      • 상관계수를 이용한 월별 유입량 예측에 관한 연구

        In this study is statistical analysis for the Chung Ju dam monthly inflow. The monthly inflow and precipitation correlation analysis results in 0.93. Also, Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov and Dec monthly inflow do not change or decrease but Jul, Aug, Sep and Oct monthly inflow are increase trend. In particularly Oct monthly inflow trend slope rise gradually, it is showed similar recent precipitation patterns. The results of auto-correlation coefficients are below 0.5 for the Chung Ju dam monthly inflow, so Chung Ju dam monthly inflow is not auto correlation. In this study indicated statistical analysis , Auto-correlation analysis and seasonal coefficients. It is necessary to build statistical and stochastic model.

      • 産地別 Oriental백합 種球의 生育特性 및 切花品質比較

        Oriental 계통 백합의 종구수입 대체의 수출 경쟁력 제고를 위해 국내에서 생산력 구근의 종구로서의 활력을 검토코자 평난지의 고랭지에서 생산된 종구를 화란산과 비교 시험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 강릉, 양구의 고랭지산 종구는 구중이 다소 적지만 화란산 이상이나 버금가는 생육상을 보였으나 남부산은 출아에서부터 개화까지 전반적인 활력이 다수 부진 했다. 2. Casablanca, Marco Polo 양품종 공히 양액재배에서 생육이 촉진되어 초장이 길었으나 화수등 다른 요소에는 차이가 없었다. 3. Casablanca의 경우 국내산 종구는 초장 엽장, 엽폭, 엽수등 모든 요소의 생육이 화란산에 비슷하거나 상회하는 생육을 보였다. 4. Marco Polo에서는 화란산이 양액재배, 토양재배를 막론하고 모든 요소의 생육이 국내산에 비해 우세하였으나 그것은 공시 종구중이 상대적으로 컷기 때문인 것으로 사료된다. 5. 경경(莖徑)은 대체로 0.9∼1.0Cm로 비슷하였고 경도 차이도 산지별, 품종별로 차이를 볼 수 없었다. 6. virus 이병율은 강릉과 양구의 고랭지산이 2~6% 정도로 낮았으나 남부산이 5.5∼15.6%까지 다소 높았으나 이는 화란산보다 오히려 낮은 수치를 보였다. 이상의 결과로 국내 백합 종구는 화란산 종구에 비해 거의 손색이 없으며 특히 고랭지 산이 다소 활력이 높았다. To evaluate potentials for seed bulb import substitution and improvement of export competition of Lilium Oriental Hybrieds, bulbs produced from low and high land (alpine) area in Korea were compared with those from the Netherlands. The results were as following. 1. Qualities of seed bulbs produced from high lands such as Kangnung and Yanggu areas were almost same as those of bulbs from the Netherlands, but bulbs from the south area of Korea seemed to be undesirable from bulb sprouting to flowering. 2. Growth of Casablanca and Marco Polo cultivars in hydroponics was improved to be higher plant height, but there were no differences in flower numbers and other characters. 3. In case of Casablanca, bulbs produced from the domestic area showed more excellent growth in plant height, leaf length and leaf number than bulbs from the Netherlands. 4. In case of Marco Polo, bulbs from the Netherlands in hydroponic and soil culture were better than bulbs from domestic production, but these results seemed to be related with bulbs weight of which was heavier at planting time, compared with bulbs from the domestic. 5. Stem diameter(0.9-1.0cm) in both cultivars and production area was almost the same in both cultivation and production area. Stem hardness showed the same results shown in stem diameter. 6. Virus infection rate of bulbs from Kangnung and Yanggu was 2-6% and that of bulbs from the south area of Korea was 5.5%-18.8%. however these rate was much lower than that of bulbs from the Netherlands. As a results, the bulbs produced from high lands especially such as Kangnung and Yanggu in Korea area were considered to be highly valuable as seed bulbs, compared to bulbs from the Netherlands.

        The majority of carbenes add to olefins to give cyclopropanes. In this study, 2-diazo-1,3-indandione, 2-diazo-1-indanone, and 3-diazooxindole were used as carbene precursors. Irradiation of these diazo compounds with trichloroethylene, acrylonitrile, cyclohexene, and cyclooctene was investigated. The addition of carbenes to benzene generally affords norcaradiene or cycloheptatriene or both. Irradiation of 2-diazo-1,3-indandione with benzene gave only cycloheptatriene derivative in 24% yield. But irradiation of 2-diazo-1-indanone with benzene gave norcardiene in equiribrium with cycloheptatriene derivative in 24% yield.

