This study involves the definition of ratio of rated load according to the ratio of die area on 4-points press slide, and the derivation of equation for maximum off center load to meet performance and life of press equipment and equation for equivalent off center load at arbitrary position. Additional study includes the case of uneven load capacity in lefthand and right-hand sides on transfer press. It was formularized and displaced in diagram. Based on DIN standard, concept of overturning moment was combined to the evaluation of allowable off center load and suggested in this research. Comparison of multiple load cases were also examined on maximum eccentric load, allowable eccentric load with gib’s effect and without gib’s effect.
미세유체시스템을 이용한 효소 함유 하이드로젤 기반 알코올 분석 바이오센서 개발

본 연구는 미세유체시스템 내부에 효소가 고정된 PEG 하이드로젤 마이크로 어레이를 이용한 알코올 감지 바이오센서 제작에 대한 방법을 소개한다. 모델 알코올인 에탄올은 알코올 옥시다아제 (Alcohol oxidase, AOX)를 포함한 PEG 하이드로젤 마이크로어레이에 의해 광학적으로 분석되며, 다중의 미세채널 구조를 이용하여 동시에 여러 농도의 알코올을 측정할 수 있다. 에탄올과 알코올 옥시다아제와의 효소촉매작용을 통해 H2O2이 생성되며 이는 페록시다아제 (Peroxidase, POD)와 반응하여 무색의 Amplex Red reagent를 붉은 형광을 띄는 resorufin으로 바꿔준다. 결과적으로 형광측정을 통해 에탄올의 농도를 확인할 수 있다. 에탄올의 농도가 높을수록 H2O2의 생성이 많아지고 resorufin의 형광강도가 강해지는 메카니즘을 통해 손쉽게 측정이 가능하다. 여섯 줄의 미세유체채널을 포함하는 미세유체시스템 내부에 각각 에탄올에 반응하는 알코올 옥시다아제가 고정된 PEG 하이드로젤 마이크로 어레이를 제조하고 체내의 에탄올 농도인 1.0∼10mM을 반응시켜 형광변화를 통한 동시 측정이 가능한 바이오센서를 제작하였다. This paper describes a simple method to fabricate a microfluidic biosensor that can optically detect alcohol. This system is composed of microchannels connected with six inlet and outlet, which have width and height approximately 100um and 30um, respectively. The oxidase enzymes were entrapped with the poly(ethyleneglycol)(PEG)-based hydrogel microstructure that was fabricated within the microchannels by a photolithography process. Alcohol oxidase(AOX) and peroxidase(POD) were chosen as the model enzyme which resulted in a fluorescent hydrogel microarray that was responsive to alcohol. The hydrogel-entrapped AOX could perform enzyme-catalyzed oxidase of alcohol to produce H2O2 which reacted with POD to produce highly fluorescent resorufin. The fluorescence intensity of the hydrogel microstructures increased as the alcohol concentrations increased, and alcohol detection was possible in the concentration range from 1.0 to 10mM using fluorescence indicator in a single detection chamber.

The evaluation of off center load of the press should be done to avoid problems that may occur during press operation and to improve the quality of the product. In this paper, a method for evaluating off center load of uniaxial symmetric die was presented. A model that can numerically calculate the off center load was devised and the off center load of this model was calculated. Forming analysis and structural analysis were done for load evaluation. The off center load obtained from the analysis results were compared with those calculated numerically.

이 연구는 지속과 변화를 거듭해온 종로2가 도시건축의 역사적 형성과정을 탐구하여 도시설계적 의미를 고찰하였다. 특히, 종로2가 북측 가로변 건축물 및 공평 도심재개발구역을 대상으로 도시설계 시에 고려할 주요 요소인 ‘지속성’, ‘다양성’, ‘투과성’을 각각 분석하였다. 그 결과, 1978년 이후 추진된 도심재개발사업이 3가지 요소에 큰 변화를 준 것으로 분석되었다. 3가지 요소로 본 도심의 공간환경은 도심재개발사업이 시행되어감에 따라 점차 악화된 것으로 드러났다. ‘지속성’은 급격히 줄어들었고, 사람들의 선택을 증진시키고 활동을 다양하게 하는 ‘다양성’ 그리고 이동성과 연결망의 척도인 ‘투과성’도 함께 나빠졌다. 이 연구결과는 현재 진행되고 있는 철거형 재개발에 대하여 다른 대안을 검토할 것을 요구하고 있다. 도심공간환경의 질을 담보할 수 있는 지속성, 다양성, 그리고 투과성을 유지하거나 고양시킬 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. This paper investigates the change of urban architecture in Jongno 2(i)-ga since 1978 and discusses the meanings of the change in the perspective of urban design. The urban fabrics in Gongpyeong District and the north side of Jongno 2(i)-ga are analyzed in terms of ‘sustainability’, ‘diversity’, and ‘permeability’. ‘Sustainability’ means the continuity of urban fabrics in times, and ‘diversity’ means more provisions for diverse activities. ‘Permeability’ is an index to evaluate the pedestrian mobility, which means the pedestrian network. The result of the study shows that the three factors in the research site have been seriously affected by the urban redevelopments since 1978. The quality of the living environment of the research site in terms of ‘sustainability’, ‘diversity’, and ‘permeability’ has been gradually deteriorated as the redevelopments have been carried out. ‘Sustainability’ has been drastically decreased. ‘Diversity’ and the ‘Permeability’ have become worse as well. This paper suggests that it is time to consider alternatives against the ongoing scrape and rebuild-redevelopment. New methods that either maintain or boost the sustainability, diversity and permeability, which guarantee the urban environmental, quality is highly needed.

The loss of place by losing inter-relation between figure and ground, cutting off continuity of landscape and breaking building clusters has only made the monotony of urban-daily life. The deprivation of humanistic tradition caused by these perversions of man-made environment is the main issue in this paper. In order to rehabilitate humanistic tradition, this study is to propose formulating the structure of urban-place by phenomenological approach. This paper is composed of three stages; first stage understanding the meaning of place and placelessness, second stage inventoring place elements(primary, second, third and fourth element) and third stage implementing the structure of urban-place with macro and micro level.
