벼를 가해하는 4종의 멸구매미충 즉 애멸구, 끝동 매미충, 벼멸구 및 흰등멸구의 경제적 중요성에 대한 지역적 차이를 수원과 남부 그리고 남서 해안지역에서 수행한 개체군의 밀도조사를 토대로 분석 검토하였다. 한국에서 년중 볼 수 있는 애멸구와 끝동 매미충의 경제적 중요성은 중부지방이 덜한 것으로 보인다. 이는 겨울의 추운 기후조건, 벼, 보리의 경작 방법 및 거미류 같은 천직에 의해서 지연 치사작용이 효과적으로 일어나는 때문인 것으로 믿어진바. 그러나 남부지방에서는 겨울이 덜 춥고 벼, 보리의 경작방법이 이 두 해충의 생활환과 기주식물의 계절적 변천 양자의 재일성에 유리한 편이어서 이들의 경제적 중요성은 확실히 크다고 하겠다. 한국에서 원동을 하지 못하는 벼멸구와 흰등멸구의 매년 첫 발생개체군은 동지나해를 건너 원거리를 이동해 오는 것들에 기인된다. 이들의 이동과 관련을 갖고 있는 기상요소로 해서 이동되어오는 벼멸구와 흰등멸구의 양은 중부지방보다 남부지방에서 월등히 많다. 그러므로 벼를 가해하는 멸구매미충류에 대한 종합방제책으로 중부와 남부지방 별로 지침을 달리 세울 것이 요망된다. Regional differences in economic importance of the four species of rice leafhoppers, viz., Laodelphax striatellus, Nephotettix cincticeps, Nilaparvata Iugens and Sogatella furcifera, were analyzed and discussed based on population surveys conducted in Suweon and in southern and south-western coastal areas. The economic importance of L. striatellus and N. cincticeps, which are found throughout the year in Korea, seems to be less in middle regions. This is believed due to effective natural control through severe winter climate, cultural practices in rice and barley growing, and natural enemies such as spiders. However, the economic importance of these two species is significantly greater in southern regions with a less severe winter climate, and where cultural practices in rice and barley favour synchronization between the life cycles of insects and the seasonal succession of host plants. with regard to N. lugens and S. furcifera, which cannot overwinter in Korea, initial populations are the result of long distance migration across the East China Sea. Weather elements related to their migration result in more abundant immigrants of these two species in southern than in middle regions. Thus, different policies are needed for the integrated control of rice leafhoppers in middle and southern Korea.

Several methods have been proposed for designing a controller using experimental data directly without identifying a controlled plant. Among them, optimal controller design methods from one-time experimental data, such as Virtual Reference Feedback Tuning (VRFT), Fictitious Reference Iterative Tuning (FRIT), and Noniterative Correlation-based Tuning (NCbT), are especially expected to reduce the time and cost of designing a controller. VRFT and FRIT make a reference signal from experimental data. In contrast, NCbT is a method that removes noise influence by determining parameters for the controller so as not to have the interrelation of the correlation function between a reference signal and noise. However, VRFT and FRIT cannot deal with data that include noises. Although NCbT can be used to design an optimal controller from experimental data with noise, it is limited to cases where there is no interrelation between a reference signal and noise. In this paper, we show a summary of the conventional method and argue about a problem where there is noise. We also propose a data conversion method using linearity after applying spline fitting instead of using experimental data directly. In addition, we discuss the advantages of the conventional method and the proposed method.

A displacement magnification mechanism which uses flexure motion guide using elastic hinges can realize smooth frictionless motion but has poor vibration damping capability. An impact damper is a damping mechanism which uses collision energy to dissipate vibration energy. If the damper is used for vibration control of the flexure mechanism, it may be able to dissipate unexpected vibration without killing the merits of the flexure mechanism. In the paper, a loading type impact damper is applied to settle down transient vibration of a displacement magnification mechanism. We investigate differences of damping effect by setting conditions of the damper. It is shown that the impact damper can eliminate residual vibration at step response effectively without steady state error. The experimental displacement magnification mechanism with impact damper can settle down less than 1/5 of the response without the damper under appropriate setting conditions. Influence of natural frequency ratio between damper and displacement magnification mechanism is investigated. Influences of indentation at impact point are also examined.

先史時代 東아시아에 있어 農耕問題로서, 기장·조 農耕과 稻作農耕, 보리栽培의 傳播過程의 問題가 있다. 본고에서는 各作物의 傳播過程에 있어 時期的·地域的인 적응 실태를, 對象物 加工에 不可欠한 分離·粉碎具의 視点으로부터 追究했다. 分離·粉碎具는, 對象物의 效率的인 加工法 發展이나 經濟基盤을 背景으로 했던 文化的인 차이에 따라서 地域的 時期的 差異가 想定된다. 따라서 조·기장 農耕文化의 磨盤 磨棒과 堅果類 採集文化한 磨石台石을 對象으로 그 形態的 變化를 比較 檢討했다. 그 結果 分離·粉碎具에는, 3개의 時期的인 段階가 보여 지고, 韓半島를 南下하면서 따라 磨盤·磨棒의 規範이 붕괴되는 現象이 보여 진다. 또 沿岸·內陸에서의 受容差異이 있고, 沿岸의 現象는 北部九州 沿案과의 共通性이 간취된다. 게다가 稻作文化의 浸透程度에 따라서 石製·分離 製粉貝의 分布가 다르고, 稻作에 수반하는 木製品의 유입에 따라, 質的 轉換이 일어났던 것으로 생각된다. This paper investigates the variety of adaptation strategies to various environmental zones adopted in the process of agricultural diffusion in East Asia by focusing on regional variations in separating and grounding technology in processing millet and wheat. For the purpose of comparison grounding stones used for processing hard-skinned nuts are also examined. As a result, the separating and grounding tools had the three a phenomenon as follows. 1 The process of the diffusion of the cultivation of millet and wheat can be divided into three stages, and the form of the milling tools was transformed as the wave of the diffusion advanced southward in the Korean peninsula. 2 The timing and mode of the introduction of millet and wheat processing technology differed betweenthe coastal and theinland areas of the peninsula. That of the coastal regions had significant affinity with the coastal areas of the Northern Kyusyu region of Japan. 3 The techno-complcx relating to millet and wheat cultivation and their use appears to have been modified as the rice cultivation-related techno-complex was introduced, and the timing and mode of the modification differed between regions.