      • 일측 요관폐쇄에 의한 실험적 수신증에서 신조직내 MCP-1 및 TNF-α유전자 발현

        Early cellular and molecular derangements have been suggested as potential pivotal factors for the development of renal injury, such as interstitial fibrosis after the experimental hydronephrosis. Several recent studies have been demonstrating that one of the initial events taking place in the progressive renal injury process is the mononuclear cell infiltration in the glomeruli and tubulointerstitiuim. In order to evaluate the renal light microscopic findings as well as the renal cortical MCP-1 and TNF-α gene expressions which are modulating inflammatory process and the recruitment of mononuclear cells in many experimental models of renal injury, Sprague-Dawley rats underwent unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) and sham operation under the thiopental sodium anesthesia(50 mg/kg intraperitoneal injection). Three and 7 days after surgery, rats were sacrificed. By the competitive RT-PCR, the levels of TNF-α and MCP-1 mRNA in renal cortical tissues were measured. The magnitude of mononuclear cell infiltration and interstitial widening were evaluated by standard point counting method. The level of MCP-1 gene expression was significantly increased in UUO group compared to sham group at 3 and 7 days after surgery(UUO 3 days 8.99 ± 0.45, UUO 7 days 11.2 ± 0.26, sham 3 days 1.00 ± 0.08, sham 7 days 0.94 ± 0.05, p < 0.01, p < 0.01, mean ± SEM, respectively). The level of MCP-1 mRNA at 7 days after surgery was significantly higher than that at 3 days in UUO group. The TNF-α gene expression level of UUO group was also significantly higher than that of sham group at 3 and 7 days after surgery(UUO 3 days 1.73 ± 0.16, UUO 7 days 2.03 ± 0.21, sham 3 days : 1.00 ± 0.06, sham 7 days 1.09 ± 0.03, p < 0.01, p < 0.01, respectively). But there was no significant difference between the levels at 3 and 7 days after surgery in UUO group(p>0.05). On the light microscopic examination, the relative volume of interstitium (RVI) and the total count of infiltrated mononuclear cells(MCC) at 3 and 7 days after surgery in UUO group were also significantly higher than those of sham group(RVI ; UUO 7 days 14.9±1.0%,sham 6.0±0.7%, MCC; UUO 7days 34.0± 1.6, sham 3.7± 0.6, p < 0.01, p < 0.01, respectively). In conclusion, we speculated that the early up-regulation of MCP-1 and TNF-α genes of renal cortical tissue in this experimental hydronephrosis model is closely related to the mononuclear cell infiltration and tubulointerstitial fibrosis.

      • 국내 운동역학의 연구동향 고찰

        The purpose of this study was to analyzed the theses in The Korean Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance from 1993 to 2002 Sep. The results are as following; 1. There was published 154 pieces of studies since 1993, the least these was in 1993, only 1 piece and the largest these was in 2000, 36 pieces. 2. The current of studies by the kind of sports were showed by land sports(23 pieces), gymnastics, walking and Taekwondo. 3. The characteristics of the participants were 98 good players the most amount and was studied equally in 2000. 4. There were 115 in 20 ages which was showed the most ratios, and 2 young children. 5. The method was accomplished by video taping was 64 pieces and high-speed camera was 57 pieces and program developing was 8. 6. It was studied by using video camera, high-speed camera, motion tracing equipment, direct electromagnetic tracing equipment, MRI and X-ray. To improve the studies of Biomechanics area it must be accomplished by many kinds of sports and participants, connected with other studies to avoid the players injury by using simulation. It means that the study should be reflected by our daily life not study.

      • 低溫光反應 裝置의 製作과 이를 利用한 테트라페닐디아조시클로펜타디엔의 低溫光反應

        The apparatus for low temperature photoreaction is very useful one for detecting reactive intermediates such as carbene, benzyne etc. So, the major portion of this work dealt with the construction of apparatus for low temperature photoreaction. And tetraphenyldianzocyclopentadiene was synthesized as a precursor by reaction of benzil with 1, 3-diphenylacetone and p-toluenesulfonylhydrazide. Using this apparatus constructed for low temperature photoreaction, tetraphenyldiazocyclopentadiene was irrdiated by UV (λ>280nm) at 10K, 7 exp (-6)mbar. Irradiation of tetraphenyldiazocyclopentadiene through quartz window at 10K gave three new strong IR peaks; 2,110 cm^-1, 1,675cm^-1, and 765cm^-1. Comparison with the results of matrix isolated study of diazocyclopentadiene, it was believed photoproducts to be tetraphenylcyclopentadienylidene (765cm^-1) as carbene and tetraphenylcyclopropenylallene (2,110cm^-1, 1,675cm^-1) formed by intramolecular rearrangement of the carbene.

