      • 헬기산업의 성장동력화 방안

        헬기 시장진입 가능성을 수요측면, 산업구조측면, 인프라측면에서 검토하였다. 검토 결과 일부 부족기술의 확보와 금융과 헬기 관련 제도 등을 보완하면 내수를 중심으로 진입이 가능하다는 결론을 도출하였다. 헬기산업의 성장동력화를 위한 추진전략을 제시하고 전략 달성을 위하여 헬기수요의 지속적 창출, 핵심 부품 소재 육성 및 경쟁우위 기술력 확보, 인증 및 운용활성화 인프라 구축, 금융제도 개선 추진, 그리고 헬기 민ㆍ군ㆍ관 상시 정책조정기능 강화를 5대 추진과제로 제안하였다. We study the possibility of entering into helicopter market with respect to demand, industry structure and infrastructure. In conclusion, it is possible to enter into it based on domestic demand if we complement some technology, financial assistance system and helicopter operation related regulation. Strategy is made for helicopter industry to be a growth driver and then we suggest five projects to carry out it. Those are lasting creation of helicopter demand, possession of core part material and competitive technology, construction of airworthiness certification system and infrastructure for activation of helicopter operation, improvement of financial assistance system and finally strengthening policy modulation between civil, army, and government.

        제헌국회 초기의 정치세력 분포에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 제헌국회 개원일부터 정부수립시까지 의회 내 세력분포 논의를 재검토한다. 특히 이 시기 세력분포에 대한 기존 추정치의 연원을 밝힘으로써 한국민주당이 76석 이상을 확보했다는 통설이 가진 문제점을 지적하고 대안적 추정치를 제공할 것이다. 결론에서는 이 추정치를 제헌국회의 운영방식과 이후의 정국전개와 결부시킨 해석을 제시한다. 이 작업은 정당정치가 충분히 제도화되기 이전의 정치를 분석함에 있어 ‘세력’의 의미에 대한 고민이 필요함을 요구하고 있다. This study aims to redefine the initial phase of the 1948 Constitutional Assembly of the Republic of Korea. It focuses on the Constitutional Assembly’s political composition from its first meeting on May 31 to the establishment of government on August 15. In particular, it refutes the dominant perception that the Korean Democratic Party (KDP), although officially winning 29 seats in the election, controlled 76 seats in practice. Instead, this study provides an alternative estimate of the political composition within the Assembly by taking into account the personal background of each member as well as the historical context. Based on this estimate, we propose an alternative narrative for the nation-building process of Korea. Overall, this project is an effort to revisit the idea behind “political group” prior to the institutionalization of parties.

        Modelica를 이용한 헬기 로터 블레이드 동적해석 M&S 모델 개발

        This paper describes modeling & simulation(M&S) model for dynamic analysis of helicopter rotor blades. Simulation model is developed using Dymola tool which implements the open source language - Modelica. Modelica is appropriate for developing multibody dynamic analysis model. To develop an M&S model efficiently, model based systems engineering(MBSE) is applied. Some diagrams such as requirement diagram, block definition diagram and sequence diagram etc. are drawn to capture the concept of M&S model. This activity is done utilizing the open source tool - Papyrus.

        운용개념 개발 가이드와 프로세스 분석 및 작성 사례 연구

        Operational Concept Descriptions or Document(OCD) shall be developed to understand stakeholder's desire for to-be-delivered system. But there is little study on methodology of OCD generation and many developers do not understand importance of OCD in Korea. According to Nicole Roberts' industry(18 U.S. companies and organizations) survey, only 30% of system development projects had OCD, too. Researchers and developers have opposing views regarding the generation of an OCD. Many researchers believe that the development and use of operational concepts at the start of large projects is essential. Alternatively, developers may view the OCD as a burden to the development process rather than an enabler due to the extensive documentation requirement. In this paper a couple of OCD guidelines were investigated to clarify how to build a CONOPS effectively and what to include. Finally, OCD for rotorcraft based Personal Air Vehicle System(PAVS) was developed as a case study. In the future, a template for generating OCD appropriate to Korean environment could be proposed.

