        공기업의 경영혁신영향요인이 경영혁신 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 경영혁신 영향요인을 개인요인, 조직요인, 환경요인으로 구분하고 이들 요인이 경영혁신에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보고, 경영혁신이 성과에 미치는 영향관계를 모색함으로써, 경영혁신을 보다 효율적으로 도입⋅추진하는 방안을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 수행하고자 2010년 1월 이전 경영혁신을 실시하였거나 추진 중인 21개 공기업의 조직구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공기업이 구조혁신을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 최고경영자의 적극적인 지원과 혁신지향적 조직문화 그리고 정보기술에 활용수준이 높아야 한다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 인적혁신을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 조직구성원의 호응과 혁신지향적 조직문화 그리고 외부환경에 의한 경쟁위기의식이 높아야 한다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 구조혁신과 인적혁신이 활발할수록 경영혁신 성과인 공기업의 경쟁우위를 제고시킬 수 있다고할 수 있다. 이와 같은 분석결과에 의하면 공기업이 경영혁신을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 최고경영자가 적극 적인 의지를 갖고 조직구성원들의 정보기술 활용수준을 높여야 하며, 혁신지향적 조직문화를 형성하여 구조혁신과 인적혁신을 과감하게 수행하여야 한다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 유용성은 공기업의 성공적인 경영혁신 모델을 수립하는 방안을 제시하고 있다는 점이고, 한계점으로는 민간기업의 경영혁신과 공기업의 경영혁신의 특성을 비교하여 공기업 경영혁신의 차별성을 도출하지 못한 점과 자료의 한계점을 들 수 있다. This study, personal factors, factors that influence business innovation, organizational factors, environmental factors are divided into the impact of these factors in business innovation and recognize the relationship, and its impact on business innovation by exploring the relationships, more efficient introduction of Business Innovation is to learn ways to promote. To carry out the purposes of this study in January 2010 or have previously held management innovation is being promoted 21 members of public organizations were surveyed. The analysis results are as follows: First, public innovation, this structure in order to perform successfully the active support of the Chief Executive Officer and innovation in information technology-oriented organizational culture, and utilization levels that can be high. Second, human innovation to be successful appeal of a member of the organization and innovation-oriented corporate culture and the competition due to the external environment, the crisis may be that higher consciousness. Third, the architecture innovations and human innovation, management innovation more actively culmination of public enterprises that can enhance the competitive advantage can be.

      • 5.8GHz ISM 대역용 구형 유전체 공진 안테나 설계

        In this paper, the rectangular dielectric resonant antenna(DRA) in the microstrip feed line is designed for 5GHz band wireless LAN and ITS DSRC. Finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method is employed to analyze the rectangular DRA. The return loss and resonant frequency are reported when the stub length of feedline, center position of DRA at λ/2 feed line and εr of DRA are changed. Also DRA in the microstrip feed line compared to DRA in the microstrip slot feed line. The result showed that DRA in the microstrip feed line is better than DRA in the microstrip slot feed line in the bandwidth and return loss.

      • 구형 유전체 공진 안테나의 설계 및 제작

        In this paper. the rectangular dielectric resonant antenna(DRA) with the microstrip slot feed line is analyzed and fabricated. Microstrip slot feed line parameters are calculated and then the microstrip slot feed line is manufactured by FR-4. Also the rectangular DRA having a value of ε_(r) = 36 is fabricated for ISM(Industrial. Scientific, Medical) telecommunication operating in the range of 2.40GHz to 2.4835GHz. The measurement result had return loss of -44dB. It was -10dB lower than simulation's value with -33dB. Resonant frequency was measured at 2.44GHz.

        신체형장애와 정신신체장애 간의 임상증상 및 자아기능에 관한 비교 : SCL-90-R와 Bellak의 자아기능척도를 이용한 Using SCL-90-R and Bellak's Ego Function Scale

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in clinical symptoms and ego function between somatoform disorder and psychosomatic disorder by using Symptom Check List-90-Revision(SCL-90-R) and Bellak's Ego function Scale(EFS). The sample consisted of 30 somatoform disorder patients, 30 psychosomatic disorder patients, and 30 normal controls. The results were as follows: 1) In SCL-90-R 7 sacle, mean T-scores on each subscale were within normal range in all groups, but scores of somatoform group were significantly higher than other groups. Somatoform and psychosomatic group had similar profiles and clinical symptoms however somatoform group showed severe symptom and tended to amplify symptoms. Anxiety and interpersonal sensitivity subscale did not show significant differences, but somatization, depression, obsessive-compulsive, hostility, phobic anxiety and paranoid ideation subscale showed significant differences between somatoform and psychosomatic groups(P<.05) 2) In EFS, mean scores of somatoform group were significantly lower than psychosomatic group in all EFS-subscales except object relations(P<.01). Mean scores of Psychosomatic group did not show significant differences from those of normal control group and profiles of psychosomatic group were similar to those of normal control group.

        In this paper, the rectangular dielectric resonant antenna(DRA) in the microstrip slot feed line is analyzed. Microstrip slot feed line parameters are calculated and then the microstrip slot feed line is designed by using the parameters. Also the rectangular DRA having a value of εr=37.84 is invented for the transmission frequency bandwidth in the range of 2.37GHz to 2.40GHz for WLL(Wireless Local Loop) base station. The result showed that the return loss was about -42dB and that radiation pattern was simular to magnetic dipole's. The resonant frequency of simulation result of rectangular DRA which was designed with the value of εr = 37.84 was obtained an error of less than 3 percent in comparison with the theoretical resonant frequency.

        The Exhibition and convention industries, which are recognized as a futurity industry knowledge condensed, have begun to take center stage as a high value-added industry with extraordinary prior and posterior ripple effects. According to the study, it is expected that the Exhibition and Convention Industries, which are recognized as a futurity industry requiring the specialty with a possibility of good future prospects, achieve activation of themselves through networking, which of course, requires interaction and intergration in the areas of specialized skills, objectivity, efficiency, and economic efficiency as the Exhibition and Convention Industries have recognized many of the problems, some of these being the small size of the business, the change of social consciousness and a more efficient use of manpower. So it can be seen that the related companies (or unions, organizations) need cooperation, with a legal and systemized base, plus specialized organizations being constructed.

        Background : In recent years gonorrhoea has been panendemic and remains one of the most common Sexually Transmitted Diseases in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Method : For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria Gonorrhoeae(PPNG), Ive have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results : In 1994, 168 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 109 (64,9% ) were PPNG. Conclustion : Our results suggests that the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is still increasing.

        Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology and fast improvement in plant genetics have elevated to massive development of molecular genetic markers through fast analysis of huge molecular biological data. Furthermore, in domestic commercial breeding of horticultural crops, the application of marker assisted breeding (MAB) has been introduced recently. For effective improvement of cultivar breeding, in this research, transcriptome analysis and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) comparison with high density pepper map in UC-DAVIS were performed using four lines of Capsicum annuum and C. chinense. For rapid analysis of MAB of tolerant pepper lines, 412 Fluidigm probes were newly designed in this study. These designed probes and SSR and COSII markers were applied for background selection through the MAB program. In addition, powdery mildew (PM), tomato spot wilt virus (TSWV) resistance related markers were subjected to foreground selection of BC1, BC2, and BC3 progenies. The MAB system using Fluidigm probes, and trait-related and common markers was introduced into domestic pepper breeding, which will rapidly approach to a new elite line and a commercial tolerant cultivar.
