        증상을 동반한 거대 가성낭종을 형성한 이소성 췌장 1예

        Heterotopic pancreas is the presence of pancreatic tissue that lacks anatomic and vascular continuity with the main body of the pancreas. Most patients with heterotopic pancreas are asymptomatic. Any pathologic change in the normal pancreas also can occur in heterotopic pancreas; namely, pancreatitis, cyst formation, hemorrhage, necrosis and neoplastic chang. But pancreatic pseudocyst formation is extremely rare in heterotopic pancreas. Recently, we experienced a case of gastric heterotopic pancreas in a 22-year-old women complicated by chronic pancreatitis with pseudocyst formation. She underwent a antrectomy with Billroth I reconstruction. Symptoms were relieved after operation. Microscopic findings were compatible with gastric heterotopic pancreas with pseudocyst formation. Herein, we report a case of symptomatic heterotopic pancreas with huge pseudocyst formation and the pertinent literatures were reviewed briefly.(Korean J Med 70:706-710, 2006)

        연구논문 : 모시풀잎 분말 첨가 설기떡의 품질특성 및 항산화 활성

        This study evaluated the antioxidative activity and quality characteristics of Sulgidduk (traditional rice cakes) prepared with ramie leaf powder, in order to measure the antioxidative activity of ramie leaves, which are a potentially useful antioxidant food. Antioxidant activities were measured by total phenolic contents, the scavenging activities of DPPH radicals and ABTS+ radicals, and the reducing power. The total phenolic content of freeze dried ramie leaves was estimated at 58.70±11.42 mg GAE/g. The IC50 values for DPPH radicals and the ABTS+ radical scavenging activity of the ramie leaves were 23.76±1.41 ug/mL and 174.82±6.4 ug/mL, respectively. The leaves also showed a high reducing power of 1.1057±0.03 (O.D). To increase the utilizability of ramie leaf, we made Sulgidduk with added ramie leaf powder. Re-grading the quality characteristics of the altered Sulgidduk, the 3% and 5% addition levels most satisfied texture profile analysis and sensory evaluation. The antioxidative effect of the Sulgidduk significantly increased as the addition level increased, compared to the original Sulgidduk. In term of DPPH radical scavenging activity, the 5% or more addition level Sulgidduk showed an antioxdative effect increase of more than 50%. At the 3% or higher addition level, there was higher antioxidant activity than in the positive control group, which included vitamin C and BHT additions. We thus concluded that Sulgidduk with added ramie leaf power can be manufactured as a food that can satisfy sensory preferences as well as boosting antioxidant activity, at both the 3% and 5% addition level.

        전해수 세척 및 저장 온도에 따른 절임배추의 품질변화

        본 연구에서는 절임배추의 저장 기간을 연장하기 위해 전해수를 배추의 세척에 이용하였다. 절이는 동안 증가하는 절임배추의 초기 미생물을 제어하기 위하여 절이기 직전에 세척 과정을 추가하였으며, 대조구로는 수도수를 사용하였다. 세척한 후 절여진 배추를 0, 4 및 10℃에 저장하면서 그 품질특성을 비교하였다. 절임배추의 총 균수는 수도수 처리구가 5.36 log CFU/g, 전해수 처리구가 3.50 log CFU/g으로 전해수로 세척할 경우 대조구보다 낮은 균수를 보였으며 저장기간이 증가하는 동안에도 대조구보다 낮은 균수를 유지하였다. 특히 0℃에 저장할 경우 초기 균수를 32일 정도 유지하는 것으로 나타났으며, 젖산균의 경우 두 처리구 모두 24일까지 1 log CFU/g 이하의 수준을 유지하였다. 절임배추의 염도는 첨가해 준 염수와의 염 농도 평형에 의해 초기에 다소 감소가 일어났지만 저장 기간 동안 전반적으로 유지되었다. pH, 환원당, 경도 및 염수의 투과도는 시간이 경과함에 따라 감소가 되었으며, 저장 온도가 높을수록 그 속도는 빠르게 일어났다. 0℃에 저장할 경우 초기 미생물의 수가 유지되는 24일째까지 pH, 경도 및 염수투과도의 감소가 서서히 진행되었고 이는 미생물의 증식에 의해 영향을 받은 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 절임배추의 저장 기간을 연장하기 위한 전해수 세척 과정의 첨가는 절임배추의 초기 균수를 낮춰 미생물 증식에 의해 야기되는 품질 변화를 연장시켜줄 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 전해수가 세척수로서 사용될 경우 농도 및 세척 시간에 관한 추가적인 연구가 요구되는 바이다. To extend the shelf-life of salted Chinese cabbages, electrolyzed water (EW) was used to wash raw Chinese cabbages before the salting process (to control microbial growth), and different storage temperatures evaluated (0, 4, and 10℃). A tap water washing group (TW) was used for comparison. The initial total bacterial population was 5.36 log CFU/g in the TW treatment and 3.50 log CFU/g in the EW treatment. The EW treatment decreased bacterial numbers by approximately 2 log CFU/g compared to the TW treatment and kept this initial population number for 32 days at 0℃. The salinity had no difference during storage. In general, several factors (pH, reducing sugars, hardness, and transmittance) decreased over time, and decreased slowly with EW treatment and 0℃ storage. Overall, the salted Chinese cabbages with EW treatment showed lower bacterial populations compared to TW treatment, and when stored at 0℃, delayed decreases in quality.

