Resveratrol (RES), a natural polyphenol that is abundant in grapes, exerts anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative, and antiviral bioactive effects. Protective effects of RES against pseudorabies virus (PrV)- induced reproductive failure were investigated in a mice model. Injection of PrV partially induced stillbirth and abortion, and caused poor growth of progeny. Treatment with RES attenuated the reproductive failure induced by the virus with recovery of the serum progesterone level. RES improved the growth performance of newborn mice. RES can attenuate the reproductive failure induced by PrV in mice.
A Nonlinear H∞ Set-point Control Method for Turbofan Engines with Disturbances

To provide desired control performance for turbofan engines subject to external disturbances, a nonlinearH∞ set-point control approach is proposed in this paper. The nonlinear H∞ set-point control expands the scopeof controllable operation and limits the impact of disturbances on turbofan engines, which can effectively reducethe frequency of controller switching and improve the stability of the control system. Firstly, a simple polynomialnonlinear state-space model is employed to approximate the nonlinear dynamics of turbofan engines in certainoperating conditions. Then, the nonlinear H∞ set-point controller is designed to ensure the states of turbofan enginesrobust to exogenous disturbances. Finally, it is proven that the proposed controller guarantees asymptotic stabilityand robustness. Simulation results show that the proposed method can improve transient responses, disturbancerejection, surge margins, and fuel consumption for the component level engine model JT9D.

Objective: To recommend a measure of promoting online teaching to instructors of art and design. Background: During the COVID-19 pandemic, offline courses have changed to online courses for safety and health reasons. The demands of online teaching are very different for different majors. And art and design need to be in the measure, need more diversified combinations. Requirements: According to the demands of online teaching, put forward a variety of options for consideration. Conclusion: Lecturers should delegate the learning initiative to activate students" learning needs. Application: To provide better assistance in the teaching process of art and design for the lecturers.
Lipid-coated ZnO nanoparticles synthesis, characterization and cytotoxicity studies in cancer cell

ZnO nanoparticles are widely used in biological, chemical, and medical fields, but their toxicity impedes their wide application. In this study, pristine ZnO NPs (~ 7 nm; ~ 18 nm; ~ 49 nm) and lipid-coated ZnO NPs (~ 13 nm; ~ 22 nm; ~ 52 nm) with different morphologies were prepared by chemical method and characterized by TEM, XRD, HRTEM, FTIR, and DLS. Our results showed that the lipid-coated ZnO NPs (~ 13 nm; ~ 22 nm; ~ 52 nm) groups improved the colloidal stability, prevented the aggregation and dissolution of nanocrystal particles in the solution, inhibited the dissolution of ZnO NPs into Zn 2+ cations, and reduced cytotoxicity more efficiently than the pristine ZnO NPs (~ 7 nm; ~ 18 nm; ~ 49 nm). Compared to the lipid-coated ZnO NPs, pristine ZnO NPs (~ 7 nm; ~ 18 nm; ~ 49 nm) could dose-dependently destroy the cells at low concentrations. At the same concentration, ZnO NPs (~ 7 nm) exhibited the highest cytotoxicity. These results could provide a basis for the toxicological study of the nanoparticles and direct future investigations for preventing strong aggregation, reducing the toxic effects of lipid-bilayer and promoting the uptake of nanoparticles by HeLa cells efficiently.

Objective: The aim of this study is to comparison of short-video App interface, for research the interaction of short-vi deo App. Background: According to the data, the Chinese social media short-video App"s penetration rate has increased by nearly twice in 2017, and the average daily online usage goes beyond the long video App. There are hundreds of short video apps going online in China. Comparison: The comparison between the TikTok, Kwai, and MeiPai. Focus on the s wipe and tap operation. Conclusion: Based on the analysis of the operation of these three short-video Apps, the short-video App is the center, the viewer and the producer all around it. Application: The results of the short-video interface analysis might help to conduct user research on interactive methods.
AE analysis of delamination crack propagation in carbon fiber-reinforced polymer materials

Delamination fracture behavior was investigated using acoustic emission (AE) analysis on carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP)samples manufactured using vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM). CFRP plate was fabricated using unidirectional carbonfiber fabric with a lay-up of six plies [+30/-30]6, and a Teflon film was inserted as a starter crack. Test pieces were sectioned from theinlet and vent of the mold, and packed between two rectangular epoxy plates to load using a universal testing machine. The AE signalswere monitored during tensile loading using two sensors. The average tensile load of the inlet specimens was slightly larger than that ofthe vent specimens; however, the data exhibited significant scattering due to non-uniform resin distribution, and there was no statisticallysignificant different between the strength of the samples sectioned from the inlet or outlet of the mold. Each of the specimens exhibitedsimilar AE characteristics, regardless of whether they were from the inlet or vent of the mold. Four kinds of damage mechanism wereobserved: micro-cracking, fiber–resin matrix debonding, fiber pull-out, and fiber failure; and three stages of the crack propagation processwere identified.
Cross Layer Optimization Routing Algorithm for Wireless AD HOC

Throughput maximization is one of the main challenges in ad hoc networks, where the availability of local spectrum resources may change from time to time and hop by hop. For this reason, a cross-layer opportunistic routing algorithm for ad hoc networks is proposed, which is called the multi channel (MCPEF) algorithm. Through local control actions, MCPEF aims to maximize the network throughput by performing joint routing, scheduling, and transmit power control. Specifically, the algorithm dynamically allocates spectrum resources to maximize the capacity of links without generating harmful interference to other users, while guaranteeing bounds bit error rate (BER) for the receiver. In addition, the algorithm aims to maximize the weighted sum of differential backlogs, and which can stabilize the system by giving priority to higher capacity links with a high differential backlog. The proposed algorithm is distributed, computationally efficient, and it has bounded BER guarantees. MCPEF is shown through numerical model-based evaluation and discrete-event packet-level simulations to outperform baseline solutions; it will obtain a high throughput, low delay, and fair bandwidth allocation.
NCRA: An Opportunistic Networks Routing Algorithm based on Network Coding

Opportunistic network realizes the communication between nodes by "storage-carry-forward" mode, the traditional routing algorithms can not be applied to the opportunistic network, to address the problems in opportunistic networks that nodes employing routing algorithms based on epidemic mechanism can't sense their neighboring nodes timely and many redundant data packets permeate through the network. This article proposes network routing algorithm based on an efficient opportunistic network. The algorithm is based on network coding method to solve routing problems, compared with existing routing method. NCRA method can handle dynamic route to improve the transmission success rate and reduce the transmission delay, reduce the routing overhead and short the buffer time, decrease the hops of overall opportunistic network.
