        지역사회 주민의 천식과 뇌졸중 및 심근경색증과 연관성 -2009년 지역사회건강조사를 바탕으로-

        Objectives: Stroke and myocardial infarction are the second and third highest causes of death in South Korea, respectively, and asthma is an inflammatory allergic disease that costs 4 trillion won annually to manage both directly and indirectly. Thus, this study was conducted to see if asthma is correlated with stroke and myocardial infarction. Methods: The subjects of this study were adults aged over 19 in 2009, of whom 4,452 people had stroke and 2,464, myocardial infarction. The investigation was done by analyzing the age, gender, education level, obesity, smoking and other diseases of the subjects, after which a logistic regression analysis was conducted to determine if there was a relation with asthma. Results: Among the stroke patients, there was a significant difference in the prevalence according to their gender, age, level of obesity, education level and smoking history. The percentage of asthma patients with stroke was 4.1%, which shows a significant difference. As for myocardial infarction, there was a significant difference in the prevalence when the patients were older, men, with a lower education level and were non-smokers. The percentage of asthma patients with myocardial infarction was 2.9%. The incidence of hypertension was 3.488 times higher in the stroke patients and 1.934 times higher in the myocardial infarction patients; of diabetes, 1.661 times higher in the stroke patients and 1.891 times higher in the myocardial infarction patients; and of hyperlipidemia, 1.569 times higher in the stroke patients and 2.899 times higher in the myocardial infarction patients. The prevalence of myocardial infarction was 2.575 times higher in the stroke group, and the prevalence of stroke was 2.470 times higher in the myocardial infarction group. In the asthma patients, the prevalence of stroke was 1.232 higher, which is 1.630 times higher than in the myocardial infarction group. Conclusion: The prevalence of asthma was 1.2 times higher in the stroke patients and 1.6 times higher in the myocardial infarction patients. Thus, asthma showed a significant correlation with stroke and myocardial infarction. However, because this study is a cross-sectional study that used questionnaires, we propose a prospective study to further investigate this relation.

      • 가변강성 팬터그래프 설계에 관한 연구

        팬터그래프는 차량의 각종 전기장치에 가선으로부터 광범위한 속도에서 안정적으로 전류를 공급하여야만 한다. 팬터그래프와 가선시스템의 동적 상호작용은 접촉력 변동에 기인하며 운전속도가 증가함에 따라 접촉력의 변화는 증가한다. 접촉력의 변화는 접촉손실, 아크, 스파크의 원인이 되며 팬터그래프와 가선시스템에서 스파크가 발생한다면 EMI문제와 잡음이 발생하게 되며 결국 집전 전류의 품질은 저하하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 팬터그래프 상부 Pan head suspension 구조는 각 제작사 또는 모델별 상이한 구조 및 강성을 가지고 있으며 현재 국내에서 운용되고 있는 200 km/h 이상 차량에 적용된 팬터그래프 및 팬 헤드 구조에 대해서 정리하였다. 또한 3D 프린터로 제작된 시작품을 기준으로 실제 필요한 시작품을 제작하였다.

      • HEVC 부호기를 위한 고성능 ALF의 FPGA 설계

        본 논문에서는 HEVC(High Efficiency Video Coding)부호기를 위한 고성능 적응적 루프 필터(ALF, Adatptive Loop Filter) FPGA 설계를 위해 수행시간 단축과 연산량, 하드웨어 면적을 감소시킨 효과적인 하드웨어 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 ALF 하드웨어 구조는 필터 계수를 계산하기 위한 촐레스키 분해의 특징적인 연산 과정들을 분석하여 2-stage 파이프라인 구조로 설계함으로써 수행 시간을 감소시켰다. 또한, 루트 연산은 멀티플렉서와 뺄셈기, 비교기 등을 이용하여 설계함으로써 면적과 연산량, 수행 시간을 최소화하였다. 제안하는 하드웨어 구조는 Xilinx ISE 14.3 Vertex-7 XC7VCX485T FPGA 디바이스를 사용하여 설계하였으며, 최대 동작 주파수 180MHz에서 4K UHD(4096×2160) 영상을 초당 40프레임으로 실시간 처리할 수 있다.

