        영업사원들의 일-가정 갈등과 사회적 지원에 대한 탐색적 연구

        최근 산업사회로부터 지식사회로의 변화가 빠르게 진행되면서 일과 가정사이의 갈등이 증폭되고 있다. 이 두 영역의 갈등은 당사자인 영업사원의 삶의 질과 건강만 해칠 뿐 아니라 가족구성원, 직장동료, 나아가 조직의 성과에 이르기 까지 다양한 수준에 걸쳐 심각한 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 이에 일과 가정사이의 갈등관계를 분석하여 이를 조절할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구가 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구는 일과 가정사이 갈등으로 힘들어하는 영업사원을 조사하여 일과 가정사이의 상호 역할관계를 실증분석하고자 하였다. 이 과정에서 일과 가정사이 갈등을 WIF(work interference with family:일 초래 갈등), FIW(family interference with work:가정초래 갈등)으로 분류하였고, 이 갈등 요인들이 가족 또는 회사 상사, 동료의 사회적 지원과 기업의 제도적 지원으로 얼마나 조절되는지 알아보았다. 이를 실증분석하기 위해 보험회사에 근무하는 직장인 10명과 자동차에 근무하는 직장인 7명을 심층면접 설문 조사 하였다. 연구의 결과, 영업사원들이 일과 가정사이 개체들의 깊은 부정적 갈등관계를 확인하였고, 이를 해결하기 위한 직장, 가정 내 조절 장치들 중 효과적으로 이 갈등을 줄이는 지원요소들의 긍정적 작용과 부정적 작용을 확인할 수 있었다. 가정의 사회적 지원은 업무에 큰 영향을 가져왔으나 상사와 동료의 사회적 지원은 시기, 질투를 야기하였고, 기업의 제도적 지원은 조직기강의 해이를 가져오기도 하였다. 본 연구는 일과 가정사이 갈등을 더욱 실증적으로 분석할 수 있는 정량연구에 대한 필요성을 확인하였다. In this study, the concepts of work interference with family (WIF) and family interference with work (FIW) were reified through the investigation of sales persons who has relatively more conflicts between work and family. In addition, these conflicts were studied how to adjust the factors of conflict by family’s social supports and Supervisory and Coworkers’ social support, and how family friendly support system from their companies to adjust the conflicts between work- family. Through the analysis of interview question survey of 10 insurance sales and 7 car sales, we have found the results as follows. First of all, WIF of sales person was divided into three types, such as role overload, job conflict and job ambiguity. In second, FIW of sales person was classified as husband and wife conflict, and economic conflict. Considering these kinds of family induced conflict, sales person could face family interference with work (WIF). In third, moderating role from social support to FIW which gives negative effect to sales performance was investigated. From this study, social support and company’s support system should be institutionalized, and the results implied an empirical research in order to examine the relationship among the research constructs.

        Differencies of lipid composition of mnrine sarcoma virus 970-17 traiisfomed rabbit kidney cells and their plasma membranes were studied. Free cholesterol was the major neutral lipid extracted from the whole cells and plasma membranes of all these cells. The micromoles of total neutral lipids and phospholipids are elevated in plasma membranes compared to whole cells from monolayer cultures. The distribution of fatty acids in the major lipid classes of plasma membranes and whole cells generally follow the composition of calf serum used in the culture media.

      • 추출방법에 따른 부추와 쪽파의 휘발성 향기성분의 조성

        The volatile flavor compounds of Chinese Chive and Welsh Onion were compared by using different isolation methods, Simultaneous Distillation Extraction(SDE) and Liquid-Liquid Extration(LLE). Sixty compounds were identifided by GC and GC/MS in the extracts of two samples. In the extract by SDE, Chinese Chive and Welsh Onion dominantly contained sulfur compounds group such as dimethyl disulfide and trans-1-propenyl methyl disulfide. One the other hand low amounts of sulfur components and others as hydrocarbon were identified by LLE. It has been found that SDE is proper method for the analysis of volatile compounds of Chinese Chive and Welsh Onion.