        Multilayer Perceptron Model to Estimate Solar Radiation with a Solar Module

        Purpose: The objective of this study was to develop a multilayer perceptron (MLP) model to estimate solar radiation using a solar module. Methods: Data for the short-circuit current of a solar module and other environmental parameters were collected for a year. For MLP learning, 14,400 combinations of input variables, learning rates, activation functions, numbers of layers, and numbers of neurons were trained. The best MLP model employed the batch backpropagation algorithm with all input variables and two hidden layers. Results: The root-mean-squared error (RMSE) of each learning cycle and its average over three repetitions were calculated. The average RMSE of the best artificial neural network model was 48.13 W·m-2. This result was better than that obtained for the regression model, for which the RMSE was 66.67 W·m-2. Conclusions: It is possible to utilize a solar module as a power source and a sensor to measure solar radiation for an agricultural sensor node.

        시스템엔지니어링 개념 교육 모델 연구

        About 20 years have passed since Systems Engineering(SE) was introduced in Korea. KCOSE(Korean Council On Systems Engineering) and KOSSE(The Korean Society of Systems Engineering) were established during that period and Korean SE community has increased quantitatively. But We can not answer "Yes!" for the questions "Did Korean SE community increase qualitatively? and How about SE education or training?" Many participants at SE lecture classes said that they were not able to understand SE concept. I analyzed current SE lecture materials and then proposed new model of SE concept lecture for SE novices. The new model consists of Vee diagram, life cycle model, PMTE paradigm, technical review, SE sample and definition of SE. I expect that the proposed model will contribute to upgrade a quality of domestic SE education.

        소형민수헬기 주로터 풍동시험을 위한 마하 스케일 블레이드 설계

        본 연구에서는 소형민수헬기(Light Civil Helicopter, LCH)의 풍동시험에 필요한 축소 로터블레이드에 대해 내부 구조설계와 동특성 및 하중해석을 수행하였다. 축소로터 풍동시험은 로터 시스템의 공력성능과 소음 특성을 평가하기 위해 수행되므로, 실제 크기의 로터시스템과 동일한 공력 특성을 모사할 수 있도록 축소 블레이드 설계 시 마하 스케일(Mach-scale) 기법을 적용하였다. 마하 스케일 블레이드는 실물 블레이드의 끝단속도(blade tip speed)와 동일한 값을 유지할 수 있도록 로터의 회전속도를 증가시켜야 하며, 블레이드 중량, 단면강성 및 고유진동수 등은 특정한 축소계수(λ, scaling factor)를 통해 조정된다. 블레이드 내부의 주요 구성품인 스킨, 스파, 토션박스 등을 설계하기 위해 탄소섬유와 유리섬유 계열의 복합소재를 적용하였으며, 국내에서 수급이 가능한 프리프레그(prepreg) 형태의 복합소재를 적용하였다. 내부구조 설계가 완료된 블레이드에 대해 단면강성을 평가하기 위해 KSec2D 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 회전익 항공기의 통합해석 프로그램인 CAMRADII를 이용하여 축소 블레이드의 하중 분포와 동역학적 특성을 검토하였다. In this study, the internal structural design, dynamic characteristics and load analyses of the small scaled rotor blade required for LCH(Light Civil Helicopter) main rotor wind tunnel test were carried out. The test is performed to evaluate the aerodynamic performance and noise characteristics of the LCH main rotor system. Therefore, the Mach-scale technique was appled to design the small scaled blade to simulate the equivalent aerodynamic characteristics as the full scale rotor system. It is necessary to increase the rotor speed to maintain the same blade tip speed as the full scale blade. In addition, the blade weight, section stiffness, and natural frequency were scaled according to the Mach-type scaling factor(λ). For the design of skin, spar, torsion box, which are the main components of the blade, carbon and glass fiber composite materials were adopted, and composite materials are prepreg types that can be supplied domestically. The KSec2D program was used to evaluate the section stiffness of the blade. Also, structural loads and dynamic characteristics of the Mach scale blade were investigated through the comprehensive rotorcraft analysis program CAMRADII.
