        In our country the stone wall (Shaped teeth of dog) has been used in making the wall that prevent the Sliding of Soil at the state of incline, so we could obtain building Site or a regeon can be used for building or factories. The model of wall for Study of its functions was taken the Standard form Specified by Gouernment Construction Burean as Shown in Fig. (2) The soil Pressure from the back of wall was measured and the effect of sije of stone masonry and the materials that filled into the back has been Studied in this paper. The type of wall was taken as grauity wall and the total weight of all materials used is considered as selfoad, from which the safe section of wall was determined. The economy of stone masonry wall was compared with that of concrete wall. The manual and methods filling materials into back considered as Principal Point of uiew. It is found that more Correct selection of sije of stonemasonry and more strict supervision, to obtain more safe stone masonry wall, are nesseciated absolutely.

      • 無機物充塡 Epoxy樹脂의 導電特性에 미치는 紫外線照射의 影響

        This paper studies the effect of ultra-violet light on the conductivity of epoxy resin which is widely used to enhance the insulating capability of materials or to reinforce the insulating feature of various kinds of electrical apparatus. The speciman employed in this study is type A Bisphenol epoxy resin filled with MgO and Al(OH)₃, which is irradiated with UV light. The following conclusions are made based on the results obtaned: (1) With prolonged Irradiation of UV light the conductivity of the unfilled spedcimen and the filled specimen with weight percent of 15 of below increases, while that of the filled specimem with the weight percent of 30 of above decreases. (2) The Tg temperature of the specimen is increase when prolonged irradiation of UV light.

        Even though the weather resistance of fiber is a very important subject, there are not many term paper. If one places fibral wear in the weather of under similiar conditions ultraviolet light will cause lowering of the goods quality, expecially the strength and elongation factor will become lower and also results in decoloration. In this experiment using endurdence's most basic out-door method we are trying to estimate cotton, silk, rayon, nylon, acryl fiber's weather resistance in the sense of the change in strength. The results that we got were, 1. The fiber with the greatest resistance was acryl and least were silk. 2. Exhaust gas cuts off ultraviolet light and the result is decrease of fibers change. 3. The elongation percentage of cotton and rayon rise at first and than decrease as time go on.

        It is alanyzed the erosing process of the polymeric insulator for outdoor use with the inclined plane method. Materials used are the different type of silicone rubber, they have the content of filler and component each other. As the content of filler added to improve the tracking and erosion resistance, It has the difference of electrical performance and erosion rate. the dry-band arc is also the parameter of accelerating erosion, and appear in the form of leakage current, and the activities of leakage current has a close relationship with the surface hydrophobicity. In this paper, the erosion growth is observed by measuring the time from the voltage application to the whole breakdown, and the erosion depth. In addition, It is measured the hydrophobicity and leakage current to be a cause of erosion by the erosion steps, studied SEM, EDX for observing the transformation of surface structure by erosing.

        大學敎養國語敎育論 (I)

        The freshman education is a humanistic education to cultivate students virtues and personalities as well as to develop their individual talents. Among the subjects of humanistic education for the freshman in college, the education of the mother tongue is especially essential not only as a mean of communication among the members of a race but as a mean for the progress and even preservation of a nation. However, the education of the Korean freshman in college has been, in fact, no more than a mere formality with neither a clear object nor an effective way of teaching. The result is poor command of Korean by the college graduates. Therefore, it seems that the time has come for our earnest reflection on the education of Korean freshman and to find a satisfactory way of teaching. The following are the results and recommendations of the analysis of the answers obtained from one thousand students in twelve universities in Korea. The first was the problem of the textbook. 1) There should be more modern and practical writings which reflect current happenings in the contents of the textbook. 2) Reading and composition should be seperated in editing the textbook. 3) The contents of the textbook should be different for the students of humanities and natural sciences. 4) The sources of quotations and footnotes for technical words should be specified. 5) The exercises should be at the end of each unit.

