        양전자 소멸 측정을 이용한 발광 박막 구조 결함 특성

        양전자 소멸 분광법으로 발광 박막 시료에 3.0 MeV 에너지를 가진 양성자 빔을 $0.0{\sim}20.0{\times}10^{13}$ protons/$cm^2$의 조사에 의해 생성된 결함을 측정하여 박막구조 특성에 대하여 실험하였다. 동시 계수 도플러 넓어짐 양전자 소멸법 스펙트럼의 수리적 해석 방법인 S-변수를 사용하고, 양전자 수명 측정 방법에 의한 양전자 수명 ${\tau}_1$과 ${\tau}_2$, 이에 따른 세기 $I_1$과 $I_2$를 사용하여, 박막구조에 대한 결함 특성 변화를 측정하였다. 측정된 S-변수는 박막에 조사된 양성자의 빔 조사량에 따라 양성자가 빈자리에 포획되어 감소하는 값을 보였다. 양전자 수명 ${\tau}_1$은 증가하고, ${\tau}_2$은 일정한 값을 나타내었으나, 반면에 세기 $I_1$과 $I_2$는 큰 변화가 없었다. 그 이유는 양성자 조사 빔의 변화에 따라서 단일 빈자리의 크기는 증가하고, 다 결정체 알갱이 빈자리 때문에 양성자에 의한 다수의 빈자리 결함의 양은 큰 차이가 없기 때문이다. 그리고 Bragg 피크로 인하여 박막 시료의 특정 깊이에 결함을 형성하여 박막 전체의 결함으로 잘 나타나지 않기 때문으로 판단된다. It is described that the proton beam induces micro-size defects and electronic deep levels in luminescence Thin Film. Coincidence Doppler Broadening Positron Annihilation Spectroscopy (CDBPAS) and Positron lifetime Spectroscopy were applied to study of characteristics of a poly crystal samples. In this investigation the numerical analysis of the Doppler spectra was employed to the determination of the shape parameter, S-parameter value. The samples were exposed by 3.0 MeV proton beams with the intensities ranging between 0 to ${\sim}10^{14}$ particles. The S-parameter values decreased as increased the proton beam, that indicates the protons trapped in vacancies. Lifetime ${\tau}_1$ shows that positrons are trapped in mono vacancies. Lifetime ${\tau}_2$ is not changed according to proton irradiation that indicate the cluster vacancies of the grain structure.

        메이지기(明治期) 국민교육에 관한 통시적 고찰-교육사상의 변용과정을 중심으로-

        日本の近代敎育は、明治新政府の維新政策の-環としてスタ-トした。德川幕府末期、西歐諸國の日本社會に對する開放壓力は、구來の封建的秩序から近代資本主義體制への移行をもたらした。そんな中で必然的に起こる社會の混亂を乘切り、殖産興業や富國强兵を通じた近代國民國家形成といった、自己革新として推進された敎育革新は、內在的要求による自發的選擇であって、政府は他の制度や政策よりもこれを急進的に押し進めて行った。敎育が國家權力によって計畵され管理されたということは、制度の效率性といった面において相當な成果をあげられたものの、それと引き替えに敎育の內容的價値までも國家の責任のもとで强制するという、とても非正常的な敎育形態を招いた。明治新政府は、敎育を國家の統制のもとに置くことによって、近代國民國家の成員たる「國民」あるいは「民族」という「想像の共同體」を創り出す營みとして近代敎育を構想したわけだが、敎育に對する國家の干涉はこれを達成するための最善の選擇だったのである。本論文は、從來の硏究成果を援用しつつ、開明派敎育官僚による「智育」中心の功利主義敎育と、天皇の側近で儒敎主義敎育を貫こうとした敎學派の「德育」中心敎育との拮抗を中心に、明治期における國家主義敎育の形成過程を通時的に鳥瞰することによって、近代日本の國民敎育形成史における明治期敎育の敎育思想史的意義を明らかにするものである。よって、本論文は、大正·昭和時代における帝國·軍國主義思想形成と敎育という問題を考察するための先行作業としての意味を持ち、また1911年の朝鮮敎育令によって始まる植民地朝鮮の近代敎育の問題を考える上でも、必ず押さえておかねばならぬ植民地文化權力の具象化問題をも含めるものである。 The modern education of Japan started as part of a Meiji new governmentprefectural revolution policy.The release pressure for the Japanese society of Westerncountries performed frequently for last years of Tokugawa shogunate governmentbrought the result called the shift to a capitalist system from old feudal order inmodern times. Meanwhile, education innovation promoted as self-innovation calledthe modern one-country-one-nation formation was voluntary choice by the inherentdemand, and the government promoted this than other systems and policies radically. It was a big characteristic of the modern education of Japan that it was planned,and education was managed by the power of the state and included considerableresult in the aspect of the effectiveness of the system. However, it caused the verynon-normalcy-like education form that I forced under the national responsibility tovalue of the education of contents.In other words, the Meiji new governmentelaborated a plan by education as the working to create "the imaginary communities"called "the nation" as the member of the modern one-country-one-nation or "the race"in modern times by putting the education for the nation with national control. Andthe national interference for the education was the best choice to achieve this. This paper clarifies education thought historic significance of the education in theMeiji era by considering a formation process of the country landlord justice educationin the Meiji period mainly on opposition with knowledge education center educationand the moral education center education diachronically while quoting conventionalresults of research. Therefore, this article is the Taisho era · Empire in the Showaera · I have a meaning as the precedent work to consider a problem called themilitaristic thought formation and education. And it is a thing including the issueof concretization of the colony culture power that you must suppress by all meansafter thinking about an educational issue of colony Korea.