        태양광전지 관련 DEG회수를 통한 자원순환 네트워크

        As the solar energy industry, IT industry and semiconductor industry have consistently and remarkably developed, the demand for single crystal silicon wafter increases rapidly. Thus, more than 25,500 ton/year (as of 2012) of silicon sludges are generated from the manufacturing processes. Although DEG is recovered from some of them, most of them are commissioned for treatment or used for landfill, which leads to the waste of resources. Therefore, it was intended to develop the technology to recover the cutting oil DEG as well as the cutting agent, ceramic component for reuse. In particular, this project was aimed to develop a dry process technology to prevent the secondary waste unlike previous studies. A pilot study was conducted to recover DEG from the silicon sludge using the laboratory vacuum evaporator in order to develop the technology to recover DEG from the silicone sludge generated in Jeonbuk Industrial Complex. Based on the study results, a pilot plant was installed and operated to obtain the engineering data. As for the goal of R&D efforts in this project, the quantitative value from the perspective of process exceeded the target value. However, the purity level of DEG was 96.1% at maximum, which was slightly below the target value. This result may be attributed to the absorption of 3%~4% of moisture to the silicone sludge used for test during the summer season.

        신재생에너지 공급의무화(RPS) 제도의 태양광 사업분석에 관한 연구

        Since Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) warned that only 8 years were left to stop disaster from climate change caused by fossil energy, various policies for reduction of green-house gas have been arranged and strong measures to reduce green house gas are being taken globally, as well. Renewable energy has been regarded as a key for resolving climate change problem and green-house gas reduction, and industry for renewable energy has been expanded expecially in developed countries, accordingly. Developed countries are leading renewable energy industry, using government policy for technology development, government support for facilities and finance, leading to monopoly and preemption of technology related with renewable energy. RPS to be implemented in 2012 is regarded as a turning point to alleviate burdens on government budget for long-term business. Sales of renewable energy certificate between electricity supplier and power company and power generating business caused by such policy change is to be analyzed in terms of photovoltaic market in this study for providing opportunities to take advantage of RPS.

        익산산업단지 온실가스 감축 중,장기 로드맵 수립

        The ultimate goal of this research is to analyze the business types and greenhouse gas emissions of the companies in the Iksan Industrial Complex (1st, 2nd Industrial Complex), and based on this, draw up a mediumlong term road map for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. This road map will be used as the preliminary data for construction of the foundation for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the establishment of the policies against the climate changes. We reviewed the measures to reduce greenhouse gas emission by main business type in the Iksan Industrial Complex, and suggested a medium-long term road map for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. As a result of the reduction effect of greenhouse gas emission by the reduction plan for the main companies in the Iksan Industrial Complex (1st, 2nd Industrial Complex), it was investigated that the greenhouse gas reduction through the improvement of operating methods, and equipment, the heat recovery from exhausted gas, heat treatment were effective in the economic, environmental and technical aspects. Also, it was estimated that the application of greenhouse gas reduction plan would reduce a total of 49,886 tCO eq in 2015.

        폴리실리콘 제조공정 발생 슬러지의 건설소재 원료화

        The poly silicon industry has developed in recent. Accordingly, the amount of poly silicon waste has rapidly increased. Increase in the amount of poly silicon sluge (waste) disposal will be issued as a social problem. However, the poly silicon sludge recycling and processing technology has not tried yet. In order to examine the construction material of the poly silicon manufacturing process byproduct, this study developed cement raw materials and filler of poly silicon sluge. It is a concept of industrial ecology, which deals with the laws of natural ecosystem to be applied to industry. In eco-industrial park, by-products, wastes, waste energy produced within eco-industrial park are recycled as material or energy resource for other companies and factories, aiming for zero emission.

        건설폐기물의 RPF 재활용 특성에 관한 연구

        As part of the construction of a recycling-based society and responding to climate change, necessity for recycling waste plastics to soild fuel generated and incinerated in the workplace and the construction field have been risen. For the production of solid fuel based on waste plastic, we configured the network to maximize the resources of waste plastic in the area at first. In addition, basically evaluating basic characteristics of the waste, mixing ratio, ratio of chlorine-contained have been carried, as well as the process development for the production of RPFs and the field test. Developing typical waste categories (10 types), moisture, volitile, ash content, elemental analysis, calorie value test and heat analysis (TG-DTA, DSC) were carried out in order to evaluate the thermal potentials. screening the samples (16 types) and chlorine content (using SEM-EDX) were performed to assess the risk of HCl generated in the incineration of RPFs. Resultly, Moisture content is about 29.8 to 36.0%, ash content 4.0 to 13.8%, combustible content is 52.5 to 66.3%, calorific value was 4,834.7∼7,776.9 kcal/kg. As a result of molding test of RPFs with plastic waste, the calorific values are 1 to 2 grade. Contents of moisture and ash are satisfied to the national standard. Not detected are mercury, cadmium, arsenic, and lead content is about its criteria.
