Dong-A University Department of Health Care, Handong University Sunlin Presbyterian Hotpital1) Department of Occupational Medicine, College of Medicine, Dong-A University2) 0bjectives : This study was performed to determine the reference values of blood lead, manganese, aluminium, and silicon in healthy adults. Methods : The subjects were 132 (67 male and 65 female), and classified to three age groups (≤39,40∼49, and 50≤). Hood lead, manganese and aluminium were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and blood silicon was analyzed by direct current plasma optical omission spectrometer. Results : Blood lead levels(geometric mean, S.D) were (3.49, 1.70) ㎍/dL in male auld (3.04, 1.65) ㎍/dL in female, but the difference is not significant, and there was no significant difference between age groups. Mean blood manganese level was 0.99±0.41㎍/dL, and there was no significant difference between sex or age groups. Mean blood aluminium level was 0.59±0.35㎍/dL and there was no significant difference between sex or age groups. Mean blood silicon level was 54.41±27.64㎍/dL in male and 43.34±23.51㎍/dL in female, and the level in male was significantly higher than that in female (p〈0.05). There was significant difference between age groups, and the oldest showed the highest level in male (p〈0.05), but no significant difference between age groups in female. Conclusions : Authors hope that this study would provide basic data for determininig reference values and evaluating health effects.

      • 지역경제의 생태학적 평가에 관한 연구 : 낙동강 유역을 중심으로 The case of Nakdong River region, Korea

        본 연구에서는 수질오염이 산업폐수, 가계하수 그리고 토지유출수의 3가지 요소에 의해서 발생된다는 가정을 바탕으로 환경수준과 경제활동 사이에 존재하는 상반관계를 낙동강유역을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석에는 다지역 투입산출모형이 이용되는데 이때의 다지역 투입산출표는 행정구역이 아닌 유역권을 기준으로 작성되었고 이를 바탕으로 목표년도(2010)의 낙동강 유역 수질수준을 예측하였다. 또한 수질을 개선하기 위해 두가지 정책 즉, 자체처리시설을 증설하는 정책과 종말처리장을 증설하는 정책을 제시하고 이것을 정책에 소요되는 비용과 정책효과 측면에서 평가하여 지역별 가장 효율적인 정책을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 GRDP에서 수질오염에 의해 발생하는 환경비용을 고려한 ERDP(환경적으로 조정된 지역내 순생산)를 제시하였다. This paper analyzes the trade-off relationship between environmental quality and economic activity, specifically focusing on water pollution of Nakdong-river region, Korea. The analysis begins with the assumption that water is contaminated by three pollutive sources, production sector, household sector and land surface water. Three-region input-output table is constructed based on the Catch basin area not administrative area for analysis. Water polluting level of Nakdong river region in the year 2010 is forecasted taking into account the pollutive sources. Also, two types of environmental policies are presented and assessed in terms of pollution abatement costs and effects. Finally, the interest in this paper stems from recent advances in so-call EDP(environmentally adjusted net domestic product) which reflects environmental costs in GDP. The paper attempts to calculate ERDP(environmentally adjusted net regional domestic product) by incorporating EDP into regional level with the assumption that environmental costs are represented by water pollution abatement costs.

      • 道路交通騷音의 防音壁 設計 方案에 關한 硏究

        Nowdays, traffic noise produced in the roads due to a rapid increase in traffic volume raises various problems. It is not only extending a wide scope of area by the influence but also infringing on agreeableness of life. Road construction projects induce a change of human society in the circumference and natural environment because of effects in the area change under construction of ecosystem, noises, air pollution (and so on) in the area for running an automobile after construction work. As a result, the purpose of this research presents a plan of optimum design, deciding barrier height, length(and so on) cosidered attenuation effect at the receiver point by means of diffraction of sound or interception of sound porduced in the road. Finally, surveying noise in the establishment section of existing noise barrier can be confirmed with validity in the field.

