이 글은 공감적 읽기 교육의 필요성과 방안에 대해 살펴보았다. 공감적 읽기는 문학 텍스트에 대한 감상적 읽기를 넘어서는 것으로, 모든 종류의 텍스트 읽기에서 인물이나 필자의 마음을 이해하고 거기에 감응하는 읽기를 말한다. 공감적 읽기 교육은 한편으로는 비대면 소통의 일상화나 탈진실 사회의 도래와 같은 사회적 변화에 대한 교육적 대응이 될 수 있는가 하면, 다른 한편으로는 문자를 통한 의미 소통의 불완전성을 보완하거나 비판적 읽기 교육의 부작용을 예방하는 등 읽기교육 내적 맥락에서도 의의가 있다. 따라서 공감적 읽기는 비판적 읽기와 같은 비중으로 읽기 교육에서 다루어야 한다. 공감적 읽기 교육을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는, 공감 유발에 유리한 텍스트 선정에 유의해야 하고, 필자의 텍스트 생산 맥락 재구성에 관심을 기울여야 한다. 공감을 위해서는 타인의 마음 이해가 선행되어야 하므로 감정 문식성을 높일 수 있는 활동들을 제공해야 하고, 공감 구절 찾기 등과 같이 감응 능력을 높이기 위한 활동들도 필요하다. 또 역지사지 능력을 기르기 위해 가상활동들을 구상하여 수행하는 것도 좋다. 그리고 공감적 읽기에 대한 교사의 보여주기도 공감적 읽기 교육의 유용한 방안이다. This study aims to discuss the necessities and methods of empathic reading education, which is not restricted to appreciative reading of literary texts. Targets of empathic reading can be every text including non-literature texts, and empathic readers understand and respond to the mindset of characters or writers. Introducing empathic reading education enables us to gratify the needs of untact communication and post-truth society. Further, this allows us to complement written communication and prevent the side effects of critical reading education. Accordingly, we should give empathic reading education the same importance as critical reading education. To effectively conduct empathic reading education, we need to consider selecting texts which cause empathy and take interest in reconstructing writers’ producing context. We must provide activities that improve emotional-literacy and that enhance responding-sensibility, such as finding empathetic passages. Imaginary activities foster others’ imaginative minds. Further, they are useful in demonstrating teachers’ modeling of empathic reading in front of students.
생활스포츠 참가자의 안전문화지각과 안전통제감 및 안전이행의 관계

연구목적: 본 연구는 생활스포츠 참가자의 안전문화지각이 안전통제감 및 안전이행에 미치는 영향을 분석 및 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 2020년 4월 1일부터 5월 30일까지 약 60일간에 걸쳐 천안시 및 아산시에 거주하고 있는 생활스포츠 참가자들을 모집단으로 선정한 다음 목적 표집법을 적용하여 연구 조사를 수행하였다. 결과: 첫째, 안전문화지각은 안전통제감에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 안전관리, 안전풍토 및 절차, 안전태도가 긍정적일수록 안전통제감은 강화된다. 둘째, 안전문화지각은 안전이행에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 안전가치관, 안전관리, 안전풍토 및 절차, 안전태도 등 안전문화지각이 긍정적일수록 안전규칙과 안전지침은 잘 준수된다. 또한 안전관리, 안전풍토 및 절차, 안전태도가 긍정적일수록 안전장비가 잘 사용된다. 셋째, 안전통제감은 안전이행에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 안전통제감이 높을수록 안전규칙 및 안전지침 준수와 안전장비 착용은 잘 이뤄진다. 넷째, 안전문화지각은 안전통제감과 안전이행에 직·간접적인 영향을 미친다. 즉, 안전문화지각은 안전이행에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 안전통제감을 통해 안전이행에 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 안전통제감은 안전문화지각과 안전이행 사이의 관계를 매개하는 중요한 변수이다. 결론: 스포츠조직은 생활스포츠 참가자의 안전이행을 위해 보다 능동적인 안전문화 조성을 위한 방안들을 강구해야 할 것이다. Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to analyze and identify the effects of the perception of safety culture of sports participants on safety control and safety performance. Methods: The method of the research and study applied the Purposive Sampling Method after selecting the people who participate in sports for all in Cheonan City and Asan City for the period of approximately 60 days from April 1 to May 30, 2020 and the number of cases used in the final analysis was 375 people. The methods of analysis applied in the study were the frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis and Sobel Test, etc., and the reliability was found to be greater than Cronbach's α .811. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, perception of safety culture affects the sense of safety control. In other words, the more positive the safety management, safety climate and procedures, and safety attitude, the greater the sense of safety control. Second, perception of safety culture influences safety performance. In other words, the more positive the perception of safety culture such as safety values, safety management, safety climate and procedures, and safety attitude, the better the safety rules are observed. Third, the sense of safety control affects safety performance. In other words, active efforts for a sense of safety control promote safety rules, safety guidelines, and safety equipment implementation behavior. Fourth, perception of safety culture directly and indirectly affects the sense of safety control and safety performance. In other words, perception of safety culture not only directly affects safety performance, but also indirectly affects safety performance through a sense of safety control. The sense of safety control is an important variable that mediates the relationship between safety culture perception and safety performance. Conclusions: Sports organizations should draw up the plans to create a more active safety culture for the safety of sports participants.
A Short Review of Light Barrier Materials for Food and Beverage Packaging

Photo-oxidation is one of the main causes of food deterioration of great variety of foods, such as dairy products, nuts, meat products, and wine. It causes a loss of both nutritional value and sensorial quality of products and may even leads to the formation of toxic compounds. Active packaging for food and beverages has been investigated and developed with embedding light absorbers or blocking materials into the plastics. In recent years, several novel light barrier materials have been proposed as an alternative option for different applications. This article reviews the up-to-date technology in light absorber and blocking material with special emphasis on chemical compound and mechanism. Inorganic, organic, hybrid organic-inorganic, and natural light absorbers were scoped. The challenges and future perspectives of light barrier materials are also discussed.

Intelligent packaging is a smart system that can monitor the product quality directly or environment change around the packaging during transportation and distribution to provide relevant information to consumers for the safety. In this study, a printable freshness indicator was well-designed and fabricated with the modification of CNC-AgNP solution prepared by hydrothermal green synthesis. The paper indicator printed with as-prepared CNC-AgNPs composited ink was successfully prepared using an inkjet printer and evaluated its colorimetric indicating capability with the chicken breast at room temperature. As a result, the indicator sensitively reacted with the spoilage gas leading to color change, which is attributed to the surface chemical reaction of AgNP with hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) caused by chicken breast deterioration. The printed freshness indicator obtained in current study was proven to be utilized effectively in intelligent packaging for all fresh foods that cause H₂S during the quality decay.
