        The Chemical species formed by uranium and vanadium and their equilibria have been investigated from elution behaviors with the pH variation by anion exchange chromatography. The species of uranium is only ?? at the pH 1 and the existing equilibrium is ?? at the pH range of 3∼4. In the case of higher pH than 5 uranium seems to exist ??, ?? and ??. At the pH 4 its constant calculated at 20℃ is ??. The species of vanadium is ?? at the pH 1 and the higher pH than 2, main species, ?? was converted into ?? species through the equilibrium of ??.         In order to make a synthetic plan of complex organic compounds, first of all, it is necessary to be capable of searching for the objects' structures by each systematic thinking capacity and original ideas, accompanied by systematic synthesis. First, classifying of organic synthesis, 1. Total synthesis & partial synthesis 2. Rational synthesis & non-rational synthesis 3. Classified into linear synthesis and convergent synthesis Second, the synthesis of complex organic compounds 1. Finding out what is the important problem in synthetic process, the structure of the objects should be simplified by contrasting synthesis, and the important mid-materials and originals found. 2. Making several synthetic plans of them, comparing and examing the relative advantage and disadvantage(of them), making a decision of a specific synthetic plan, and selecting each procedure, specific reactions and reagents according to them should be chosen. 3. Planning and performing experiments, the result of them should be examined and analyzed, and the process to supplement insufficient parts added. 4. The rapid understanding of synthetic polymers requires full recongnation of the synthesis of complex organic compounds.

        셀프리더십이 직무성과에 미치는 영향: 의미성의 조절효과를 중심으로

        기업이 생존하고 경쟁우위를 획득하기 위해서는 전통적인 조직운영의 방식에서 탈피하여 조직 구성원 모두가 가치사슬을 강화시키는 혁신과정에 참여하고 몰입할 수 있는 대안적 조직운영 방식의 실천이 요구된다. 셀프리더십은 치열한 경쟁적 환경 속에서 경쟁우위의 지속가능성을 담보해 주는 혁신행동과 혁신과정의 추동요인이라고 할 수 있으며, 혁신행동과 가치혁신과정에의 참여는 조직 구성원 개개인 스스로가 작업과정에서 창의적인 아이디어의 창출을 하는 주도자임과 동시에 실행자로서 자발적인 의지와 능력을 갖추고 있어야 효과적일 수 있는데, 이러한 과정은 곧 셀프리더십이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중소기업의 종업원을 대상으로 셀프리더십이 직무성과에 미치는 영향과 그 사이에서 의미성의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 분석결과 셀프리더십은 직무성과를 촉진하는 원인 변인으로 확인되었으며, 의미성은 셀프리더십과 직무성과의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 연구모델의 측면에서는 셀프리더십을 하위요인으로 구분하여 결과변인과 조절변인의 효과를 검정하였다는 것이며, 연구결과의 측면에서는 직무성과 향상을 위한 셀프리더십 개발의 실천적 방향을 제시하였다는 것이다. To survive and gain a competitive edge, an alternative organizational operation method is required to participate and engage in an innovative process that strengthens the value chain, away from the traditional organizational methods. Self-contained innovation practices and the pursuit of innovation processes that ensure the sustainability of competition in a competitive environment. This study examined and analyzed the results of self-leadership on job performance and the moderating effect of meaning aimed at the employees of SMEs. In the research results, Self-leadership was identified as a causal factor promoting job performance and meaning was found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between self-leadership and job performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the theoretical implications of presenting a new model studying the moderating effects of job performance on the sub-dimensions of self-leadership and to suggest the role of self-leadership of employees to improve job performance.

        Effect of composite biological preservative containing Lactobacillus plantarum on postharvest litchi quality

        Biological preservatives containing live microorganisms are environmentally friendly and non-toxic substances used to preserve the quality of fresh fruits. This study investigated whether a composite biological preservative containing live Lactobacillus plantarum (designated as DN003) could preserve the quality of postharvest litchi fruits at high temperature and in humid environment. Postharvest litchi fruits were briefly soaked in DN003, then dried and stored at 29–33oC with 95–98% relative humidity; prochloraz treatment was included as positive control and non-treatment as negative control. In comparison with negative control group, litchi fruits in both DN003-treated and positive control groups better retained their appearance with lower polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase activities and showed higher concentrations of vitamin C, titratable acids, and total sugar content. These data demonstrated that the new composite biological preservative containing L. plantarum is promising to be used in the preservation of postharvest litchi fruit, particularly in hightemperature and humid environment.