      • 불확실성을 고려한 운전석 에어백의 강건설계

        Recently, the safety of an occupant protection system obtains more attentions in automotive industries since it plays an important role on the market. 1n the early proto-design stage of a developing car, the performances of the occupant protection system are evaluated by CAE even though the real test should be carried out. The number of the real test can be reduced by the exact predictions, and by the appropriate design recommendation. However, the existing researches do not consider the uncertainties of the parameter. It has the difficulties in correlating the test results to the simulation results. To overcome these difficulties in this research, the uncertainties are considered as the tolerances of the vent hole, the time to fire and the length of a strap in airbag and the tolerance of the load limiter load in seat belt. The Taguchi method is introduced to obtain the robust design of an arbitrary airbag. It is performed based on the frontal crash test condition of US NCAP with an arbitrary passenger car. The variances of the performances such as HIC and chest acceleration are calculated by the outer array and the approximated method using Taylor series expansion. Through the analysis of the Taguchi method, the robust optimum is determined.<br/>

        Peak-Oriented 단자유도 시스템의 비탄성변위비

        This study investigates the effect of natural period, strain-hardening ratios, post-capping stiffness ratios, ductility, yield-strength reduction factor, and damping ratios on inelastic displacement ratio (CR) of peak-oriented SDF systems located at the sites classified as NEHRP site class B, C and D. Since equations for CR have been proposed for bilinear systems, it is difficult to estimate CR for the systems having hysteretic properties with strength and stiffness deterioration, and P-Δ effects. This study conducts nonlinear regression analysis for proposing a equation. the proposed equation is consisted for calculating 16%, 50%, and 84% inelastic displacement ratio for peak-oriented SDF systems.

        The passenger boarding bridge which provides a safe and comfort passenger pathway between an airplane and an airport terminal gate is one of the apron equipment built with high-level safety requirements. To achieve its safety requirements, structural strength must be kept secured in various operational conditions including operation mode and changes of load conditions. This study investigates the effect of the various conditions such as operation mode, load combination, dynamic wind load on the displacements and stress distributions of complex structures. The results show that the design strength of the passenger boarding bridge is reach the safety requirement and the stress distribution of the ronde compare with tunnel is strongly effected by the slope angle of a tunnel, angle of the cabin and wind load.

