Host Mobility Protocol for Secure Group Communication in Wireless Mobile Environments
Miss Laiha Mat Kiah,Keith M. Martin 보안공학연구지원센터 2008 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.2 No.1
Secure group communication allows a set of nodes (or devices) to communicate securely amongst each other over unprotected and open networks. Provision of security for group communication is based on cryptographic services, which relies on careful management of cryptographic keying material. Securing group communication in wired networks is fairly well understood, however wireless networks introduce further challenges as group members may move from one place to another while still remaining in a group session. In this paper we propose a host mobility protocol to govern group member movement in wireless mobile environments. We introduce the use of lists as part of our protocol design in order to facilitate host mobility.
Influence of Chinese Cultural Values on Service Quality Dimensions
Miss Ying Ying Liao,Dr. Ebrahim Soltani,Dr. Dan Alex Petrovici 세계문화관광학회 2010 Conference Proceedings Vol.11 No.0
The aim of this study is to explore the influence of Chinese cultural values on service expectations and service determinants from customer perspective. The study utilised an extensive survey-based quantitative methodology and collected 524 questionnaires from two different types of customer across three regions of northern, middle, and southern Taiwan: the five star chain hotel restaurants and the local chain restaurants. The findings are categorised into two structural models. Overall, the findings suggest that academics and practicing managers need to move beyond the Hofstede paradigm if today‘s borderless and wireless cross-cultural management has a chance to be understood and theorized.
A NEW METHOD FOR SOLVING FUZZY SHORTEST PATH PROBLEMS
Amit Kumar,Miss Manjot Kaur 한국전산응용수학회 2012 Journal of applied mathematics & informatics Vol.30 No.3
To the best of our knowledge, there is no method, in the literature,to nd the fuzzy optimal solution of fully fuzzy shortest path (FFSP)problems i.e., shortest path (SP) problems in which all the parameters are represented by fuzzy numbers. In this paper, a new method is proposed to nd the fuzzy optimal solution of FFSP problems. Kumar and Kaur [Methods for solving unbalanced fuzzy transportation problems, Operational Research-An International Journal, 2010 (DOI 10.1007/s 12351-010-0101-3)] proposed a new method with new representation, named as JMD representation, of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers for solving fully fuzzy transportation problems and shown that it is better to solve fully fuzzy transportation problems by using proposed method with JMD representation as compare to proposed method with the existing representation. On the same direction in this paper a new method is proposed to nd the solution of FFSP problems and it is shown that it is also better to solve FFSP problems with JMD representation as compare to existing representation. To show the advantages of proposed method with this representation over proposed method with other existing representations. A FFSP problem solved by using proposed method with JMD representation as well as proposed method with other existing representations and the obtained results are compared.
