가계부채가 저소득계층 가계의 자산 및 소득에 미치는 영향 분석

본 연구는 저소득계층의 가계부채가 가계의 자산 및 소득에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하는 한편 고소득층 가계와 유의한 차이가 있는지를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 가계금융복지조사 자료를 확률효과 패널모형 및 횡단면 회귀분석모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 추정 결과 높은 통계적 유의성 하에서 저소득층 가계의 부채증가가 이들 가계의 실물자산 투자에 양의 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 또한 종전에는 저소득층이 부채를 주로 ‘거주 주택’ 마련에 사용하였으나 최근에는 고소득층 가계와 같이 ‘거주 주택 외 부동산’ 투자에도 적극적으로 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 가계부채가 경상소득 증가에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결과가 나왔으나 영향력은 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 저소득층에 대한 대출 확대를 통한 소득계층 간 부(wealth)의 불균형 완화 가능성을 시사하지만, 부동산 시장 과열, 금융 안정성 저해 등 각종 부작용을 동시에 고려하여 신중하게 판단하여야 할 것이다. This paper analyzes the impact of debt incurred by lower income households on their asset investment and income generation. It also examines whether there is significant difference between lower-income and upper-income households in the impact. To this end, the data from the Survey of Household and Finances and Living Conditions was analyzed using random effect panel analysis and cross sectional analysis models. The results of estimates show with statistical significance that the debt increase of lower-income households have positively affected their real asset investment. It seems that low income households conventionally used the debt to purchase current residence but have recently expanded leveraged acquisition of other real estates, following the case of upper-income tier households. It was also found that households with higher debt-to-income ratio showed stronger growth rate of following year’s income, but the size of the coefficient was small. Although these results imply the possibility to employ loans to households as a way to alleviate wealth inequality among different income tier groups, various side effects the policy may incur, such as creating bubble in real estate market and threatening financial stability, should also be considered.

The objective of this work is to design a linear controller with sufficient stability-robustness for a vehicle suspension system considering force generation dynamics of a quarter car model. The controller is made by employing linear quadratic(LQ) design methodology using Maximum Principle and the full states estimated by the modified observer. The state estimation is performed using both the suspension travel and the sprung mass acceleration.<br/> The design scheme resulted in a linear controller having good insensitivity to road disturbance about sprung mass natural frequency of lHz and good performance robustness.<br/>

서울시·자치구 CCTV의 효율적 운영과 개인화상정보 보호를 위한 정책방안 연구

This study attempts to recognize various phenomena and issues which are caused by public institution`s CCTV: operational problems, protection of the personal image data, operation of the CCTV integrated control center, and so on. Additionally, this does to explore several solutions to those problems. On the basis of the solutions about CCTV, we suggest policy directions to improve installation process and operational efficiency from various perspectives. To suggest policy directions, we consider various aspects of CCTV which are major issues, laws and guidelines, status of the established CCTV in Seoul through literature review, depth interview about the person in charge of CCTV, professional consultation, and so on. Based on those considerations, we suggest policies to make operational and managerial improvement are as follows: ·founding the department which handles everything about CCTV, ·invigorating the CCTV consultative group, alterating the usage purpose of the CCTV, ·improving the CCTV installation process, ·improving the management of personal image data, ·improving the CCTV-related guidelines. In other perspectives, we suggest solutions to improve personal image data protection system are as follows: ·establishing the personal data protective officer in charge of approval process, ·improving personal image data protecting operation, ·reinforcing regulations on the leaking of personal image data, ·strengthening physical security on the CCTV control facilities. Finally, we suggest establishing scope, stepwise activities, road map to which establish integrated CCTV control center in overall Seoul metropolitan city. We hope that results of this study will help to develop the present state of operational efficiency and to protect the personal image data in Seoul.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government has developed the Sewer Management System to manage drainage and sewer facilities including manholes, outlets, and waste water treatment plants, except sewer networks. Yet the current system can only provide functions to manage sewer pipes and not fully estimate the amount of discharge. This study proposes a plan to develop sewer analysis systems using the SWMM (Storm Water Management Model) as an advanced sewer management system, The study is consist of four parts. The first part examines various cases of sewer management systems in domestic and foreign countries. The second part deals with a development plan for improved sewer management system by adding a sewer analysis system. The study proposes a development strategy of sewer analysis system using SWMM and urban inundation risk analysis model. The third part deals with new information technologies (IT) and the applications. The study examines government strategies for new IT development. This part recommends IT and GIS systems as technology bases. The fourth part proposes an implementation plan to improve sewer management system. The improved sewer management system by adding sewer analysis system can support decision-making for better design of drainage and sewer facilities. Further, it can contribute to improved effectiveness of sewer-related works and services for citizen.

태권도 경기 후 골드스톤 마사지 처치가 체력 및 혈중 젖산농도에 미치는 영향

This study aims to investigate the effects of Goldstone’s massage on physical fitness and blood lactate after Taekwondo competition, and offer the preliminary data for recovery methods of athletes and leaders during the break. 14 male students who is attending in department of Taekwondo participated in this study performed over two times(twice) within a week period. This study was designed to investigate the effects of recovery methods of Goldstone s massage on physical fitness and blood lactate by measuring physical fitness and blood lactate at pre- and post-treatment. With regard to treatments, the change of physical fitness level was statistically significant highly the left and right of grip strength of experimental group in comparison with control group after group treatment in case of muscular strength. In case of muscular endurance, quickness, flexibility, agility & cardiopulmonary function, experimental group was statistically significant highly compared to the control group after group treatment. In case of blood lactate, experimental group was statistically significant low compared to the blood lactate of control group after group treatment. In conclusion, it is effective that Goldstone s massage eliminates muscle fatigue rapidly and then restores to its original condition. This study shows that Goldstone s massage treatment have a tendency to increase physical fitness after games. As a result, Goldstone s massage treatment has a positive effect on recovery method after competition. Therefore, the utilization in this field is expected. However, it is necessary to verify the effects because the study of effects on Goldstone s massage is certainly not enough so far.
