The effect of HgCl2 on the differentiation of chicken embryonic cerebral neurons was studied. For this, varying amount of HgCl2 soution was injected to the developing eggs and the pattern of protein expression was studied using SDS-PAGE and the concentration of ATP was also measured. Total of 31 major protein bands were observed at 7th day of embryonic development. The amount of 330kDa, 320kDa and 45kDa proteins was reduced in HgCl2-treated embryos regardless of the amount of HgCl2 given. The amount of 285kDa and 24kDa proteins was reduced in embryos treated with relatively small amout(≤1.0 mg) of HgCl2 but increased in 2 mg HgCl2-treated embryos (138% of control). The amount of 250kDa protein was increased in all HgCl2-treated embryos. The 15kDa protein was seen only in embryos treated with 2 mg of HgCl2. The concentration of ATP was almost near to the normal level by the treatment with 1.0mg or less of HgCl2 and increased by 2 mg of HgCl2 (1.10×10-5 mol/ml) Total of 34 major protein bands were observed at 8th day of embryonic development. The amount of 330kDa and 320kDa was reduced in all HgCl2 -treated embryos. The amount of 285kDa protein was reduced by the treatment with relatively small amount(≤0.5 mg) of HgCl2 . However, the amount of this protein was increased by the treatment with larger amount(≥1.0 mg) of HgCl2 . The amount of 250kDa and 36kDa proteins were greatly increased in HgCl2 -treated embryos. The amount of increased by larger amount(≥0.5 mg) of HgCl2 in a dose-dependent manner. The amount of 22kDa protein was increased by the treatment with 1.0 mg or less of HgCl2 . However, the amount of this protein was markedly reduced by the treatment with 2.0 mg of HgCl2 (14% of control) The concentration of ATP was increased by the treatment with 1mg of HgCl2 (1.32×10-5 mol/ml) and even more increased by 2.0 mg of HgCl2 (5.35×10-5 mol/ml)

Specially in recent time, there are increasing tendencies to utility of timber structure house to the near of forest a style of garden life house among the city dwellers. They were tired from the life of city. Aaccording to this study I would discuss the way of activity of timber structure house construction.

劣化된 콘크리크의 FRP補强에 관한 硏究

This study shows both through experiment and based on theory the reinforcement effectiveness when using FRP(Fiber Reinfored Plastics ) as a means of reinforcing the deteriorated concrete. The evaluation of beam strength is performed usually based on the bending strength. The cracking load ratio of the concrete attached and reinforced by one layer of FRP and two layers of FRP separately was measured 1.33 times higher and 1.67 times highter respetively than that of non-reinforced beam, which shows effectiveness against cracking And the destruction load ratio was 3.17 times higher and 3.33 times higher respectively. The above ratios suggest that using FRP reinforced beam, cracking of concrete took place first at the central part of the beam and the subsequent deflection caused the detachment of concrete from FRP in ultimate state, which was then followed by destruction.

Recently, it is necessary that many kind of under and ground buildings have been constructed by the reason of expansion of medium and small town and renewal of urban center in the big cities. for the new construction of shopping center, it must be operated near the existing buildings excavated the under basement of construction. Hence, the existing structures have effected some of influence such as noise and vibration. In this paper, I would study the problems of adjacent operation of construction, which is effected on the mutural structures to protect failure with process of pre-estimation of its influence.

자동기술과 초현실주의 이미지의 의미와 특성

On peut considerer l'ecriture automatique comme l'activite fondatrice du surrealisme. Dans le premier Manifeste du surrealisme, Andre Breton fait de l'ecriture automatique un moyen privilegie de produire un texte poetique. La production d'un texte automatique boulverse les regles admises de l'activite litteraires. La revelation de l'ecriture automatique a en effet montre que le langage peut etre utilise d'une tout autre facon que selon l'usage habituel, sans etre soumis a la double contrainte de la logique et de la communination immediate. Il en resulte que le mot en lui-mime beneficie d'une certaine independance par rapport au sens qu'on lui recocait d'ordinaire. Le probleme de l'ecriture automatique ne peut etre separe de celui de l'image surrealiste, parce que le langage de l'ecriture automatique produit de telles images, en liberant l'esprit des exigences du reel immediat. Se livrer a une une serie d'images surrealistes, c'est faire eclater le quotidien, transgresser ses limites, aller au-dela du concevable et du dictible. Dans l'image surrealiste, le hasard s'opposera a l'intention, et introduit une nouvelle maniere de penser les rapports entre langage et sujet, entre langage et societe. En we rendant compte de ces caracteristiques de l'ecriture automatique et de l'image surrealiste, notre etude a essaye de reveler l'activite creatrice du surrealisme, Dans cette optique, le surrealisme est reellemint creation d'un monde ecrit, mais d'un monde qui depasse les emplois ordinaires du langage.

For example our housewives have mostly made use of washing treatment, ironing and repairing at the household room. But such a household actions of clothing readjustment have made use of kind of residential or living room. A though this does not mean to fall into disorder of dwelling life, it can be a problem at issue to establish adequate house planning. 새마을 農村 住宅의 生活改善에 對한 硏究

Owing to our traditional custom, the modes of dwelling and the shapes of dwelling house in the in the farm villages have been unchanged in comparison with the rapid growth of city since ancient times. When we see the erections of dwelling house in the present farm village in case of planning the house, the erection of in the present farm village in case of planning the house, the master of house receives the opinion given by the special man(technician) rather than his intention. In other words our dwelling house have depended on the mechanical and encouraging shape, according to the historical flow, rather than the reform about the economical eye, the stability of living and the various mode of living. According to the dwelling houses of ourfarm village, In this paper I studied on the cheap design of the dwelling house, the technical improvement and construction.
