRNAs), have been widely reported in Rb progression. In the present study, we found the expression of lncRNA T-cell leukemia/lymphoma 6 (TCL6) was significantly downregulated in Rb tissues and cell lines. Knockdown of lncRNA TCL6 promoted cell proliferation while reduced cell apoptosis in Rb cells. Moreover, lncRNA TCL6 serves as a sponge for miR-21, a previously-reported oncogenic miRNA in Rb, by direct targeting to negatively regulated miR-21 expression, therefore modulating Rb proliferation through miR-21. TCL6 overexpression inhibited Rb cell proliferation while miR-21 overexpression exerted an opposing effect; the effect of TCL6 overexpression was partially attenuated by miR-21 overexpression. PTEN/PI3K/AKT signaling pathway was involved in lncRNA TCL6/miR-21 axis modulating Rb cell proliferation. Taken together, lncRNA TCL6 serves as a tumor suppressor by acting as a sponge for miR-21 to counteract miR-21-mediated PTEN repression.

Developing multifunctional, efficient and durable membrane for treating complex oily wastewater ishighly desirable but still a challenge due to the severe membrane fouling. Herein, nanosponge membranewith 3D-macrocycle b-cyclodextrin (b-CDs) as molecular cage was manufactured by azide-alkyne clickreaction for oil/water treatment and antifouling properties simultaneously. The macrocyclic ‘molecularcage’ geometry of b-CDs can induce various guest molecules into their cavities. When clickable b-CDN3was fixed onto a clickable EVAL- membrane surface, the hydrophilicity of the membrane was greatlyimproved. Furthermore, the molecular cage–grafted membrane (EVAL-g-CD) showed better antifoulingperformance than a pure EVAL membrane, with lower water flux decline (15%) and higher water fluxrecovery (91%). The flux and separation efficiency values of the EVAL-g-CD membrane were higher than120 Lm2h1 and 99%, respectively. The EVAL-g-CD membrane also exhibited good adsorption performancefor organic pollutants owing to its cavity structure. Furthermore, the membrane showed desirablestability and its rejection remained at 99% after filtration. This proposed 3D membrane strategy based onmolecular cages sheds light on the formation of hydrophilic membrane surfaces and shows great promisefor potential applications such as the separation of oil-in-water emulsions.
Shearing Bearing Capacity of Screwed Connections of Thin Steel Sheets
Sisi Chao,Linfeng Lu,Hanheng Wu 한국강구조학회 2019 International Journal of Steel Structures Vol.19 No.2
This paper reviews the design rules of single shear screwed connection of cold-formed steel structure in the current design specifi cations, such as North American, Australian/New Zealand, European, British, Japanese and Chinese, and points the shortcomings of Chinese design specifi cation and the mistakes of some published reports on the shear resistance of single shear screwed connections. A total of 194 single screw overlap sheared connections, which were made of steel sheet manufactured in China and were tested by Chinese scholars since 1993, and the detailed test data are introduced. Using the design specifi cations mentioned above recalculated the normal connection shear strength of the 194 connection specimens, and evaluated the accuracy of six design specifi cations under the diff erent failure modes. The Japanese design manual is too conservative to estimate the bearing capacity of the single shear screwed connection under any failure mode. For tilting or tilting and bearing failure mode, the accuracy of the AISI S100 and AS/NZS 4600 diminishes and sometimes tends to be unsafe; however, the Eurocode 3, BS5950-5 and GB50018 are appropriate. As to screw shear failure mode, the AISI S100, AS/NZS 4600, Eurocode 3 and BS5950-5 are appropriate but GB50018 tends to be unsafe. The paper gives a new design formula as a supplement to GB50018 that can accurately predict the bearing capacity of single shear screwed connection in all failure modes. Finally, the Group Eff ect of multiple-screw shear connection was investigated based on 38 multiple-screw connection specimens.
Application of self-centering wall panel with replaceable energy dissipation devices in steel frames
Sisi Chao,Hanheng Wu,Tianhua Zhou,Tao Guo,Chenglong Wang 국제구조공학회 2019 Steel and Composite Structures, An International J Vol.32 No.2
The self-centering capacity and energy dissipation performance have been recognized critically for increasing the seismic performance of structures. This paper presents an innovative steel moment frame with self-centering steel reinforced concrete (SRC) wall panel incorporating replaceable energy dissipation devices (SF-SCWD). The self-centering mechanism and energy dissipation mechanism of the structure were validated by cyclic tests. The earthquake resilience of wall panel has the ability to limit structural damage and residual drift, while the energy dissipation devices located at wall toes are used to dissipate energy and reduce the seismic response. The oriented post-tensioned strands provide additional overturning force resistance and help to reduce residual drift. The main parameters were studied by numerical analysis to understand the complex structural behavior of this new system, such as initial stress of post-tensioning strands, yield strength of damper plates and height-width ratio of the wall panel. The static push-over analysis was conducted to investigate the failure process of the SF-SCWD. Moreover, nonlinear time history analysis of the 6-story frame was carried out, which confirmed the availability of the proposed structures in permanent drift mitigation.
Revitalization of Chinese Tourism in Baotu Spring Park of Jinan through Service Design Thinking
SiSi Feng,이재선,이지현 한국콘텐츠학회 2019 International Journal of Contents Vol.15 No.4
Baotu Spring Park, a must-visit place in Jinan, China, has been rated as the country’s highest-level scenic spot by the Chinese government. However, social media that highly reflects public opinions tends to express a lower evaluation of Baotu Spring Park. Thus, this paper employs service design thinking methods to identify the problems of Baotu Spring Park and provide solutions from the perspective of visitors. Based on desk research, tourist behavior tracking, contextual interviews, and a customer journey map, it was found that the service gap of Baotu Spring Park lacks a unified and effective instruction system. Also, the activities, parking, and high-quality tourist souvenirs are deficient, and there is no online information delivery platform. Finally, five suggestions are made,- respectively:,- redesign the sign system, enhance the participation of tourists, redesign the tourist souvenirs and display space, offer parking areas and shuttle buses, as well as set up a dedicated application.