        Preparation, Structural Investigation and Thermal Decomposition Behavior of Two High-Nitrogen Energetic Materials: ZTO·2H2O and ZTO(phen)·H2O

        Two new high-nitrogen energetic compounds ZTO·2H2O and ZTO(phen)·H2O have been synthesized (where ZTO = 4,4-azo-1,2,4-triazol-5-one and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline). The crystal structure, elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy are presented. Compound 1 ZTO·2H2O crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system with space group Pnna and compound 2 ZTO(phen)·H2O in the triclinic crystal system with space group P-1. In ZTO(phen)·H2O, there is intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the -NH group of ZTO molecule (as donor) and N atom of phen molecule (as acceptor). Thermal decomposition process is studied by applying the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermo thermogravimetric differential analysis (TG-DTG). The DSC curve shows that there is one exothermic peak in ZTO·2H2O and ZTO(phen)·H2O, respectively. The critical temperature of thermal explosion (Tb) for ZTO·2H2O and ZTO(phen)·H2O is 282.21 oC and 195.94 oC, respectively.

      • Disruption of endothelial barrier function is linked with hyposecretion and lymphocytic infiltration in salivary glands of Sjögren's syndrome

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Sjögren's syndrome (SS) is an inflammatory autoimmune disease that causes hyposecretion in salivary glands. Endothelial tight junctions (TJs) play crucial roles in salivation and barrier function of blood vessels. However, whether the alteration of endothelial TJs were involved in pathogenesis of SS was still unknown. Here, the ultrastructure and function of endothelial TJs in submandibular glands (SMGs) were detected by transmission electron microscopy and in vivo paracellular permeability assay in different aged NOD mouse model for SS. CFSE-labeled lymphocytes were injected into tail vein to trace the infiltration, while claudin-5 expression and distribution were detected by immunofluorescence, qRT-PCR, and western blot. Results showed that the stimulated salivary flow rate was gradually decreased and lymphocytic infiltration was found as age increased in 12- and 21-week-old NOD mice, but not 7-week-old NOD mice. Blood vessels were dilated, while endothelial TJ width and paracellular tracer transport were increased in 12-week-old NOD mice. Moreover, the injected CFSE-labeled lymphocytes were observed in SMGs of 12-week-old NOD mice. Claudin-5 level was increased and relocalized from the apical portion of neighboring endothelial cells to lateral membranes and cytoplasm in 12-week-old NOD mice. Additionally, the alteration of claudin-5 expression and distribution was further confirmed in labial salivary glands and bilateral parotid glands from SS patients. In cultured human microvessel endothelial cell line (HMEC-1), IFN-γ stimulation significantly increased claudin-5 expression.         Real-time Zoom Tracking for DM36x-based IP Network Camera

        Zoom tracking involves the automatic adjustment of the focus motor in response to the zoom motor movements for the purpose of keeping an object of interest in focus, and is typically achieved by moving the zoom and focus motors in a zoom lens module so as to follow the so-called "trace curve", which shows the in-focus motor positions versus the zoom motor positions for a specific object distance. Thus, one can simply implement zoom tracking by following the most closest trace curve after all the trace curve data are stored in memory. However, this approach is often prohibitive in practical implementation because of its large memory requirement. Many other zoom tracking methods such as GZT, AZT and etc. have been proposed to avoid large memory requirement but with a deteriorated performance. In this paper, we propose a new zoom tracking method called 'Approximate Feedback Zoom Tracking method (AFZT)' on DM36x-based IP network camera, which does not need large memory by approximating nearby trace curves, but generates better zoom tracking accuracy than GZT or AZT by utilizing focus value as feedback information. Experiments through real implementation shows the proposed zoom tracking method improves the tracking performance and works in real-time.
