문화기술지(Ethnography) 기법을 이용한 출생둘라(Birth Doula)의 역할과 확장성

본 연구는 출생둘라의 역할 확장성을 제고하기 위함이다. 연구 참가자는 연구의 목적을 잘 이해하는 사람들을 대상으로 유목적표집법(purposeful sampling)으로 선정하였다. 먼저 출생둘라로 10년 이상 활동을 한 2인을 연구의 1차 참여자로 선정하여 인터뷰를 진행하였고 이후 1차 연구 참여자의 소개를 통해 진행 과정에서 눈덩이 표집방법(snowball sampling)으로 2차 연구 참여자를 선정하여 총 7명의 연구 참여자와 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 자료 분석은 Spradley의 문화기술지 연구 과정 모형으로 제시한 단계적 분석 방법(Developmental Research Sequence: DRS)을 적용하여 7개의 주제와 20개의 범주, 79개의 속성을 확인하였다. 출생둘라의 역할에 대한 심층 면담을 통한 구조분석에서는‘안전 출산을 위한 상담’,‘안전 출산을 위한 교육’,‘출산의 동반 조력자’,‘명칭과 역할 혼동의 고민’,‘인식 부족의 불안정성’ 등이 확인되었다. 출생둘라의 확장성 구조분석에서는‘출생둘라 역할의 확장’, ‘출생둘라 확장을 위한 조건’이 확인되었다. 결론적으로 출생둘라의 역할 경험과 확장성의 본질적 의미에 대한 이론적 모형은‘자연주의 출산 동반 조력자로서 정체성 찾기와 비의료 건강관리 서비스 적용’으로 확인되었다. 출생둘라의 역할과 확장성은 문화기술지적 접근 방법을 통해 출산과 양육이 더 이상 개인의 몫이 아닌 사회적 책임이 있는것으로 판단되며, 저출산 극복에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This study aims to improve the expandability of the role of birth doulas. Participants were selected by purposive sampling among active birth doula who understood the purpose of the study. First, two people who had been active as birth doulas for more than 10 years were selected as the primary participants and interviewed. Data analysis was conducted simultaneously with data collection and applied the developmental research sequence(DRS) proposed by Spradley's ethnographic research process model. A result of this study were identified as 7 themes, 20 categories, and 79 attributes. The structural analysis of the role of the birth doula through in-depth interviews identified 'counseling for safe childbirth', 'education for safe childbirth', 'birth companion', 'confusion of names and roles', and 'instability due to lack of awareness'. Structural analysis through in-depth interviews on the expansion of birth doulas identified 'expansion of the role of birth doula' and 'conditions for the expansion of birth doula'. Finally, a theoretical model of the role experience of birth doula and the intrinsic meaning of expansion was identified as 'finding identity as a natural birth companion and applying non-medical health care services'. In conclusion, the theoretical model for the essential meaning of birth doula's role experience and expandability was confirmed as‘finding identity as a naturalistic birth attendant and applying non-medical health care services’. The role and expandability of birth doulas is judged to be a social responsibility, with childbirth and parenting no longer being an individual's rsponsibility, through a cultural-technological approach, and is expected to help overcome low birth rates.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the concept of happiness among pregnant women. Methods: Walker and Avant``s method for concept analysis was used. Results: The defining attributes of happiness among pregnant women were 1) period of pregnancy, 2) emotional dimension (positive affect), and 3) cognitive dimension(existence need-satisfaction, relatedness need-satisfaction, growth need-satisfaction). The antecedents of happiness among pregnant women were 1) intrapersonal characteristics, 2) reproductive history and related characteristics, 3) interpersonal relationship, and 4) external factors. The consequences included 1) pregnant women``s well-being, 2) fetal well-being, 3) maternal well-being, and 4) child``s happiness. Conclusion: Although further studies are required to refine the diverse attributes of the concept, the results of this study contribute to explaining happiness among pregnant women. In addition, the development of adequate interventions to increase prenatal happiness is needed.
족저굴곡 운동과 스텝퍼가 정상인의 균형 능력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of plantar flexion exercise and stepper on the balance ability in normal peoples. Twenty subjects participated in this experiment were carried out the program on 6 weeks plantar flexion exercise and stepper. They were divided into two groups; plantar flexion group(plantar flexion exercise group, n=10) and stepper group(using stepper group, n=10). The effects of plantar flexion exercise and using stepper were evaluated by measurements of normal standing(NSEO, NSEC), and semitandom standing and dynamic type 1 and dynamic type 2, respectively. For each case, the experimental data were obtained about static balance in 3 items: mean X speed, mean Y speed and velocity moment, that of dynamic balance in 2 items: mean X speed, mean Y speed. The results of this study were as follows; 1. In plantar flexion exercise group, the statistically significants were shown on X, Y speed and velocity moment in the case of NSEO, NSEC, semitandom standing, and on X, Y speed in the case of dynamic type 1, dynamic type 2. 2. In using stepper group, the statistically significants were shown on X, Y speed and velocity moment in the case of NSEO, NSEC, semitandom and on only X, Y speed in the case of dynimic type 1, dynaimic type 2. 3. There was a statistically significant similar on all about case. however, the statistically difference were not shown with intergroup. The above results revealed that plantar flexion exercise and using stepper was effective for improving the balance ability.
도시 저소득층 노인의 ADL, IADL 및 인지기능과의 관계

