지중화 사업을 원활하게 추진하기 위해서는 전력설비의 설치공간 확보, 공간제공의 의무조항 등 이에 합당한 법적, 제도적 대책을 수립할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해선 전력회사의 전기공급설비를 위한 공간제공을 의무화하는 것이 선행되어야 하며, 건축법 및 전기사업법의 관련 조항을 규정화할 필요가 있다. 따라서 배전선로 지중화에 많은 경험을 가지고 있는 해외 선진 전력 회사의 전기설비를 위한 공간 확보를 위한 사항을 조사하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 국내 실정에 맞는 기기의 설치면적 산출 및 법규 내용을 제시하였다.

Negative binomial yield model for semiconductor manufacturing consists of two parameters which are the average number of defects per die and the clustering parameter. Estimating the clustering parameter is quite complex because the parameter has not clear closed form. In this paper, a Bayesian approach using Markov Chain Monte Carlo is proposed to estimate the clustering parameter. To find an appropriate estimation method for the clustering parameter, two typical estimators, the method of moments estimator and the maximum likelihood estimator, and the proposed Bayesian estimator are compared with respect to the mean absolute deviation between the real yield and the estimated yield. Experimental results show that both the proposed Bayesian estimator and the maximum likelihood estimator have excellent performance and the choice of method depends on the purpose of use.

본 논문에서는 스마트 배전을 고려하여 보호기기 및 자동화 개폐기에 Agent 개념을 도입하여 다변화하는 계통구조에 따라 손쉽게 보호협조를 할 수 있고, 고장 구간을 절체 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고, 보호기기 및 자동화 개폐기에 주소 값을 지정하여 자동으로 정정 할 수 있는 자동 정정 프로그램을 구현하였다.

In order to operate the power system satisfactory for both system operators and customers, it is important to limit the harmonic currents to the allowable levels which injected into the system from the distorting installations. In this regard, the principles for the allocation of emission limits on individual customer were introduced in the technical report of IEC61000-3-6. According to these general principles, the emission limits are dependent on the agreed power of the customer, the power of the harmonic-generating equipment, and the system characteristics. The considerations in this report are very comprehensive and the process introduced is practical enough to implement as it is. However, there is a fact not appropriately dealing in the report that could be a very tickle but has a huge impact on determining the emission limit. This is the effect of non-harmonic load currents. More precisely, these are from the equipments which do not emit any harmonic or may emit harmonics but this specific order under the consideration by themselves if the source power is sinusoidal. The load currents originated from these equipments have an effect of active filter against the specific order of harmonic therefore, these should be dealt as a significant factoron the process of determining the emission limits for individual customer.
폐암환자에서 근치적 폐절제술 후 말초혈액 단핵구의 NK 활성도의 변화

N/A Objectives: Natural killer (NK) cells are thought to serve as a first line of defense against tumor cells. The NK activities of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and pulmonary lymphocytes in patients with lung cancer were known to be decreased compared to those of healthy controls. The NK activity was reported to be restored after curative surgery, and decreased again in recurrent cases. We performed this study to investigate the change of the NK activity after curative surgery and to elucidate the relationship between the NK activity and clinical course of the patients. Methods: We studied the changes of the NK activities of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in 22 patients with lung cancer before and after curative surgery. Results are shown as % lysis of K562 cells at 50: 1 effector: target (E: T) ratio. Results: 1) The mean NK activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with lung cancer (29.0±14.9%) was significantly lower than that of healthy controls (37.8±25.5%), and there was no significant difference according to cell type and stage. 2) The NK activity after curative surgery (40.7±20.7%) was significantly increased compared with that before surgery (29.0±14.9%) (p<0.05). 3) The NK activity after 1 week of surgery (31.1±9.6%) was not significantly increased compared with that of before surgery, but that was increased significantly after 1 month (46.9±21.1%), and was maintained high after 3 months (39.2±20.1%) in patients without recurrence (p<0.05). Conclusion: From our results, we concluded that NK activity of the patients with lung cancer is restored after curative surgery.