        급성기 뇌경색 발생 환자의 1년 후 삶의 질 관련요인

        본 연구는 급성기 뇌경색 환자의 일반적인 특성, 치료관련 특성 및 뇌졸중 평가척도와의 관련성을 파악하고, 뇌졸중 환자의 삶의 질 영향요인을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 한 대학병원에서 7일 이내 발생한 뇌경색으로 진단받고 퇴원한 환자이며 1년 후까지 생존한 576명을 대상으로 전화인터뷰를 통한 삶의 질을 조사하였다. 연구결과 평균연령 은 65.8±12.4세로 남성이 62.0%이었으며, 삶의 질 평균은0.77±0.29점이었다. 뇌졸중 환자의 성별, 연령, 고혈압, 심방 세동, 뇌졸중 과거력, 흡연에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 요인을 위해 다중회귀분석 한 결과 여성이 남성에 비해 삶의 질이 낮았고, 뇌졸중 과거력이 있거나 연령이 높을수록 삶의 질이 유의하게 낮았 다. 뇌졸중 평가 척도가 높을수록 삶의 질이 유의하게 낮았다. 따라서 뇌졸중으로 입원중과 퇴원이후에는 환자에게 적합한 프로그램의 중재가 이루어져야 하며 재발방지를 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이다. This study aimed to investigate the general characteristics of patients with acute cerebral infarction, the characteristics of its treatment and its correlation with stroke rating scale and to analyze the factors that affect patient’s quality of life. The subject of this study was 576 patients who survived more than a year after they were diagnosed with cerebral infarction that occurred within 7 days and discharged from a study center. Their quality of life was investigated through phone interview. The average age of subjects was 65.8±12.4 years old and male subjects took up 62% among all subjects. The mean of quality of life showed 0.77±0.29. There was statistically significant difference in factors such as gender, age, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, stroke history and smoking. The result of multiple regression analysis showed the quality of life was lower in females than in males and it was significantly low in older subjects or those with stroke history. Also high stroke scale was related to significantly low quality of life. As such, hospitalized patients due to stroke should receive appropriate intervention during the hospitalization and after their discharge and the development of program is required to prevent relapse.

        In this study, we develope an ambulatory ECG acquisition system by implementing a patch-style and wireless electrode. To alleviate the inherent noisy characteristics of the mobile signal, we apply a matched filter and concurrently detect R-peak values. Moreover, the measure for resolving shape distance is computed to estimate the relative similarity between two ECG signals and to decide whether the abnormal characteristics in ECG exist or not.

        In this study, we present an efficient ambulatory speech audiometric system to detect one's hearing problems at an earlier stage as possible without his or her visit to the audiometric testing facility such in a hospital or a clinic. To estimate a person's hearing threshold level in terms of speech sound response in his or her local environment, a digital assistant(PDA) device is used to generate the speech sound with implementing audiometric Graphic User Interface(GUI) system. Furthermore, a supra-aural earphone is used to measure a subject's hearing threshold level in terms of speech sound by the compensating the transducer's gain by adopting speech sound calibration system.

        In this paper, we implement a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)-based audiometric system in order to estimate hearing threshold by adopting both pure-tone sound and speech audiometric test system. To estimate a subject's hearing threshold in an ambulatory audiometric test environment, an efficient sound calibration scheme between a PDA and a headphone device is proposed by appling polynomial fitting algorithms in 8-banded frequency ranges.

        직류 자기장 변화를 이용한 새로운 열차검지기법 연구

        The reason of train location detection is generally the train interval control between the railway stations and the train path control in the railway station yard in order to avoid train collision. It is very important to know the train location for shortening the train headway, and improving the efficiency of railway maintenance as well as the safe operation of trains. Therefore, the accurate detection of train location is the prerequisite technology in railway signalling system. The track circuit and the wheel sensor of rolling stock have been used to detect the train location widely in urban railway as well as high speed train. The track circuit is continuously monitored by electrical equipment to detect the absence of the train and the tachometer and encoder is used for the wheel sensor to measure the train speed. But speed sensor failures are frequent due to the extremely harsh operating conditions encountered in rail vehicle. The CBTC(Communication based Train Control) system has been used in urban railway system recently. But the installation of CBTC system is very high and the modification of design is difficult. This paper deals with the feasibility of new train location detection method using magnetic sensors.

      • 자동코드생성 전략

        Recently, the model based development platform and the automatic code generation has gained significant amount of attention in the embedded system industry and especially in the automotive industry. Increasingly strict emission regulation and customer demands have boosted the complexity of the software. Previously in thesis 밫arget Specific Code Generation Platform? the components required for the automatic code generation platform has been described. This thesis describes two common approaches on adapting the automatic code generation. The first approach, Partial-automatic code generation approach, is fast and efficient method for small project and is relatively easy for the first time adaptors. Second approach, Full-automatic Code Generation approach, which heavily relies on MATLAB/SIMULINK S-function is an efficient method for large size projects. In this project a CAN communication function is developed using the full-automatic code generation approach.
