The torque ripple that is generated by the irregularity of magnetic flux density on the BLDC motor in a satellite actuator degrades the satellite attitude control performance. In this paper, the performance analysis of permanent magnet configurations (shape, arrangement, and air gap) is simulated by the Finite Element Method (FEM) to find the appropriate combination of the configuration. The configuration is chosen by comparing between rectangular and arc-shaped permanent magnets and single-arrangement and dual-arrangement magnets. The performance is verified by a prototype. 위성의 자세제어 구동기에 사용되는 직접구동 모터(BLDC Motor)의 영구자석 자속밀도 분포 불균일은 위성 토크 리플을 발생시켜 자세에 지대한 영향을 미친다. 본 논문은 이러한 토크 리플을 줄이기 위해 영구자석의 형상, 배치, 공극에 따른 자속밀도를 이론과 유한요소법 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석하고 가장 적합한 자석 형상조합을 찾고자 한다. 사각형과 아치형, 단일 자석 배치와 듀얼자석 배치형상의 자속밀도 성능비교를 통해 최적의 자석 배치형상을 구하였으며, 이의 검증을 위해 시제품 모터(Protype Motor) 제작을 통하여 성능을 검증하였다.
선박용 LED 등기구의 알루미늄 합금 방열판의 방열성능 향상을 위한 플라즈마 전해 산화의 공정변수 선정에 관한 연구

The possibility of an improvement in heat dissipation performance of aluminum alloy heat sink for shipboard LED luminaries through plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) was investigated. Four different PEO coatings were produced on aluminum alloy 5052 in silicate based alkaline solution by varying current density ($50{\sim}200mA/cm^2$). On voltage-time response curves, three stages were clearly distinguished at all current densities, namely an initial linear increase, slowdown of increase rate, and steady state(constant voltage). It was found that the increase in current density caused the breakdown voltage to increase. Two different surface morphologies - coralline porous structure and pancake structure - were confirmed by SEM examination. The coralline porous structure was predominant in the coatings produced at lower current densities (50 and $100mA/cm^2$) while under high current densities(150 and $200mA/cm^2$) the pancake structure became dominant. The coating thickness was measured and found to be in a range between about $13{\mu}m$ and $44{\mu}m$, showing increasing thickness with increasing current density. As a result, $100mA/cm^2$ was proposed as an effective process parameter to improve the heat dissipation performance of aluminum alloy heat sink, which could lower the LED operating temperature by about 30%.
도시형 근린주거 클러스터의 개념설정 및 계획방향에 관한 연구

The aim of this paper is making concept of "Urban neighborhood Housing cluster", and to propose the planning method for it. To find out the overall features, each planning element was extracted in a perspective of urban space, street composition, and architectural aspects. Based on the result of 20 cases-analyze, this study was found the correlation among the entire organization to deduct features according to the system on street structure of Urban neighborhood Housing cluster. As a conclusions, the considerations for the planning housing-cluster is as followings: (1)The planning of housing-cluster should be considered the superblock system which is consist of housing-cluster. (2)The street system is major element to compose the layout of cluster, circulations, open space and community facilities included commercial facilities. (3)Circulation systems(vehicle/pedestrian/commercial)are depend on the street hierarchy, urban structure and the layout of housing-cluster.
지자체 경관시책의 현황과 특성을 고려한 경관법 적용방안에 관한 연구

This paper is aimed to understand the condition and characteristic of Urbanscape control system by municipal government for the application of "Urbanscape law". The Urbanscape law was enacted in 2007 and many municipal governments are recently propelling policies for management of townscape. However, there is not enough study on urbanscape control system and not so much experiences of urbanscape management in municipal government. It would cause diverse problems if politics for management of townscape are propelled with unawareness of the condition of urbanscape control system. Therefore, through this study, it is helpful that we have a thorough grasp of the condition and characteristic of urbanscape control system by municipal government and discuss the application of urbanscape law.

본 연구는 우리나라 도시하천 수변 친수공간이 하천공간과 하천배후지로 나뉘어 공간적 연계성이 형성되지 못하고 있는 원인을 이원화된 계획시스템에 있다고 보고, 친수공간의 통합계획시스템 도입을 전제로 선진 해외사례 분석을 통해 시사점 및 개선방향을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 통합적 관점에서 수변 친수지구의 개념을 도입하여 도시하천 친수공간을 계획하고 있는 대표적 사례대상지인 샌안토니오, 싱가포르, 마이애미를 대상으로 계획대상, 계획수립 및 관리주체, 계획내용의 세 가지 측면을 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 하천공간과 하천배후지를 통합계획요소로 보는 수변 친수지구 개념도입이 필요하다. 둘째, 친수지구 계획시스템은 단일 계획구조 및 단계적 계획체계를 형성해야 한다. 셋째, 도시맥락과 친수공간을 고려하여 구체적 공간범위를 설정해야 한다. 넷째, 인접 도시공간의 성격에 따라 지역특성에 맞는 세부지역 계획을 설정해야 한다. 다섯째, 하나의 목표와 방향을 제시하는 계획수립 및 관리주체의 설정이 필요하다. This research started from recognizing issues caused by spatial segregation of water-side realm and inland realm in urban stream areas due to dis-coordinated planing system. By introducing the integrated planning systems for waterfront, this research suggests planning system improvements to manage urban stream areas integrally, based on the analyses of advanced precedents cases. Miami, San Antonio in USA and Singapore, as for exemplary cases, plan and manage urban stream waterfront with integral concepts of waterfront. Those cases are analyzed with respects to planning subjects, planning agents, and planning contents. The findings are as followings: First, the concept that waterside realm and inland realm are considered as one integrated planning object needs to be adopted. Second, waterfront planning system needs to take phased planning processes with one integral planning structure. Third, specified spatial boundary needs to be delineated in urban context and space use of waterfront. Fourth, detailed regional plans are required to identify the characteristics of surrounding areas. Fifth, there need to be an establishment of integrated planning and managing agents who envision goals and directions of a plan for urban stream waterfronts.
주택지 디자인가이드라인(Design Guidelines)의 경관계획 구성요소 및 특성에 관한 연구

The aim of this paper is to analysis of design guideline theory and examined the role and necessity of design guideline. And look around the design guideline as urban design control method with overseas cases- Makuhari Bay Town in Chiba (Japan), Battery Park City in New York (USA), Mission Bay in San Francisco (USA)- are typical urban residential areas built according to design guidelines. “The Residential Design Guideline” is based on the survey focusing on the constitution of design guideline, contents and application present status over these three urban residential area. The conclusions of this paper are as followings: 1)The design guidelines should be considered as urban context, which is urban area-street(block)-building. 2)The contents of residential design guideline is quite related to master plan and site situations. 3)The elements of guidelines should be related to each other.
기성시가지 도시재생에 있어 도시촉매수법(Urban Catalyst)에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to understand the method of urban catalyst by urban catalytic projects in Milwaukee, U.S.A. The method of Catalyst is a strategic urban regeneration method that induces the consistent revitalization of existing urban districts from the selection of a project, to practicing urban design in local context and to aggressive planning and maintenance by municipal governments and different design techniques of the projects typology. Milwaukee is one of the first city controlled by the method of urban catalyst. In Milwaukee, there are detailed urban design guidelines for 13 Downtown catalytic projects based on publicity. and Milwaukee goes through citizen-involvement procedures to select an urban catalytic project in order to successfully carry out it. This is meaningful in that it made some suggestions on the methods of revitalizing existing urban districts which allow for not only the utilization of the features of the existing urban districts with high economic potential but also the effective resolution of problems of existing urban districts.