      • 대두유의 풍미 안정성에 관한 관능검사

        대두유의 풍미안정성을 관능검사를 통하여 조사하였다. 가열시간을 달리한 대두유와 MPL-H, MPL-C의 첨가농도를 달리한 대두유를 탈취하여 모든 시료의 풍미가를 동일하게 하고 이를 실온과 60℃암소에 저장하였다. 숙성된 대두유의 풍미안정성을 관능적으로 평가한 결과 가열시간이 길수록, MPL-H, MPL-C의 첨가농도가 클수록 풍미안정성이 저하되었다. 특히 MPL-H를 가한 대두유의 풍미안정성은 그 첨가 농도에 비례하여 점진적으로 감소하였다. 이는 MPL-H가 대두유의 풍미안정성에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사하였다. 저장조건에 따라서는 60℃에 저장한것이 실온의 것보다 대두유의 풍미안정성을 저하시켰다. Commercially refined, bleached and deodorized soybean oil was heated at 185℃ for different lengths of time up to 8 hours. MPL-H(More polar lipids from Heated oil) was added into the soybean oil at different levels up to 10%. MPL-C(More Polar lipids from Commercial oil) was also added into the soybean oil from 0.7% to 0.6%. In order to ensure that the starting oils had identical odors and flavors, all oil samples were deoborized and then subjected to a triangle test before the samples were aged under room temperature and 60℃ oven. All aged oil samples were organoleptically evaluated by a ten-member panel to obtain flavor scores. The result showed that the oil with higher MPL-H added had the lower flavor stability and MPL-C added oils had better flavor scores than those of heated oils at 185℃.

      • 대식세포의 Pro-inflammatory cytokine 생산에 대한 세포디짐의 효과

        Cefodizime, a third cephalosporine, was originally developed for use in infectious disease as an advanced antibiotics. Cefodizime has also been known to play a meaningful role in activating natural killer properties of immune cells as well as enhancing immunological parameters such as phagocytosis. Furthermore, as the infection can result in remarkable changes for homeostatic mediators, it is expected that cefodizime may initiate the strong immuno- modualtory effect. In the present work, we investigated whether cefodizime has a biphasic effect of anti-bacteria and immunomodulation via macrophage. For the study, we isolated mouse peritoneal macrophages and treated with cefodizime 10㎍/㎖, 50㎍/㎖, 100㎍/㎖, IFN-v 10U/㎖.+LPS l㎍/㎖ Cells were then incubated for 4, 8, 12, and 24hrs to analysis the expression of IL-1, IL-6, IL-12 mRNA from macrophages. The results showed that cytokines were expressed more than that of control in a time-dependent manner and 100㎍/㎖ cefodizime group showed the greatest expression as much as the positive control (IFN-v+LPS)showed at 24h. In conclusion, cefodizime can play a significant role for the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, IL-1, IL-6, and IL-12 in earlier stage so that macrophages and other immune cells can response to the infectious substances, immediately. Moreover, when such pro-inflammatory cytokines are increased, we can also expect that the enhancement of cell-cell interaction of NK cell, CTL and B cell by cefodizime can affect the immunomodulatory effect along with its major role in anti-bacterial effect.

      • 대두유 휘발성 향기성분의 특성과 품질관리

        Soybean probabley will continue to dominate world vegetable oil and protein market in spite of competition from other oil seeds. Reasons for such dominance include that high-quality protein and oil offer maxinum benefit to consumer at a low cost than can be obtained from any of the other oil seeds. However, the relatively high linolenic acid content and flavor reversion of soybean oil have led to flavor deterioration of the oil and result in the formation of a variety of decomposition products which can have significant effect on the flavor stability of the oil. These undisirable odors and flavors in soybean oil showed significantly lower flavor score and quality of the oil and other foods. To reduce the problems casued by oxidative deterioration of soybean oil should be carried on improvement of technological processes for the tretment of the oil. The modification of soybean oil to include shortchain(C_l2-C_l4) and a low saturated fatty acid also applies by study on the biochemistry of fatty acid biosynthesis. In addition, the application of scientific sensory evaluation of the oil needs more objective analytical tests for odors and flavors by trained, exprienced judges.

      • Bi계 고온초전도체 2223상의 생성과 미세조직에 미치는 하소회수와 소결시간의 영향

        The Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system precursor powders were synthesized by the thermal decomposition of an organic acid salt to get the homogeneous composition. These powders were milled by a planetary mill to make them fine grains. After milling, calcination was carried out at 750℃ for 8 hours in air. The milling and calcination were repeated twice. The grain size and shape were examined by Laser particle size analyzer and SEM. Annealing was done at 860℃ for 20, 40, 60 hours in air. The Tc of specimens annealed at 860℃ for 60 hours were measured with changes of resistance by a DC four-probe method. The results attained were as follows ; 1) The synthesized powders were fine and homogeneous in composition. 2) The finer the grain size the faster the grain growth during annealing. 3) Bi-2201 phase was produced by the calcination. 4) Bi-2223 phase formation was suppreseed by the excess absorption of oxygen. 5) The production of high-Tc 2223 phase was expected by controlling the annealing atmosphere, time and cooling rate.
