Adaptive Beamforming (ABF) algorithm, which is a typical jammer suppression algorithm, guarantees the performance on the assumption that the jamming characteristics of the TDS (Training Data Sample) are stationary, which are obtained immediately before and after transmitting the pulse signal. Therefore, effective jammer suppression can not be expected when the jamming characteristics are non-stationary. In this paper, we propose a new jammer suppression algorithm, of which power spectrum fluctuates fast. In this case, we assume that the location of the jammer station is fixed during the processing time. By applying the MPM (Matrix Pencil Method) to the jamming signal in TDS, we can estimate jammer parameters such as power and incident angle, of which the power will vary fast in time or range bins after TDS. Though we assume that the jammer station is fixed, the estimated jammer’s incident angle has an error due to the noise, which degrades the performance of the jammer suppression as the jammer power increases fast. Therefore, the jammer’s incident angle should be re-estimated at each range bin after TDS. By using the re-estimated jammer’s incident angle, we can construct new covariance matrix under the non-stationary jamming environment. Then, the optimum weight for the jammer suppression is obtained by inversing matrix estimation method based on the matrix projection with the estimated jammer parameters as variables. To verify the performance of the proposed algorithm, the SINR (signal-to-interference plus noise ratio) loss of the proposed algorithm is compared with that of the conventional ABF algorithm.

수직이착륙 시연체(VTVL)는 항법제어를 위해 추력 벡터 제어(TVC) 구동기의 자세제어가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 수직이착륙 시연체의 추력 벡터 제어 구동기의 제어기법을 선정하기 위한 내용으로 제어/계측을 위한 장치를 구성하고 구동기와 IMU 센서를 통해 통신 및 아날로그 제어 테스트를 수행하고 데이터를 비교하였다. 최종적으로, 아날로그 타입이 응답특성 및 데이터 결과를 보았을때 수직이착륙 시연체 TVC 구동기 제어에 적합한 결과를 가졌다. The vertical takeoff and landing demonstration body (VTVL) requires posture control of the thrust vector control (TVC) driver for navigation control. In this paper, a device for control/measurement was constructed to select a control technique for a thrust vector control driver of a vertical takeoff and landing demonstration body, and communication and analog control tests were performed through a driver and an IMU sensor, and data were compared. Finally, the analog type had a suitable result for controlling the TVC driver of the vertical takeoff and landing demonstration body when looking at the response characteristics and data results.

In Korea, many public facilities are delivered with PPP (Public-Private Partnership) as an altemative of design-build or design-bid-build method through financial raising or a new financial policy which is concluded between gov’t and private sector. In this study, we will examine the meaning and the characteristics of Re-financing which is becoming important issue in the view of Ex-post management. And then the procedure of a general Re-financing and it’s effects and problems are illustrated. This study is about a comparison analysis of private investment of Korea’s SOC project, and see through the Re-financing policy as well as its’ guidelines of England and Australia that are advanced construction countries and compare the two with Korea to find out the problems and the method solution which can be applied much more effectively to domestic PPP projects.