      • 大邱新川大路 Weaving 區間에서의 交通流特性에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to understand traffic characteristics of weaving sections. Therefore, this study has analyzed the characteristics of traffic flow on weaving sections on SHIN-CHUN in Tae-gu. Using the existing methods to analyze weaving sections, grasp the traffic characteristics of weaving sections, and then made a comparison and analysis between observed data and assumed data. Measuring effect on weaving sections in Highway Capacity Manual is average running speed of volumes running within weaving sections. Therefore, analyzing the variables effecting for running speed, volumes per lane, VR, and the length of weaving sections influenced running speed, but R did few influence running speed. And what influenced the traffic capacity of weaving sections is R and the number of lane rather than the length of weaving sections. It is estimated that average running speed which determine the LOS for weaving sections is almost 'C' or 'D' by observation and assumption and that the assumption between weaving speed and non-weaving speed by the methods of KHCM and HCM is very accurate with observation.

      • 市幹線街路 交叉路에서의 交通遲滯分析에 關한 硏究 : 工事에 따른 遲滯度 比較

        This study describes a way to evaluate effects of delay caused by constructions of various kinds, illegal parking especially occupies one lane among three lanes. The part of intersections delay ratio in urban arterial streets was analyzed by classification which was divided by road-occupation and normal state. The result of this study can be summarized as follows ; ●It was confirmed that Average Approach Delay per vehicle caused by the length of 53m occupancy of the 3rd lane which was bound for SB in Jnag-Won intersection increase 131.7, 217.7, 113.5seconds respectively in EB, SB, NB bounds. ●Level of Service in survey area Went down to level F from level E. Average Approach Speed has decreased by 16.1㎞/h, 22.8㎞/h, 15.3㎞/h respectively in EB, SB, NB bounds.

        Motor vehicles along with the means of public transportation play an important role in helping the urban life and economic activities. Since the parking place can smooth the utilization of vehicles indirectly, they are important urban facilities. Therefore, the unbalance between parking demand and supply results in social problem affecting not only motor vehicle traffic but also entire urban activities. The purpose of this study is to suggest actual alternatives for the parking policy to solve the parking problems in daegu metropolitan. In order to achieve this purpose, analyze parking supply state and examine the cause of the parking demand. In order to solve the parking problems in the daegu, we should design the basic plan of parking place and parking policy balancing parking demand and supply that harmonized with the master plan of daegu metropolitan.

      • 大邱市 버스專用車路의 輸送效率에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate an efficiency through of the analysis level of service and travel speed of exclusive bus lane in Deagu Metropolitan. The analysis results from study are as follows. First, it is revealed bus lane section that suitable to a bus traffic volume standard of establishment did not have an one place over a 100vph. Such result are analyzed by a standard of establishment absence to the bus lane to take the traffic characteristic(road condition, bus traffic volume, bus user) of the area into the account. Second, average travel speed(26.6km/h) of bus lane is fast the 1.2km than bus average travel speed(25.4km/h) of common section and it is fast the 1.5km/h than car average travel speed(25.1km/h). Third, transportation efficiency of bus is analyzed 20 times of personal car and number of average borader of bus is appeared 28.1person/vehicle and personal car is 1.4person/vehicle. Forth, level of service of street is appeared to 'E, F' all sections except that relatively Taepyengro, Bongdeogro, Susengro is small traffic volume and Dalgubeoldaero is big road capacity.

      • [萬歲前]에 나타난 부산

        It is generally agreed that the spatial-temporal background of a novel can have some special socio-historical meaning. This thesis tries to rebuild Pusan in the 1920s by probing especially into the novel(s) produced at that time. In the case of Pusan, the 1920s is very important since it is in that period that Pusan has started to develop its modern appearance. Being rich in sociological material and historical detail, "Before 3.1 Movement". published in 1923, is a good start point for doing this job. The spatial-temporal Pusan as described in it is a typical miniature of the colonixed Korea at that time. The sever surveillance under which Lee In-Hwa, the protagonist of this novel feels burdened, is nothing less than the everyday life of the colonized people in general. We can say the critical cynicism expressed by Lee In-Hwa during his stay in Pusan is a direct reflection upon his private condition and the reality of his country.