      • 彈性理論에 依한 鋼뼈대構造物의 連續型 最適 設計에 關한 硏究

        Linear Programming is the most highly developed operations research algorithm currently in use. Virtually every reputable computing center has a version of the simplex method. This availability of a programmed algorithm greatly enhances the choice of linear programming. Linear Programming is also capable of handling exceedingly large problems, which of course is necessary if one wishes to optimize large structures. The linear programming formulation is conceptually more palatable to the mode of thought of the structural engineer than are some of the esoteric operations research algorithms. In this paper, therefore, a metrix set of nonlinear working stress constraints is derived by the stiffness method, following the network-topological approach and incorporating the working stress interaction conditions. And then, this nonlinear constraint set is transformed into the constraint set of a successive linear programming problem using the Taylor series expansion. The formulation is greatly enhanced by evaluating the Jacobian of the constraint vector function. The objective function of the nonlinear programming formulation for minimum volume design is derived by the relation between area and moment of inertia, and this nonlinear objective function is transformed into the linear by the Taylor series expansion.

      • Rickettsia tsutsugamushi 단백질 항원에 대한 유전자 클로닝 및 대장균내에서의 단백질 발현 양상

        쭈쭈가무시병의 원인균인 R. tsutsugamushi의 병원성 연구 및 진단법 개발에 필요한 리켓치아항원을 유전자 재조합 기술을 이용하여 클로닝하였다. 리켓치아 세포 표면 항원인 47-kDa및 120-kDa의 단백질을 발현하는 유전자와 세포질내 단백질인 180-kDa을 발현하는 유전자가 클로닝되었다. 이들 세 유전자는 리켓치아 자체 promotor에 의해 대장균내에서 발현되고 있었으며, 클로닝된 세 항원은 R. tsutsugamushi의 세 혈청형인 Kato, Gilliam, Karp에 모두 공통인 항원 결정기를 가지고 있었다. R. tsutsugamushi is a obligate intracellular parasite, the causative agent of tsutsugamushi disease, whose surface proteins are suspected to involve its pathogenecity. Although large quantities of purified R. tsutsugamushi are required to study rickettsial pathogenecity, it still remains technically and economically unfeasible to get large-scale growth and purification of rickettsia for the isolation of individual antigens. We have expressed the rickettsial protein antigens via recombinant expression vector system and examined their biological characteristics. A genomic library of R. tsutsugamushi Kato strain was constructed using lambda ZAP II vector system. From this gene bank, three genes encoding 63-kDa, 47-kDa, and 120-kDa rickettsial protein antigens were cloned and expressed in E. coli. Expression of cloned proteins were shown to be independent of isopropyl beta-D-thiogalactopyranoside(IPTG) induction, suggesting that the intact rickettsial promoters were operational in all clones. Affinity-purified monospecific antisera against each cloned protein were used to identify the antigens in Western blots of extracted Kato and cloned proteins. Monospecific antisera against the recombinant 63-kDa protein reached with 180-kDa Kato proteins, indicating the pKT 1 has cloned the partial sequence of rickettsial gene expressing 180-kDa protein. And monospecific polysera against the recombinants 47-kDa and 120-kDa protein recognized the protiens of 47-kDa and 120-kDa in Kato strain respectively, suggesting these two clones have expressed the whole sequeces of 47-kDa and 120-kDa rickettsial antigen genes. Three cloned proteins were reactive with serotype specific polysera against R. tsutsugamushi Kato, Gilliam, Karp strains, indicating they have the common antigenic determinants of strains of R. tsutsugamushi.

      • 온도가 심근의 수출력과 활동전압에 미치는 영향

        The effect of temperature on transmembrane potential and contractile tension of the papillary muscle was investigated in the rabbits perfusing with bicarbonate buffered solution. Lowering of temperature from 36℃ to 24℃ decreased resting membrane potential from -88.5±1.1 to 71.0±3.4mV, increased overshoot potential from 16.1±0.5 to 23.2±0.7mV. Therefore, the action potential decreased slightly from 104.6±1.5 to 94.2±4.0mV. And duration of action potential increased from 123±1.0m sec at 36℃ to 345±5.1m sec at 24℃. Contractile tension increased consistently as temperature of bicarbonate-buffered solution lowered. The increment was due to prolongation of active state, not due to increase in dT/dt, resulting in prolongation of duration of contraction. The activation energies obtained from action potential duration and duration of contraction were 19.200 and 23.700 cal/m/degree.
