기존의 범용적인 분말 소화기 또는 가스계 소화장치와는 달리, 특정 성분의 고체 물질이 연소할 때 발생하는 알칼리 금속염이 함유된 에어로졸 형태의 고농도 소화성분으로 화재를 진압하는 자동소화 장치를 개발하였다. 이 장치는 화재발생 시 자동으로 작동되며, 이때 방출되는 에어로졸은 입자 크기가 <TEX>$1.0{\mu}g$</TEX> 이하로 매우 작아 우수한 소화성능을 나타내며, 또한 지구 환경에 영향을 미치는 유해성분을 포함하지 않는 환경 친화적인 차세대 자동소화장치이다. We developed fixed aerosol auto fire-extinguishing systems which are different from fire suppression systems like powder extinguisher or halon extinguishing system, etc. Fixed aerosol auto fire-extinguishing substances which are including solid alkali salts generated by combustion of solid composition. It represents high fire suppression ability due to particle friendly auto fire-extinguishing systems for the reason of excluding toxic substances in it's composition.

Manufacturing of printed electronics using printing technology has begun to get into the hot issue in many ways due to the low cost effectiveness to existing semi-conductor process. This technology, with low cost and high productivity, can make it possible to produce printed electronics(sensors, simple circuit, LCD color filter, Photovoltaic patterning, RFID antenna, OLED, and so on). In this paper, the roll-to-roll printing system under development for printing of printed electronics is presented. The system consists of winder/ rewinder, two printing units, dryer units, guiding unit, vision system, and other auxiliary devices. For testing of multi -layer printing, the system was designed to be capable of printing two different materials from each printing unit using gravure-offset printing method and have a function of alignment of two printed materials.
스마트사회에서 공공시설물의 인터랙션 디자인에 관한 디자인요소 연구

최근의 공공시설물은 디자인에 스마트(IT) 디자인의 요소를 첨가하여 국가와 지자체의 공격적인 정책마케팅과 더불어 단순한 시각적 효과에서 벗어나 인간과의 상호교감을 통한 인간을 위한 인터랙션 디자인이 가미된 시설물로 가이드라인이 발전하고 있다. 이런 배경에서 본 논문은 스마트 사회가 요구하는 공공시설물에서 인터랙션 디자인에 관한 디자인 연구를 통해 디자인 요소를 5가지로 추출하였다. 인터랙션 디자인의 중요한 요소는 물리적 요소, 인지적 요소, 콘텐츠 요소, 시스템 요소, 인터랙션 요소로서 이를 통해 국내외 사례분석을 바탕으로 실 사용자들이 디지털 공공시설물에서 인터랙션 디자인이 긴밀히 관계되는 이해와 현황을 연구하기 위해 공영자전거시스템, 미디어보드, 수질정보시스템 3곳의 디자인 사례에 대한 요소 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 상호작용할 수 있는 매체로서 디지털 공공시설물이 많이 설치되고 있으나 파급효과가 아직은 대중화되지 못한 측면이 있었으며, 사용자의 다양한 정보전달 체험 및 참여가 아쉬웠고 관리체계의 허술한 부분으로 인해 사용자의 만족도는 상이한 측면을 보였다. 결론적으로 공공시설물의 인터랙션 디자인은 새로운 개념의 미디어로 인간의 라이프스타일에 유용함을 주는 문화 패러다임으로서 지속적인 연구가 필요한 것으로 결론을 제시하였다. Recent Public facilities added elements of the Smart designs to the Designs that deviate from the aggressive political marketing of the Nation & Local government and also with the simple Visual effects and are developing into the guidelines of the Facilities seasoned with the Interaction Design for the people who interaction with the other peoples. In the background, this work extracted five design factors through research on interaction design in public facilities that smart society requires. The important five factors of interaction design are physical factor, cognitive factor, contents factor, system factor, and interaction factor. Based on the factors and the study of domestic and foreign cases, this work analyzed the designs of public bike system, media board, water quality information system to investigate how actual users understand the close relations between digital public facilities and interaction design. The analysis result showed that as interactive media, digital public facilities were installed a lot, yet its ripple effect was not given on the public, that there is a lack of a variety of information delivery experiences and participants by users, and that poor management system caused the difference in users` satisfaction. In conclusion, the interaction design of public facilities is a sort of media with a new concept, and a cultural paradigm to give usefulness to humans` lifestyle. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to research the interaction design.
롤투롤 그라비어 오프셋 중첩인쇄에 의한 EL Lamp 전극인쇄

A new gravure-offset printing unit is developed, and utilized to construct a R2R(Roll-to-Roll) gravure-offset press with 3 units in line. The rear electrodes of EL Lamp are printed on 125 ㎛ PET film by using the R2R mutilayer gravure-offset press. Electrode pattern is 600 ㎛ line width, Barrier line 200 ㎛, and the gap is 100 ㎛. One pattern pitch is 1000 ㎛. Printing results show that its registration accuracy is in the range of 10 ㎛, and thickness is around 6 ㎛ of 3-layer printing and 4 ㎛ of 2-layer printing. Using the printed electrodes, test samples of EL Lamp were fabricated and tested. Preliminary lighting tests were successful and satisfactory.

Printing technology has begun to get into the spotlight in many ways due to the low cost effectiveness to existent semi-conductor process. It also has very useful application areas, not only paper printing but also patterning for LCD color filter, Photovoltaic patterning, RFID antenna, OLED, and so on. In this study, an apparatus of gravure offset printing was developed for fine line width printing. A flat gravure plate made of brass was engraved as the original pattern. The pattern was composed of 20 ㎛ size of continuous lines of which pitch size was 40 ㎛. An ink was poured and filled into the line holes by doctor blade. It was finally transferred to an aluminium plate via rubber roll. The printed pattern shows that it is possible to make around 20 ㎛ line-width printing pattern and to make conductive lines if an suitable conductive ink is used.