        구조연성해석을 통한 메인스타팅 에어밸브의 경량화설계

        메인스타팅 에어밸브는 선박에서 최초 시동을 위해 장착되는 요소로서 운전 시에는 공기를 차단하는 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 기 개발된 50A 메인스타팅 에어밸브의 형상을 기초로 80A 메인스타팅 에어밸브의 기초설계를 제시하였고, 80A 메인스타팅 에어밸브의 개념설계는 CATIA를 이용하여 완성되었다. 그리고 압력분포 및 속도분포 등의 유동특성을 검토하기 위해서 유동해석을 수행하였고, 이어서 FSI를 이용한 구조해석을 수행하였다. 이상의 수치 해석을 위하여 ANSYS 및 ANSYS CFX 프로그램을 이용하였다. 밸브 몸체의 과도한 중량은 인접 구조요소의 강도를 저해시킬 수 있고 유동특성에도 좋지 못한 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 80A 밸브의 경량화 설계를 강도성능의 요구조건을 고려하여 제시하였다. 최종 제시한 밸브는 7kg의 경량화를 이루었고 최대응력도 설계기준을 만족시켰다. The role of a main starting air valve is to supply compressed air to the diesel engine for starting the stopped diesel engine of a ship and cut off the air during normal operation. In this study, the main starting air valve with 80mm size was designed based on the developed valve with 50mm size. The concept design of the 80A main starting air valve was completed by using CATIA. Then, fluid analysis was performed to investigate the flow characteristics such as pressure and velocity distribution. Sequentially, structural analysis using FSI was performed. In this study, ANSYS CFX and ANSYS Workbench are utilized. The heavy weight of the body can deteriorate the strength performance of neighbor elements, leading to undesirable effect on flow characteristics. Thus, in this research, a lightweight design of the body was suggested satisfying strength requirement. The weight of the suggested design was reduced by 7kg, and the strength satisfied its requirement.

        玉所 權燮 漢詩의 閭巷文學的 性格

        Okso Kwon seop(1671~1759) played a role as a poet in the latter part of the Joseon Dynasty period. He was from Sadaeboo, person of high social status, but an uncommon freeman who lived in seclusion and wandering in his life. Such character of his was expressed in his literature, remaining poetry which was not found in the orthodox Sadaeboo's Chinese poetry. After review of his Chinese poetry world, popular literature was more or less found in it. As a result of analyzing this, the several settlements could be reached. It is summarized as follows. He was from Sadaeboo but got along with folks, which seems to be an important reason why popular literature remains in his works. He met Hong setae by tieing between Kim Chang hyup's literary men. Because he met Hong setae, he exchanged poems with Jeogn raekyo and so on several poets for their whole life. For this reason, popular poems have a majority in his Chinese porty. His popular poems have something to do with other poet's works. It is drastically summarized as shaping a daily routine, poetic expressing self-ridicule and lamentation, and expressing the state of transcendence. These works can make a outstandingly different impression which exiting Sadaeboo did not make in theirs which were used the tool of an idle ideological argument. He was destined to a poem at birth and overcame a human suffering through the poetry. He was interested in various genres of literature and art, and among them Chinese porty is the core. The most important is the duality of Sadaeboo's literature and popular literature in his works.

      • 실험계획법을 이용한 조(Jaw)의 형상최적설계

        컨테이너 터미널에서 컨테이너의 양.하역 작업 시 컨테이너 크레인을 정위치에 고정시키고, 돌풍으로 인해 컨테이너 크레인이 레일방향으로 미끄러지는 것을 방지하는 장치가 레일클램프이다. 쐐기형 레일클램프는 초기에는 작은 압착력으로 레일을 압착하다가 풍속이 증가하면 쐐기작용에 의해 압착력이 증가하는 방식을 취함으로서 구조적으로 안정성과 내구성이 높은 장점을 가지고 있다. 본연구에서는 레일클램프의 주요부인 조에 대해 형상최적설계를 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 솔리드 요소로 유한요소 모델링된 조(jaw)의 경량화 설계를 위하여 강도를 고려하였다. 설계변수로는 조의 측면부의 두께, 조의 중간부의 롤러지지부의 두께, 조의 하단부의 롤러지지부의 두께, 조의 곡면부의 위치로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 상용프래그램인 ANSYS Workbench의 최적화 기능을 이용하였다. The rail clamp is the device to prevent that a crane slips along rails due to the wind blast as well as to locate the crane in the set position for loading and unloading containers. The wedge type rail clamp should be designed to consider the structural instability and the durability because it compresses both rail side with large clamping force by the wedge working as the wind speed increases. In this research, there are two methods which are design of experiment and variation technology in used commercial software and shape optimization was performed. The optimum results obtained by the two methods are compared and examined