The successful implementation of monitoring technology developed for the factory automation and unmanned operation of plant and extended to FMS, CIM technology. For achieving intelligent manufacturing system, lots of technologies fields, ie. sensor, signal processing, monitoring, diagnosis, adaptive control, must be developed.

        韓 · 日漁撈民俗의 比較考察

        There is a considerable similarity between the fishery folkway of Korea and that of Japan. The forms of launching a new ship, offering a sacrifice to spirits on ships, fear-eliminating rites, all kinds of marine taboo are identical or almost same. Also the fishers of the both countries hold a similar feeling towards ship ghosts. As to the cause of the similarity, it is possible to draw following assumptions: 1. A mere chance occurrence. 2. The Korean fishery folkway might have influenced the Japanese fishery folkway. 3. The Japanese fishery folkway might have influenced the Korean fishery folkway. In light of above assumptions, it is considered that Korea had its own fishery folkway in the age of fan boat; however, the Japanese fishery folkway gradually found its way into Korea replacing the traditional Korean fishery folkway after 1920-930 during which the age of fan boat gave way to the age of steamship. Thus, it may be concluded that the similarity between the fishery folkway of Korea and that of Japan is an end product of the influence of the Japanese fishery folkway on the Korean fishery folkway.

        Recently, CdTe is one of the most promising material for thin film terrestrial photovolatic, because it has a near-optimal direct band gab of 1.5eV at room temperature for solar energy conversion and a high optical absorption coefficent. And the vacuum evaporation is a very attracive mehod for low-cost and largearea solar cells. In this paper, lthe material charateristics analysed for vacuum evaporated CdTe film. It can be checked that the incerasing frain size, improving crystallinity and loger electric carrier life due to lthe suvstrate temperature of CdTef films in creased. But the ratio of optical conductivity is decreased

      • 보호막을 갖는 자성금속박막의 광학성수 산정

        This thesis contains mainly the study on the estimation of complex refracive index for magnetic metal thin film with protective layer. The study for the complex refractive index of ferromagnetic metals is useful for analysing the magneto-optical effects of these materials and the structure of spin-polarlized electron. After analysing various problems produced in estimating of complex refractive index for the RT equation guided by taking energy interference of substrate into consideration. I proposed a concrete method to solve them in this paper. I examined how optical constant in every layer of proposed model has an effect on reflectance and transmittance and made Fe, Co and FeCo alloy thin film specimen as base metals which are mainly as magneto optical recording medium.

      • 福利厚生施設에 關한 實證的 考察 : 大田地方의 纖維工業을 中心으로 of Textile Industries in Daejeon

        I have surveyed 5 samples in textile industry employing more than 100 employees and sample of 480 employees among the whole number of employees whom 5 companies employ. I gave 5 companies and 480 employees one questionnaire respectively. Answered questionnaire from 5 companies and 401 employees were gathered. I have analyzed these answered questionnaire. Wage levels of textile industry in Daejeon are comparatively lower than those of other industries. Wage is the source of satisfying human basic physiological needs, But lower vage levels could be supplemented partly by establishment and improvement of the employee benefits and services. Fringe benefits are playing important role to increase employee's moral. It is important that employee's moral could he lead to productivity. Housing, medical care, establishment for living, marriage and financial subsidy from company and financing, and establishments for life, sports or recreation arc net enough to meet employees satisfaction in textile industry in Daejeon. So there are many problems to be solved in the employee benefits and services. I have presented the improvement plan for the employee benefits and services in chapter 4. Most of employees in textile industry in Daejeon desire to increase the cost in the employee benefits and services. But most of employees who are of lower education, younger age, and lower position, and female employees want more wage increase than that of cost for the employees benefits and services. This is noteworthy character in surveying the employee benefits and services in textile industry in Daejeon. In order to advance employees moral, the improvement plan for the employee benefits and services is an important factor to satisfy employee's primary and one of social needs.