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to analyze the ADL, IADL and cognitive function of low-income elderly who are receiving the visiting nurse service in the community. Method: Study participant were 2,413 community-dwelling elderly who live in S City. The data were collected from 5th Jan. to 28th Feb. 2006. The cross-sectional descriptive survey was done using a structured questionnaire through interviews by visiting nurses. Result: The average scores of ADL and IADL was respectively high, which indicates a relatively independent everyday life. However, the score of cognitive function was 21.87(normal range is over 23). There was a significantly positive correlation among ADL, IADL and cognitive function with the pearson correlation coefficients. Conclusion: It is concluded that elder subjects who are women, old aged, and live alone should be watched carefully for the cognitive impairment. In addition, the government should apply early detection and management system for cognitive impaired people who live in the community.
예비유아교사의 교사역량이 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향력과 놀이교수효능감의 매개효과

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 교사역량 및 놀이교수 효능감과 창의적 인성의 상관관계를 분석하고 교사역량이 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향에 있어 놀이교수 효능감이 가지는 매개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. G지역의 전문대 유아교육과에 재학 중인 179명의 예비유아교사를 대상으로 예비유아교사의 교사역량, 놀이교수 효능감, 창의적 인성에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Pearson의 상관관계분석과 중다회귀분석, 그리고 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 자료 분석 결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 교사역량과 놀이교수 효능감, 창의적 인성은 전체적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 교사역량은 창의적 인성을 의미 있게 예측하는 변인으로 나타났으며, 이 과정에서 놀이교수 효능감이 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 교사의 창의적 인성을 위해 교사역량에 주목해야 하며 놀이교수 효능감의 향상을 지원해야 함을 시사한다. This study explored of teaching competence on creative personality and mediating effects of play teaching efficacy on the relationship between teaching competence and creative personality. The teaching competence Inventory for pre-service early childhood teachers(Park, 2009), The Children’s play teaching efficacy Scale(Shin, Yoo, Park, 2004) and The creative personality Questionnaire(Park, Yoo, 2000) were administered to 179 pre-service early childhood teachers. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and sobel test using the computer program, SPSS/PC 21.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant positive relationships among teaching competence, play teaching efficacy and creative personality. Second, teaching competence was an important factor to predict creative personality of pre-service early childhood teachers, and play teaching efficacy had mediating effects on the relationship between teaching competence and creative personality. These results suggest that for the build up of creative personalities, teachers’ competency and the improvement of play teaching efficacy should be emphasized.
